Everyone else has ranted on the name, so I won't. The layout is pretty bad too. The guestbook pic needs to be moved over. The counter, neopets, mind-it, it's extra so move it lower. ugh this is so disorganized. don't put links in the main text box when there are links in the corner.
The form has three areas, which makes it easy to forget a section. Just put it in a straight vertical line.
Because of the short addy I can't refresh which sucks. words that follow the cursor are EVIL. Once again, this is really disorganized. Okay, I'm going to start with A. It would be really useful to have the next letter linked. There are more than I expected, and some have really ugly hair! hmm. Baby Angel is very nice. Element is very cool. J has no name and the image repeats. Instead of having the name and who it's for being part of the picture, put it in text underneath. There is a repeat on P. I keep getting 'done with errors on page'. Q is empty. no sailor queer? bummer. A repeat on T. X Y Z are empty, so don't link them. The letter aren't on a straight line which is interesting.
Must put hairstyle in hairstyle ppl put there hairstyle in the anything else box. did that make sense to anyone? serious need to check spelling here. No gay stuff? I find that very offensive. If you mean sexual content, say so.
the flames section is empty, get rid of it.
I like the 'new stuff' section. still senshi tells me you REALLY need to learn how to use tables properly.
Notice how all crappy sites have tons of awards? uh-huh.
the other stuff looks okay, could use a bigger font. The contest section is very confusing.
Overall-uhm. the art is good. the gallery setup is good. the rest of it is terrible.
¤ Please at least spell the title of you site correctly. Creator ends in 'or' not 'er'. The text for your navigation is small and practically unreadable in a 1024 x 768. The font colors are rather bold against the black background and hurt my eyes. Try more subdued colors.
¤ Once again in the 'Rules of Making a Senshi' section there are some misspellings. Also correct grammer would be 'Rules for Making a Senshi'. A lot of your rules do not make sense. Please proof read your work before uploading it for people to see (my mom is a Freshman English 101 teacher at UNC so I am somewhat picky about bad spelling and English).
¤ There is nothing in you 'Umm Some Stuff' section. Also, note has an 'e' in it. Why do you have a flames section, when you don't have any yet? It would probably be more appropriate to name this section 'Flames' or something at least related to the aim of the section.
¤ The 'Why I Decided to do This' section is completely blank. Did you create blank section in order to make it look like you had content?
¤ The 'Newer Senshi' section is satisfactory, but thumbnails are something you might want to consider.
¤ The 'Still Senshi' section looks very akward since there are empty spots next to some of the pictures, and some of them hav tables aounf them while others don't.
¤ For your awards section, thumbnails are needed. Not everyone uses a cable or dsl line.
¤ Since the only method of contact on your site is through email, you could do away with the 'Contact Me' page and just link your email in the navigation menu.
¤ It would be helpful if you linked the 'Creatig Form' and 'Gallery' to the naviagtion menu, and on the main page adding dated updates wouldn't hurt.
¤ Overall, I suggest redesigning your site and make it more user friendly.
Main page- The spelling error of the site name is bugging me. It should be "Senshi Creator." Your layout would look better if you used a pop-up ad instead of a top banner, go into your Tripod preferences to fix this. Why do I suspect that this was made with a WYSIWYG editor? "Wel" should be "well," and it would be nice if you used proper capitalization but I guess it's a far-off wish on the internet nowadays. *sigh* "Udates" should be "Updates."
Updates- It always amazes me how a person can spell a word two different ways on the same page. *sighs* I won't comment on the rest of the spelling since this page will always be changing. If you use a WYSIWYG editor, can't you use a spell-check too?
Rules of Making a Senshi- You could shorten this title to simply "Rules." WTH?!!! I have a *major* problem with that first rule. There is nothing wrong with being gay or lesbian. *steams* Hentai and porn mean the same thing, so you're being redundant. Hentai is just the Japanese word for porn. It would be nice if you wrote "people" instead of "ppl."
Flames- Pointless to have this page when there's nothing on it. Also, it shouldn't be so high up in the navigation.
Why I Decided To Do This- Can be shortened to "Why." Kind of odd how you suddenly remembered how you don't have a scanner. Do you really respond to requests within 30-40 minutes? What if they're in a different time zone and you're asleep?
Newer Senshi- These are pretty cute. Why don't two of them have names labeled on them?
