Hey, sapphire, that's pretty original. bonus points right there. but hey, we don't give points so it doesn't matter any way. the title doesn't work unless the shrine belongs to sapphire. are you the great one? i think not.
Anime-looks great, very detailed, in depth, great! i'm not going to read this because ..uh..the kettle's on, right. there are some little side comments that are funny, bonus, humour is always the best way to keep a person interested. what was i gonna-oh yeah. what the heck is that button after the copyright?! the tm doesn't need to be on this page, once on the main is enough.
Manga-why is the first image is see from the anime? I dont like reading this stuff because Eventually i will get the manga. cool, a translation. w/ pic? bonus. oh, the thing is where the images come from. i like the bottom credits, tasteful.
Myu-DAMN i love musicals! i seriously need to get into them more, they are so super funky! wow, the actresses look like high class gun toting bitches! scary!
Games-how cool! i don't see much of this. The pics are great, and the hints are especially good. I'd like to know more about the R games. so far this is turning out to be one of the better shrines I've seen.
Fandom-why isn't this called Rants? I wasn't expecting that! wow, these are pretty old, i can't believe you've kept your interest for this long.
Names-so if you like saffir why is the site called sapphire? and I totally agree about the nemesis thing, it's amazing so few people mention that.

black crystal-i've seen your image on a site we reviewed as a special because it sucked hardcore. wow, there is a lot of work here, and i havent seen most of these before. bonus! the team pic is a bit overused though.
workroom-i'm used to ordered links, so i dislike this confusion. I get a bottom scroll here. is that a doujinshi pic for brotherly love? eh-heh 0.o except for the upsidedown heads, blue s. is very cool.
Other villains-cool bg! tee.man, everyone looks so much better in this game than others. why isn't it more popular? the name flip thing takes a minute to work, still neat. you must really love making these!
the gallery-confused fish indeed. ANYWAY! y'know when you say 'bust shot' of emerald, that wasn't what i was expecting..^_^; the pics are great quality and plentiful and well organized. just what i look for. wha, no thumbnails? minus one point then. WHOA the screencaps are horrid! well, maybe not the images, but the text is impossible to read and..beh, it doesn't look good at all. this is a diff geocities account then? blah. hhmm the humour stuff isn't making me laugh, but then again sapphire just aint funny. well, okay some of them were funny. but only cause ANY reference to pinky and the brain is funny. anyway, the organization of links and layout really need to be redone. the model sheets are neat. I almost missed this link, i dislike 'page two' stuff.
dressing room-i'm just moving along..you made your own dolls? damn, you really like this guy! *sings the loading song* aaww i can't take off his boxers? darn. y'know I always wondered what kind of underwear they have in the future. gee, you made a lot of stuff. i don't know what to say. i honestly can't think of any improvements beyond too many sub-pages.
Library-OMG! your humour stories?! they are SO funny! I totally loved them. YAY! you've got a good sized collection for a minor character. that top picture is overused.
Control room-i dont know why the english stuff is so dumbed down all the time. the japanese version of stuff is always more sophisticated. ggrrrr. wah, the game MIDI is so bad! ugh. and it goes to the quicktime page so I can't listen and look around at the same time. must fix. yeah, the emerald one is pretty cool. gods, i hate it when MIDIs turn to crap. the second one did sound good, then the fuzz came! the last emerals should be the first, so we know what it's supposed to sound like. it's really different from yours. WTH? i hit the back button of yours and it takes me to brilliantly blue. durr, stupid slash, this wasn't the URL given on the submit! anyway, it looks very cool. what the heck is all this stuff? it's like three different versions of the site! okay, the layout for the third one is okay, but the one i've been looking at is better. the java on the second one is silly but funny-silly.
oh. that's the office, a different part of the same site. Goddamn i'm easy to confuse! anyway, the links are too dark, looks good, i dont like number dates, moving right along...updates is the same page so it doesnt need a seperate link, make them two pages. the guestbook is ugly. again, links and banners is the same page, so just make two pages or whatever. durr, i dont really care.
