I like it when you can avoid a side scroll. get rid of the tracker and and the button, because it should be on a link you page. The layout is pretty nice.
Intro-failed loves? you mean like fishuu's undying love of that hunk mamo-chan?? Finally, someone who knows how to use a border bg. change to links colour, purple doesn't work. Instead of making the titles bold you might as well link them right there. The updates are nice, 'cept i dont like trying to figure a day by it's numbers.
Very good, version clarification right off the bat. the bg isn't that flattering though. Sounds accurate as far as I know. Never put links on a page, cause people are then tempted to leave your site.
The cats-hmm. I'm starting to see this is just information. please add a more personal touch, some opinions. why doesn't Luna like him from the beginning, kinda thing.
Haru-michi-since the summery is anime, why not have anime pictures? I'd like to see your opinion on the cousins thing.
Kunzy-there is opinion here, which is what I crave. YAY!

canon couple-this is a very cool article. I don't agree with the definition however. to me, a canon couple doesnt need time, but has to be in the series and not fan based. nephy and naru ARE canon, because they are in the series. nephy and jeddy are not canon, because the is no evidence in the series, only by fan work. I agree with the second part, that the love has to be both ways. seiya and usagi are not a canon couple.
poll-I havent seen this subject before. I'm surprised chibi-usa got so many votes. I really wonder what happened to peruru.
Possible couples-I dont agree with the placement of saphir and petz here. there were a couple, but they work within your definition of canon, not mine. same for nephy/naru. WOW those are simply amazing screencaps. Do you have a big arse gallery I could steal from? they are so damn good!! I don't know how to screen cap, could you tell me?
the info on seiya disapoints me. His love is unique. Is he really in love with Usagi, or does she only remind him of his princess? He is very emotional, and it's a crime to write about it in such a clinical manner.
Overall-The only real evidence of mushyness in here is the last paragraph of the credits section. That dispoints me. A romance shrine should make me feel warm and fuzzy. this is more an information place than anything else. I wouldn't come back. I expect emotion and opinions in any shrine. Change the link colours is about the only technical complaint I have. If the goal is pure info, then have a section for each manga, JP anime and NA anime where possible.
Cute, simple main page. I like the colors, and your introduction was very sweet. This site has a lofty goal, hope it delivers...
Wouldn't mind an image or something on the couples page, the layout looks a bit empty like this. I'd personally would also sort the couples in chronological order.
You should add spoiler warnings, as well as the anime story at Usagi's and Mamoru's page. More spacing, and try to make your writing flow better. Also, half a sentence is repeated.

You should add something about the end of Sailor Stars (if you've seen that far) in the Haruka and Michiru section, that season contains one of their sweetest moments.
I know there are more Zoi and Kunzy links to add to their page, also you have a misspelling.
I'd also include Nephrite and Naru as a couple here, since they are anime-canon.
In the Motoki and Reika page, you might want to add that Motoki's supposed to wait for several years at the end, before Reika returns. (what was it, five?)
Specify which movie you mean in Himeko and Kakeru's page.
And isn't there some guy in the manga who's together with Makoto? Not certain about this.
The 'about canon couples' page is interesting, and explains several things. I don't see how loving someone who gets killed can disturb a later relationship (in the way you seem to mean it) but it's your page...
On possible loves, Mako-chan's sempai is worth a mention, as is Danburite/Adonis and Minako from the Sailor V manga. Sailor Pluto has been rumored to feel something for Neo-King Endymion, also most evident in the manga. There is also Beryl's twisted love for Endymion, as well as prince Diamond, Fisheye and Fiore... And lets not forget Thetis and Jadeite, and Rubeus and whoever-it-was of the four sisters.
When it comes to almost couples, Sailor Moon has quite a share.
Overall? Your summaries are good, but I'd like to see more opinions, as well as pros and cons for the various couples. Specific episodes in where their love is most clearly shown is good, and maybe a timeline for some of them, with indications of important events? (first meeting, first kiss, arguments etc) Also, you credit very nicely! Thumbs up for that.
Fanworks, more images, and some entertainment related to the different couples would be a noice addition someday.

