Hey, double languages, not bad! Unlike most, this spalsh page actually serves a purpose. YAY! This is a fanart site, and Usagi's head there looks darn cute. The pink text on white is a bit hard to read. All the vote buttons are here instead of annoying the front page. They look a bit messy, though.

The pink and white layout is pretty cool. The introduction lets me get to know about the webmistress, which is always a good thing. The pages are linked, then a description is given underneath. It's well organized, good job.

The updates page is too long, the white space under the picture doesn't look good. Adding another picture under it would help.

It's weird to say 'this page is dedicated to' just cause that senshi is in the layout.

The galleries are organized very well and have thumnails. Great! A title for each, this is a really good collection of her work. There are some pictures that are pretty echhi. A nudity warning should be in effect!

The images policy is straightforward and precise. The FAQ has questions you would expect her to have been asked, with polite answers. The white space under the layout picture looks really odd here. Links are divided, well organized. About the webmistress is doll-box stats, but since the introduction and FAQ are about the webmistress, that's just fine without a paragraph.

The Thanks page isn't what I expected, I thought it would be the credits. Instead it is about her family. Interesting!

Overall, this is a great fanart site. Everything is well done. I suggest changing the bg on your buttons from white. Can't wait for more fanart!

Hey, cool! A multi-language site. Shame my language skills in Turkish are limited to... *counts* two words ^_^;;

Anyway, on to the review.
The splash page loads pretty quickly, and this is exactly the kind of situation you should have one!
But I would suggest moving all those little vote for me buttons and stuff to another page, possible the link page? After all, when people go there they have usually seen your entire site so they know what to vote for.

Nice index page, but add height and width tags to the layout image, so the text won't move around while the pic is loading.
The Contents stuff is a great idea, but why not put it above the links, so people can read it first and then click away somewhere?

It's good that you tell about your plans, so visitors know what to look forward to (and what to nag about ;)

I won't comment the quality of your fanart, but the galleries are well organized and you have real thumbnails. Good! If anything, I would suggest splitting it into two pages, as you have with the rest of the site, or use different colors for the English and Turkish text.
Cool that you have images covering such a wide rang of characters, and their different incarnations.
You might want to move the few nude images to a separate gallery. They're all tastefully done, but there are people who will scream "Hentai!" at practically anything, so it can be a wise precaution.

And you really need those size tags at your layout images, everything keeps moving around until the pics are loaded!

The rules are clear and concise, very good.

Good FAQ, but I would suggest moving that Chibi-usa pic a bit down. The left margin looks so empty like this, if you put the pic more in the middle it will look better (I think).
Another question for you, btw. What's the Turkish title of Sailor Moon? Always been curios to what they call the show in different places :)

The links page should be placed last, so people don't leave until you've shown them what you have.
Also, a small comment about each link is nice, so visitors get an idea where they're going. It's hard to judge solely based on the name.
Would suggest using a slightly large image on the link-me button, it's difficult to see the details on Eternal Sailor Moon. Cut away some body and make the rest bigger.

Nice profile! If you want, you can add some more opinions on Sailor Moon and drawing maybe, otherwise I can't think of any way to improve this section.

And lastly, a quick peek at the Turkish page... Can't find any broken links and the layout is the same, so I suppose what I said for the English one applies here too ^_^

Overall, this is a very nice fanart page. Lots of art (good art), and nice organization.
Add those tags to your layout images, and keep on drawing ^_^

Front page-The background is cute-- it looks like white-butterflies on pink at first glance. And the picture of Sailormoon is VERY well done (even if, to my critical manga-drawing eye, parts of it seem a bit out of proportion) Link color and text are compatible, and look like they belong. Basic layout is one I see at the online comics I read (Megatoyko, Real Life, etc). There's an area that describes what each link brings you to. Helpful ^.^
Galleries-I actually did this section last. Just so you know, I hate Mamoru/Endymion. So that picture on this page I dislike. I just have to say: Kami-sama! BEAUTIFUL! Whoo! Nude Sailormoon! I want that Sailorcosmos picture though... that is a masterpiece...
Rules- Maus to Biinesu no kawaii! (Er... "Mars and Venus are cute") Again, a wee bit out of proportion, but amazingly well done. The rules are the basic ones-- it's the 11th commandment. A favored one for all us artists.
FAQ- Hey, just like me-- learn to draw from watching the teribi. That's always a fun past time. As much as I dislike the Spore, I have to admit I like the picture of Suupa Chibimuun on this page.
Links- Whoa. Izzat Haruka? In a pink top? Well, I know Michiru would enjoy that view. Cute banners, and I've never heard of some of these sites you've got linked. I will have to investigate! *cackles*
About the Webmistress- Hotaru wearing a blanket... oh! I saw that episode! It was in chinese, but I still saw it. Miyah, she be the same age as me!