Overall-this is a great shrine, tons of everything. way too confusing, needs an organization overhaul.
¤ Well, I'm most likely going to be biased in you favor since Saffiru is my favourite character and his shrines are so few and far between. Glad to see that you know html. The graphics are not amazing but serve their purpose, though the compression is on the bad side. Well the date of the last update is listed, but the update itself is not...strange.
¤ Not much to complain about content wise in the 'anime' sction. Looks like most of this is your own work, however bits look they were barrowed (list appropriate citation). The only thisng on this page that nags me is the graphics don't match well with layout. Small grammer point (not really a mistake, but akward usage): "I were to hazard a guess though...". I think if you say I'd chace to guess, or estimate his height to be, would flow better. The episode summary is out of place. I noticed the graphics are provided by 7 Rings (kind of like the 7 dwarf rings in LotR?). Also the font color and text link color do cause some eyestrain. I suggest using a sans-serif font to make it easiar to read as well.
¤ The 'manga' section does better as far as citation than the 'anime' page. My only complaint is that layout could be better and that the anime picture at the top is out of place.
¤ The 'musical' section is original as far as villans go. Not many people mention the Sera Myu musical for smaller characters.
¤ Once again the 'game' section was an interesting touch.
¤ The 'fandom' section is satisfactory, but the name is misleading (perhaps naming 'Site History' or likewise would be more appropriate). The rants at the bottom are out of place, a separate section should be devoted to them.
¤ Although you don't know Japanese and Kanji, perhaps asking the assistance for a native speaker to formulate a section on the Japanese name and translation wouldn't hurt? At the bottom, some of the break lines do not match up. Also, one a side note, since you 'names' section deals with meaning and origin a bit, it would be more appropriate to list it as etymology.
¤ The layout for the 'throne' section really needs some work. Also the name doesn't help to inform me of the purpose of the section.
¤ The 'dressing room' is entertaining enough, but as always, the graphics aren't as good as they could be.
¤ The 'library' is satisfactory.
¤ The 'Black Crystal' sections tends to become rather lengthy and some of this does not look to be your own work (therefore you do not have rights to redistribute it and citation is needed). I suggest splitting the graphics up onto different pages. The wallpapers should be provided for 640 x 480 and 800 x 600 (and 1024 x 768 is also becoming more popular). It take little time to adapt a wallpaper for these resolutions.
¤ Why are the anime pictures thumbnailed and on a different page, but still linked on the page with the manga links? Why not instead put them in different unrelated sections and either use text links or thumbnails. Also, the thumbnail quality is awful. The TCG pics should be thumbnailed.
¤ Helpful that you've included the dialogue for the wvs. The page doer require a lot of scrolling, once again I suggest different pages. Why is the musical section a separate page? I was somewhat expecting to find wavs or mp3s from the musicals...
¤ Wow you update frequently. Can't complain that the archieve doen't show the progress of the site, but I do think the latest update should be listed on the main page.
¤ The links, banners/ buttons, and webrings could all be on separate pages. The buttons are standard size however the banners are not.
¤ In the 'awards' I don't understand why some are textually linked while others are thumbnailed.
¤ Overll, the pages on this site tend to require tedious scrolling which have induced finger cramps (damn carpal tunnel) and the layout and graphics need a lot of work.
First thing I want to do is apologize for such a short review because I have no time this week:
- Yeah, you said the images were from Trouble Makers and All Things Naughty (I love that site)
- Layout was fairly simplistic, but I liked it very much
- I don’t know why the buttons on the bottom of your page are linked to the main page of your site
- You refer to the episodes in an odd way, saying episode 2 of Sailor Moon R part 2
- You have a few spelling mistakes on the site like “Lunaa” (I don’t have time to point out anymore spelling errors right now)
- I like the episode summaries in your own words, and no shifting between English and Japanese terms
- I liked how you had differences between the Japanese and English versions, that was interesting
- Yeah, you have credits on every page! Graphics on subpages under “The Shrine” aren’t your own but are still nice!