¤ Opening page in nice and simple. The picture could have been a little fancier.
¤ The 'introduction' is nice. Perhaps some information about the creator could be added as well.
¤ Okay the thing that irks me most, updates not listed on the main page. The 'updates' section could be converted into an archieved updates section, and the latest update should be listed on the main page so we know what the heck has been going on.
¤ In the 'couples' page, I didn't quite get the quiz title "On the Subject of Canon Couples". Canon couples? Anyways
¤ Okay within the different couple pages, I noticed that some parts were based on the manga and some on the anime. Others had links and galleries and others didn't. Try to create a standard template. Also, I would put links on the page to the links list and gallery, and not list them on the page with the story, in order to avoid overcrowding.
¤ There is a mistake in the story for Motoki and Reika. She went off to Africa; also, if this has the anime story, why is there a manga pic at the top? ¤ Okay, the rest of the pages are fine. The only real problem is that the pages do are not uniform. Since there is actually some differences between the relationships in the manga and anime, you should stick to one or the other or cover both, do not go back and forth.
¤ This is good as is, but needs a lot more content. This is basically information the visitor will already know, so you need to add something that will make this site unique and worth visiting.
*grumbles* No one wants to play my digimon rpg...? uh, anyways, reviewing...
Layout - tis quite nice. skyblue background that almost perfectly matches the blue of the top banner (yeah, I can see that-- although I wouldn't have if I wasn't searching for it. *grin*) The image isn't one I like but it does fit the page.
Introduction - A rather common Chibimoon border-background. The actual introduction intro is well written, with a simple explaination of the page. I would have written "Tsuikno hikariwa ai no message", then the translation, but then, that's me.
Updates - *mumbles* at least this one can spell updates... anyways! Same bg as before. I forgot to say the bg was pink last time. A very common sailormoon color. Pretty basic updates list-- similar to Fishuu's, no?
Couples - The main part of the site. Ten couples. All canon-- non canon must be on another page. *blinks* Okay, Aian, you really need to stop watching Sum41's video and get back to reviewing...
Usagi & Mamoru - This isn't a border bg that I'm familiar with, but the image is blue-tinted manga. Looks okay. Summary is only manga based? Oooh, niiiiice. Oh, and Mamoru first called her Usa, it wasn't until after Chibiusa came about that she began to be known as Usako. That's a nice list of links too.
Luna & Artemis - I do believe, in both Manga and Anime, that the felines were advisors, not guardians, way back when. I will agree with many of the other points in your summary, though.
Haruka & Michiru - (my personal favorite couple) The summary is fairly accurate, but then, I managed to miss most of those episodes, and I haven't read that section of the manga for ages, so I can't correct any misinformation. Ah well... the images are nice.
Chibiusa & Elios - that really creepy couple consisting of a girl who hasn't been born yet, and a guy who's been around since the Silver Mellenium. Elios is still ten times older than Chibiusa, even if she is 995 (manga).
Kunzite & Zoisite - Kunzite... *drool* I really can't think of anything else to say here...
Ail & Ann - Although the last two episodes of the Ail/Ann arc were really lame, I like how the summary was written up. It makes the arc sound much better than it was... And I'm not going to bother with the other couples, because all I seem to be commenting on right now is correctness of information.
On Canon couples - This is not "non-cannon" spelt wrong, like I first thought, but "on the subject of canon couples". Those are some good guidelines to figure out what a canon couple is-- and I somewhat agree, even if I am somewhat a non-canonical supporter. Okay, a really big non-canon supporter (like Makoto & Ami, Usagi and just about anyone other than Mamoru). And I agree with that Nephrite/Naru are not canon, it's more like crush-syndrome.
Poll - Favorite couples. Just a second, I want to vote. Okay, all done ^.^V
Possible Loves - It's not canon, but it's not non-canon-- it's the "maybe it could be" thing.
Shitennou & Serenity's Guardians - Very possible, considering the evidence in both mangas [V & Moon] about Kunzite/Venus.
Nephrite & Naru - Not a couple I support. But the summary is very accurate on it.
Saphir & Petz - I always thought it was spelt Safir... anyways... this couple has always been one of the saddest for me. Again, I can't think of anything else to say that's not looking to correct information, so bai-bai to this page.
Credits - Always nice to through the diclaimer in a thank-you for making it sytle.
Links - There's a no go, for me. I never head into links, do I?
Page is very well done, the layout is uniform over the majority of it's pages-- only the front page is different, but that's not all that unusal. I really seem to be running low on comments today... ah well...