More Senshi- "Mare" should be "more."
Still Senshi- The setup of this page is very odd. Why do some pictures have huge empty spaces next to them?
My Awards- Since you have alot of awards, you need to find a way to reduce loading time.
Links- The first site's name is Anime Land. You could have found that out yourself by clicking on the link. O_O Ooh nifty, you linked to us! But it should be "I Review," not "I Reveiw," and there should be a space between "Review" and the parentheses.
Contact Me- You don't need a comma after "with." There should be a space and a parentheses between "info" and "if." "Veiw" should be "view."
Link Me- "Theese" should be "these." I'm halfway tempted to make you a button, since your images are so cute, but I haven't even finished making buttons for my own sites yet. ^^;;
Contests- This page is confusing. Both of these are past contests, but you don't explain what the contest was about, excepting their names. It would be good to add an explanation.
Senshi creating form- This link needs to be in the navigation. The page is a little confusing but it gets the point across. It would be better to put what each form box is next to the box, instead of inside the box.
The gallery- This also needs a link in the navigation. Techincally males can't be senshi, but I guess we'll allow a little leeway here. The link at the bottom of this page isn't visible unless you scroll, so some people might miss it entirely. Move it farther up and add it to the navigation.
In closing- I think you've gotten off to a good start. Some suggestions would be to work on your spelling and perhaps spruce up the layout a bit. It would also be nice if you wrote "people" instead of "ppl," because that always gets on my nerves. Good job.
Alright, first things first. I tried to start this review when I first got the URL, but I bombed on it then. So I'm trying again.
Layout - Cluttered. Far, far, far to cluttered. The Welcome to: The Senshi Creator image doesn't fit. It's a white background on black page bg. Why can't people go with uniformity? huh? It's blue table borders with pink text/links, and a bit of that ugly color you get when you type in "font color=green". It's an evil color. Links on the side are far to hard for me to read (1024x768 High Color, is my res). Why do all the images have a white background? was the page originally white? Oh, and far to many excalmation marks ont he page. It looks like you're hyper.

Sister Sites - I'm not reviewing them, so I'm not clicking the link.
Udates - Is that a typo? Should it be 'updates'? GAH!! Bright make my-eyes water pink blurry color! Maybe you should tone the shade down a bit so I can read it? And the border looks REALLY silly the way it's set up right now.
Rules of Making a Senshi - Yay! Reable text again! And this one doesn't look silly 'cause it doesn't have the double table on the left side. Although, that's a really lame first rule. Michiru and Haruka are yuri (lesbians) remember? Rule eight is pointless. It's an easy way to loose "customers". And what's that second table box at the bottom for?
Flames - Flame pages are always fun to read. *snicker* Hey, the only thing here is that emtpy second box again.
Why I decided to Do this - Aka reasons why I made this page. Those are so really not great reasons, but they're believable, at least. "Favorite senshi" that were "created by me". Well, no duh. Of course they're some of your favorites. you made them. People don't really care if you like your own senshi. White-bg on black again...
Newer Senshi - Images. They are, and I admit, kinda cute, if not really shaded like normal senshi images. But it's still white-bg on black
More Senshi - More images! Maybe you should, I don't know... put them all on the same page? And lord above, I can't read that neon blue text on white background, and the hair is hurting my eyes since it's not outlined... Oh hey, there's a counter at the bottom!
Still Senshi - Uh... that's a really weird name. And you really should put all the images on one page. Is Angel Moon carrying a battle spatula? Well, it looks more like a towrel. And some of these senshi have really strange names...
My Awards - This is a page I couldn't give less of a damn about. NEXT!

Contact me - She has an email form? Okay... those things are useless pieces of junk (I know, I had one about three years ago).
Link Me! - Hey, now the text is blue. Maybe you should make all the text blue? It wouldn't be as annoying. The only one that I'd ever click would probably be the first banner. I wouldn't touch any of the others.
Contests - Those are very lame prizes for contests.
Back to the main page, and I've located the form. Pretty basic, email form. I still don't like those things. And those are really lame little titles stuck at the bottom. Send or start over works just fine. And now the gallery, which is just all the pictures put together. Yay.
I'm done here. At least the site is uniformity. Although pink, black, and blue aren't the greatest colors, and certain spots look really silly, it looks alright for a beginner's site.