- The Seramyu information was interesting, not many sites have that
- The games section was interesting, there wasn’t anything like lame Javascript games, it was actually about cards and video games, another rare section to find
- Nice to see your own opinion of Saffir
- Should be credits for where info on gemstone came from
- Interesting way to write policy on taking pictures
- Sapphire dolls are kawaii, you have a large collection, but I got bored waiting for the dolls to load
- Nice collection of fics, but I have no time to read them
- Cool, you actually made some game gifs of your own, unfortunately the page took a while to load though
- Yeah, your own graphics and all relating to Saffir
- I don’t know why you have Magic Knights and Ramna ½ gifs on your site
- In gallery - No thumbnails, but at least text links are fairly descriptive
- Second page of gallery – ah, full sized pics take forever to load
- The Control Room – looks like you have lots of sounds, nothing lacking here
- Maybe the “About” and “Updates” should be in separate sections
- Maybe adoptions and awards should be on separate pages and links and banners should be on separate pages
Overall: This was a well done shrine, there was a lot of unique things on your site, fairly good design, info and fanstuff. You give credits everywhere it is needed, my only suggestion would be to make your own graphics for the subpages under “The Shrine” and just fix up a few spelling errors.

*skips off to Anime* Hmm, this looks to be based on the English adaptation. Well, that's all right, I guess, especially since it's a Black Moon character shrine. *tries to contain her excitement again* Sapphire's name in Japanese is actually Saphir. It's the French word for Sapphire. (Thank you, Dies Gaudii (http://antares7.prettyodango.net/). You've got a typo in "Secret of the Lunaa Sphere" (Luna). Ah, here's something interesting. When you said "the way she says this doesn't match the expression on her face, IMHO," you're absolutely right. In the original version, Calaveras was saying that Petz had always loved Saphir. Ooh, the descriptions of the cuts are interesting. Moving onto manga. O_O Why's there an anime pic on this page? You might want to credit the translation of the Materials Artbook page. Ooh, musical info? Interesting. Heehee, musical Saphir is cute! This is a nice, unique page. The Games page is unique, too. I'm impressed! The Fandom page could be renamed "Opinions" to include your rants at the bottom of the page. Or, you could move them to a separate opinions page.
The Names page is very interesting. I've already given you the URL to a page which attempts to explain where SM villains' names come from, so you can check that out. Not all of the Black Moon characters' names come from French, but Saphir's does. And that's why we can spell his name that way. There are different ways to spell Saphir in Japanese based on various romanization systems, but since we know that his name comes from the gemstone, we can spell his name "Saphir." At any rate, I'm not that good at explaining it, so check out the page. *nudge nudge* *moves on to Nemesis* Where's this "Dark Moon" stuff coming from? I always thought that the English adaptation name for Black Moon was only "Negamoon." Ooh, pretty pictures of sapphire. I have no idea whether your info is correct, though, but I'll accept it on faith. ^_~
Moving onto The Chambers. Demand-sama! I grovel at your feet! *gets thwapped by the other reviewers* Hmm. This The Throne page seems to be out of place. It's always good to have your image policy right on the images page, because people are lazy and they don't check out the image policy before snatching the images for themselves. Just something to think about. *giggles at The Dressing Room's name and plays with the dolls* Oooh! Shirtless Saphir! And there's a Demand doll too! Sweet! Some of these sets seem repetitive, though. The Library is nice. I've already made some comments above about The Black Crystal. Moving onto The Gallery. Oooh, these images of Demand-sama are sweet. (My bias shines through yet again.) You used real thumbnails too, which is a big plus. The Control Room isn't loading for me.
Moving onto The Office. Ooh, nifty layout for About the Page. Nice banners. *browses through the links* There's an actual shrine for Demand-sama? Coolness! *skips off to that site*
