I like how all the crap is on the splash page. Two broken images. The tag line under the image is very very cheezy. The layout is original. Why are those sprite guys there?
Updates-you might want to link to the pictures you've added so people don't have to hunt for them. Gallery-why does this go to gallery 4 and not 1? I like how you have notes and not just the picture. It would look better if all the thumbnails were the same size. makoto as the goddess of grass? *laughs* Rules-it's pretty hard to enforce rules, but they are necessary. Try to put the text in a cell so it isn't centered. The Faq is informative and funny. About Me could be in paragraph form and needs to be more interesting. All the other stuff looks good.
This is the shortest review I've ever done. Everything I look for is done very well. The content has gotten much smaller since the last time I was here because she felt it needed to be replaced with better art. The site has improved, and I hope it keeps getting better. What happened to the turkish version?

¤ The splash page does not serve any purpose. Several of the button in the middle are broken images. One thing about the main graphic: the highlights are done incorrectly, the lower neck should have from the jaw as well (like the upper neck) and the light source is not defined which might be the problem.
¤ The layout is nice an simple tables though there is no clear theme with the graphics, they seem to have been choosen at random. The latest update really needs to be on the main page since the purpose of teh main page is there to infrom and provide an introduction.
¤ The updates section is satisfactory.
¤ The thumbnials in the gallery are done correctly, though I would define the size so that the the elements do not slide as the pictures load. Also, I would do away with the link borders and put more pictures on each page, you could probablly fit these into two galleries. I like the format that you have the notes for the pictures in.
¤ The 'rules' page is good. Only thing I would do is link your email.
¤ The top two banners look to bestandard size so that is good. The only thing I was wondering is why you have such simple banners? You have Photoshop, use it.
¤ The 'about me' section serves its purpose...perhaphs you can scan a picture of yourself up since it's always fun to see the person behind the site...
¤ Not much to say on the forum (expect that it was a good choice to go with bravenet).
¤ Overall a simple site, but doesn't really hook the viewer. There is potential for development (which will probablly gain more return viewers). Some idea would be to improve the layout and add more sections by dividing up galleries such CG, pen, color, etc. (this will only work if you get more pictures though).

The splash page isn’t needed since it only lists the BEST resolution, when it really can be viewed with any resolution. There are two dead images on the splash page and they’re voting places. The splash page is not just supposed to be for advertisements, besides I’d like to look at your site before I vote for it. If you’re going to be a member of that many voting places then at least put them on a different page. I know that the splash page used to have a purpose, but from the looks of it you don’t currently have a Turkish version of your site.

On the main page the gifs and the title image don’t really look good with the layout in my opinion. In your introductory paragraph you should capitalize Japanese. The layout is alright but some of the element seriously clash.

Updates: I liked all the gifs and mini mangas, they didn’t look ameteurish from my perspective. I was kind of disheartened when I came to your site and found they were no longer there. An updates section is always great to see.

Galleries: Your site isn’t just restricted to Sailor Moon, there are a few pictures from different animés (which is technically against the rules) but I’ll let it slide, because they are all great pictures. They’re all in real thumbnail form with ALT text and the gallery is certainly easy to navigate in. Lets see if I can pick a favourite picture…hmm…I love Autumn Rain, Aquatic and Inner Senshi as Goddesses. I like how each picture has comments, where the idea was derived from and your own personal feelings. It would be nice if the individual artwork pages had back buttons though.

Links and Banners: Since this is a re-review, you should have a link up to “I Review” by now. You should make some 88x31 buttons, I’ve only linked one site EVER with a banner.

About Me: This section was kind of boring, it should be hypocritical people not “hypocrite” people.

Forum: Personally I think there’s no need for a forum, but I must say that I admire the way you deal with rude people.

Overall: There’s almost no back buttons on the site. What can I say, the fanart was amazing, but I disliked that you took down so much. The opinions you had up before were enjoyable and I loved the little gifs and all the pictures. Keep on adding to your site, the content you do have at the moment is great, just work on a more complex layout. There also are a few grammar and capitilization errors you should watch out for, but overall I was pleased.
