I'm in the mood for music so I'll leave the MIDI on. Strangely, no matter how many times this song has been used, I've never listened to the whole thing before. The intro is using a font that is too large. I like the colour sceme, but it doesn't fit the overdramatic intro. the music is too cheerful for that as well.

The beginning is dramatic, if I didn't already know what was going on I would be confused. However, of you work on the assumption that most people already know the story, the drama is refreshing from boring info.
ugh, don't put the back button there, put the drop menu. it's all scrambled so I have to hit refresh.
The manga info's beginning is a bit confusing, clarify please.
In attacks, it would be very beneficial to say anime or manga, who uses what attack in which episode/chapter and perhaps pictures of it and how it is defeated. There is the difference between a simple shrine and an in-depth shrine.
The quotes need to be cited, meaning ep/ch.
The information on each is well organized and to the point. I like it!
Anime gallery-proper thumbnails, yum yum! Would be nice to organize by character. Try getting some of better quality.
Manga gallery-used with permision? ah, that's what I like to see.
*sigh* my computer decided to freeze before I saved the rest of this. I don't want to do it again. But I remember that all was good. 'cept I'd like for the adoptions to be linked to the very page, not the site.
Overall, I really liked this site. The layout, the music, the content, all great. Lower the font is all I ask.
¤ Well I am glad there was a stop button for that annoying midi that inturrupted my mp3.
¤ The main picture is a tad bit plain and the half 'n half layout isn't exactly original; I dislike the waste of browser space, but to each their own opinion.
¤ In order to make the navigation more convenient I would place the menu on the left frame so that way the visitor doen't have to click back each time. It would be nice if within the menu you divided the content into sub-groups. Also, I would change the link of your back button so that it actually goes back in the browser's history, not a a static link (If you want to find out more of what I mean just drop me a line).
¤ The anime summary is short and sweet. The manga summary starts rather abruptly and left me dumbfound fo a few seconds.
¤ Interesting that you watermarked the picture of Cere Cere. I find the begining to be slightly biased. I like how you gave information concerning the astronomical and mythological data since that is rare on most villian sites. The Jun Jun section is lacking and the first sentence again is an assumption (not that it's bad to make assumptions). The Para Para and Ves Ves sections follow in suite of the Jun Jun section. I take it you like Cere Cere best.
¤ The 'manga gallery' has credits, but the anime one does not (By the way I understand if giving credit annoys you, personally I believe it is a rather stupid request since the other site does not own copyrights on the pics and only want a free link for themselves).
¤ Ouch the quizzes give me an eye-sore. See if you can subdue the colors.
¤ For the fan fic, I suggest just putting one link and on the content frame putting the individual pictures.
¤ For your webring, I suggest hosting somewhere else cause not everyone lives geocities.
¤ I would have put the 'link me' and 'links' sections in the same sub-group.
¤ The 'awards' are well organized. I would link your sn to the add option for buddy lists (Again, just email for clarification).
¤ Do you have an updates section?
Main page- My first impression is of VesVes'... ah, "talent." This is a pretty nice layout, with good use of frames. It's nice that you have a player for the midi, but it would be even nicer if it didn't play automatically upon entering. I do have a problem with the font you're using, however, and as I peek ahead I can see that you use it throughout the entire site. It's a hard font to read, what with the white on the red, plus it's a script font that not everyone has on their computers. Use a simpler font that most people have, such as arial, verdana, or even times new roman. I see that you've got a drop-down menu for the navigation, and I'm not too fond of those either. I would use regular text links instead. Now, I'm going to start nitpicking your info. These four girls are never called the "Asteroid Senshi" in the manga, only the "Sailor Quartet." You might want to note somewhere that it's a fan-created term. Here's something else you might not have known: the term "Amazoness Quartet" isn't even correct. Yes folks, you heard me right and you can check out this article for more info. Basically, the word "Amazoness" is redundant. Amazon is a female term, so why add the "-ess" to the end? So there's your new factoid of the day. ^_~ One more thing on the main page, and then I'll move on. "Prepare to meet four unique girls who live among the asteroids in slumber." Erm, when do they live among asteroids? They lived in the Dead Moon Circus and the Amazon, but those are their only living places, as far as I'm aware. Anime- Grr, I'm going to have to highlight to read this. *whips out her highlighter and starts to read* Hmm... looks good so far... *screeches* Ack, there be "Scouts" in here! I guess you watch the dub only. ;_; Y'know what, that sentence is confusing to me anyway. "Through their quest they meet the Inner Sailor Scouts and use the people of the Dead Moon to fight for them." It should be Inner Planet Sailor Scouts, for one thing, and then after that this sentence doesn't make sense to me. Is the Quartet using "the people of the Dead Moon?" Why not just say Lemures? *reads on* "The Quartet saw that their deception of people was wrong and that some are truly kind hearted and have dreams worth saving." Hmm, but not in this episode you're talking about. The Quartet didn't realize this 'till the very end. The rest of this page looks good. It's been awhile since I saw SuperS ^^;;.
Manga- I just want to mention that I really like your writing style. I haven't seen any major spelling or grammar errors yet. I don't think Xenotime and Xenolight are "sisters." ^^;; They look like guys to me. "As the Quartet reaches out to Saturn and Chibimoon, Zirconia, an old deformed woman in command from Nephrenia, blasts the separation and seals the Quartet into balls that they use to call the Lemures." Blasts the separation? Eh?? o_O I don't understand that sentence. Remember, Asteroid Senshi is a fan-term.
Attacks- These look correct, and I'm not going to grab my manga to double-check. You might want to put a note saying that these attacks are from the manga, though.
Quotes- You should put that these are from the manga, the Mixx manga to be exact. You could even add the act numbers for each quote, but it's not necessary.
Ceres- This info looks correct. The pictures at the top are a nice touch.
Juno- You might want to note that this information is based on the manga, because JunJun's sure not quiet in the anime! ^_^ It would be nice if you had info on her as a Senshi like you did with Ceres, but I know there's not a whole lot to be said about her.
Pallas- "Palla-Palla probably is the one to use the most attacks." I heard somewhere that this is because she's the Circus magician, but I would check up on this first.
Vesta- This info looks correct. I think it would be nice if you had more info for all the girls, especially anime-based info.
Anime Gallery- Credits, credits, where are you? (Don't worry, I'll keep looking.) All the links work.
Manga Gallery- Yay, credits? But why no credits for the color pictures?
Anime Quiz- The Quartet never really became friends with the Inner Planet Senshi. Question 8 seems kind of redundant after asking question 6. I don't know the answer to number 10, and I don't really understand question 7 ^^;;;.
Manga Quiz- Gah, I really need to refresh myself on my Dream arc. *screeches* Ack! Question 6 mixes original "Minako" and dub "Imperium Crystal" terms. I didn't understand question 9.
Fanfic- I'm not going to review this, as I consider fanworks separate from the actual site. I do think you should link the parts of the fanfic from the first page of the fanfic, rather than having all the parts on the menu.
FSW- Hmm... this is vaguely Quartet related but I think this should be separate from the shrine, since the topic is broader.
Coming soon- A nice touch, I don't see this on most shrine pages. Sometimes it's on the updates page.
Links- Eeek! Other people have reviewed this site! Now I feel like I'm under pressure... I see there aren't any specific Quartet links, are there no other shrines to these girls? Pity...

