I don't care for anti shrines, but what the hey. anyway should be two words. the mustache is...laughable. I guess this isn't hate site, more for a good laugh then. ^_^
the font is WAY too small. Fruit?? why...
I could argue against all of these reasons til I'm blue in the face. But i'm not going to bother.
Okay, this font size is far too small. I can't read this. Review over.
¤ Okay, usually I'd be writhing in disgust since you have a splash page, but since it has a warning on it, I'll try to ignore the fact that you have one. Also, since you already have a warning, it wouldn't hurt to say that this site is biased and highly opinionated. I suggest using a larger font because many of the bigger names in webauthoring are now using 1024 x 768 resolutions, and size 8-10 is barely readable.
¤ Just a little comment about your first argument in the 'Why Rini' section, SM is not a normal show and the part about 'Falling from the sky is simply not something that happens every day.' is a little ofhand. Try finding some more valid arguments. Ok after reading the rest of your arguments, I think you should have made a 'Why I hate SM Site'. Also, in response to your last reason involving her attraction to Mamoru: If your are fimiliar with Frued's work, you'll know about the Oedipus complex; I believe that the relationship in question is a father-daughter twist on the theory. ¤ The 'Opinions' section is funny in a crude-outlandish way. However, I would change the name to something more relavent to the purpose of the section.
¤ The altered pictures are rather elementary, try doing more than just adding a gotee (sorry I don't know how to spell it).
¤ In the 'Rini Lovers' section, I'd like to know from who or where the arguments for the opposing side were taken/ found. A link back to those sites wouldn't help, because frankly, I think you made them up at this moment. ¤ Ok this site is satisfactory, but currently is the same as all the other anti sites out there which were made while in an angry state, so they lack logic. Try to rethink your arguments and make them stronger. Redesigning (learning html) wouldn't hurt since at the moment WYSIWYG or drop and drag built sites are looked down upon. There is room to improve the layout and graphics. Also, a little comment: You are probably reading this thinking that I'm a Chibi lover. Somewhat I am because, without her there is no Blacklady, and I own a Blacklady site, so her existance is key to my character.
Splash- I'm not a big fan of splash pages, but yours is cute abeit a bit unneeded.
Main- *chuckles at the mustached Chibimoon* Hmm... your layout is quite simple but this can be a good thing, as your website doesn't take long to load and it probably looks nice in many resolutions. Plus I'm not an artist so I can't
critisize ^^. Moving on...
Why Rini?- Ok, the name of this section confused me at first -- I almost thought you were going to list reasons as to why Rini was good. Heh. It would be nice to have some sort of title in the title bar (TITLE tag). I studied the background for a bit, trying to figure out what I should say about it, and I
guess I have to admit I'm still stumped. So your background's fine ^^. I like how you explain your reasons, except for your last -- number 12 -- it would help to elaborate a bit. How does Rini hit on her father? Maybe an example.
Opinions- I was expecting visitor opinions and I got... well, opinions of the cast. But that's all right, because this is a unique section. *reads through* What does "RP" stand for? Ack, this is tiny text. *squints* It'd be nice if
it were a tad bigger. I found a typo on Serena's page, in the sentence "She would always brag about how nice her is to her." The first her should be he. And another one... "Fine it wsa Amy," 'wsa' should be 'was.' *laughs at one of Darien's lines* On Darien's page, "Hurridly" should be "Hurriedly." For the "Inners" page, it would be more correct to say "Inner Planet Soldiers." Otherwise, one would wonder what they're 'inners' of... maybe belly-buttons? BTW, if you're going to use the dub names I would stay away from the word Senshi." You can use "Soldiers" instead. Same thing I said about "Inners" for "Outers." On Hotaru's page, "your" should be "you're." Overall, I really liked this section, it was a unique touch.
Pics- This is a _really_ plain page. I would add a background or something, or perhaps just add these links to the main page if there's room. I'm a little confused because "Scanned" has altered comics and "Altered" just has scans. Did you mean to have it the other way around? On the "altered" page, yrinirubeyes.jpg, yrinisolaric.jpg, and yrinispank.jpg are broken. The "Drawn on" page needs some credits somewhere, but I'll keep looking. "Different Rini" needs more images, but you probably already knew that. I really enjoyed this section as well, especially the altered comics and the scans. Very unique.
RTR- This is cute, except... *winces at the last one* Do I really have to stay far away from you? Do I? *puppy dog eyes from Minako, who happens to be a Chibiusa fan ^^;;*
Banner Exchange- The title confused me at first, because I thought it was like a link exchange with the automatic changing banners, but I get it now. Your banners are cute.
Rini Lovers- Also a very unique section. About #4, I'm guessing you've never seen Chibiusa's S Movie transformation. It's a favorite to pick on by Chibiusa's haters. You might want to check it out. About #10, Molly _does_ appear after the first season. She doesn't appear as much but she's definitely still there. If I recall correctly, her voice improves by the third season anyway.
A Villain's Guide to Rini- Heehee! Also a good, unique section. Let's see how much I can overuse the word "unique," eh? ^_^ I'd like to see this section expanded.
Links- All the links work. Short list, eh? A word of advice - if you're looking to get more hits, try linking some general SM sites and asking their owners to link you in return.
Updates- This is okay, except that you didn't link the credits from the main page ^_~.
Contact- You need an email or something so your visitors can contact you.
In closing- The guestbook never loaded so you might want to check and make sure it still works. Overall, I thought this was a very nicely done site, with a whole lot of special sections. (See! I stopped using the word 'unique'! ;))
Even though I'm a Chibiusa fan, I still enjoyed the site. Keep up the great work and keep expanding your site!
How'd we stick a dozen people into a closet anyway? Especially one that normally can't house a six year old child? AND got a tv in there and...
Oh, I'm supposed to be reviewing, not questioning why Cloudy's dorm room closet is so big.
Layout - Not the best of all layouts; I normally see something similar on the updates pages of places like Psypoke.com, The Digimon Laboratory, The Sonic Foundation, etc. Although... never in pink of all colors.
Reasoning -
"Why Rini?" - A different layout. Cute. Why do you have a layout of rasberries and black berries? Hey, that is a good reason (reason #2)! And of course, the impossiblitiy of Chibiusa's odangos. There is of course, people who can make some pretty close Usagi-odangos, but Chibiusa's have to be magic-- and not the cool, black magic, that sissy white magic the senshi use... come to think of it, what us badguys use too. Let me go find some black magic spells and take power from L-sama, alright? I so understand the reasons for that. They're most fo the same reasons I have a violent dislike of the pink-haired girl.
"Opinions" - Opinions of the other characters on Chibiusa. These are funny, but Darien/Mamoru is just as big an annoyance as Chibiusa, in my humble opinion.
Changing-
"Pics" - These are amusing. Highly amusing. I suggest anyone who wants a good laugh check these out. Mwahahahahahaha
"RTR" - Funny to all hell, as long as you don't like Chibiusa. RTR stands for Road to Recovery.

If there's one thing I've noticed, it's that the page layout changes with every single page. Try for uniformity! It would look much better. And it wouldn't have taken me a full week to review... I got bored...