In closing- That font really needs to go. I couldn't enjoy the site as much because I had such a hard time reading the text. Otherwise, it's a good start. Just watch that you don't mix original and dub info. At first I thought your shrine was based on the original, then I saw "Scouts" and thought dub, then I saw "Senshi" and got frustrated. ^^;; It seems like you've gotten much of your info from the Mixx manga, which I understand can be inconsistent, so you might want to put somewhere that you've based your information on the Mixx manga. More info for the girls based on the anime would be nice, especially for their personalities. For instance, I don't recall you mentioning what a psycho PallaPalla can be, or how CereCere can be such a perfectionist. Just some ideas. You *need* some credits for those anime and colored manga images. Your site has much potential, but I don't really see anything that'll keep me coming back. Try expanding your information and adding unique features to your site.

White text on a red background, uh uh! 2. Its handwriting and damn hard to make out what you are writing with all these damn loops! Stick to verdana, something easy on the eyes. Next, the black text above VesVes is kinda plain, and extremely boring! Make it 3D or something! The counter is way ugly, and it doesnt even fit the layout! Layout - A nice picture of Ves Ves. Although, it cuts off at her bellow button, and then there's this white space beneath her... but maybe my resolution is a bit high for this page, ne? A red background, white words... nice and catchy. Ooo, cute little saying on the intropage. It truly sounds like something Naoko-sensai would have her characters speak. Well, the good ones, anyways. Let us all remember that I'm a bad one.
Guestbook type : Guestgear. I've got one of those over at Reckless. I have yet to do anything with it.
Anime - Still white text on a red background. Good, staying consistant is always a lovely thing. And it's frames. It's a summarization of the anime series. It's got that bit of "good guy talking here" flare. Not strictly "this fact, this fact, this fact." Which would have meant they were anatylical-driver and... sorry. I just started Psychology 20/30
Manga - Again, a summary, and it's pretty much on. I can say this-- I have read the manga. Repeatedly. I like the manga better than the anime.
Attacks - The attacks of the girls as the Amazoness Quartet. Not much else to say.
Quotes - Cute little things that the Quartet say when they're evil. Well, most of them.
Profiles - Good info. A bit of side information on the goddess Venus, for more comparisons between Sailorvenus and Sailorceres. Venus was the roman goddess of gardens before she became the goddess of love. It's amazing what an eight year old's obsession with greco-roman gods and goddesses will do for one, eight years later...
Anime Gallery - Pictures from the anime (duh) I didn't actually go and look into any of them, but they look like good ones. I've actually not done a lot of looking at Quartet images.
Manga Gallery - Nice set of images, from what you can see from the thumbnails. Again, I didn't look.
Anime Quiz - Cute. One of those funky change-color quizes. I didn't botehr playing because I don't know much about the Quartet ^.^
Manga Quiz - Same thing, different questions.
Fanfic - Not Bothering. I'm not one for reading Sailormoon fics unless Saturn or Xelloss are in them. *grins* Xelloss being in there would have to mean it's a crossover...
FSW - Forgotten Senshi Webring. Fairly straight forwards.
"Coming Soon" - Always a cute thing to have. Showing people what you're eventually goign to put up. And the rest of it is the usual "awards" "adoptions" and "contact" links.
Overall, it's a nice site, although a bit to much Red and White. It looks more like a Mars site with those colors then a Quartet site *snickers*
