-The text is too small, an unreadable colour.
-too much use of exclamation marks. please space after each sentence before begining a new one.
-why a pic of minako on an usagi site?
-i get a bottom scroll. ugh.
-the spacing of sentences is messed up. improper tables, perhaps?
-there are links at the bottom in the text box. use one or the other.
-what the hell does the legend of sleepy hollow have to do with anything? and for god's sake, fix the spelling.
-why is the text moved all the way to the left? very ugly.
-the adoptions are very plain. blech. make an adopt form. get a better layout!
-fan fic submission is okay, except there is too much space after the home link.
-the guestbook has a very loud and very annoying MIDI. lose it!
-why is the site content called 'sites'? if these are seperate sites I'm not reviewing your whole damn collective.
-don't name a thing about your site 'usagi profile' we all know what that is, and it isn't a 'look how hard i worked' section. and no, i don't enjoy. your layout is very ugly...
-usako doesn't mean my little bunny, it's just adding a girly suffix. like calling christine 'christy'.
-chiba mamoru doesnt mean the guardian. note my spelling.
-his dream and usagi's dream are the same, which is a plot element of superS.
-what is kousagi?
-there is NO POINT to having a dual profile.
-i've never seen the adoptions before, which is super cool. they are well done except they look weird just..standing there. and haruka should wear pants. chibi-usa is broken.
-coloured manga is a broken link.
-use real thumbnails.
-there are quite a few broken images in the b&w manga gallery.
-i clicked on a few in the coloured anime, and all i got was broken links. THAT SUCKS!
-same for fanart. they are very good, BUT i am certain they weren't used with permission, which sucks even more.
-all the interaction stuff is pointless crap. especially the poll.
-connections should be called links.
-she gives tons of awards. why is it people with crappy sites give awards of excellence?

¤ Okay, the text is unreadable with a 1024 x 768 resolution, and the grey background and black text is hard to read. Also, if this is about Usagi, why is there a picture of Minako? Overlooking the above, the layout flows well.
¤ The background story concerning All Hallows Eve that you have provided is not entirely correct. All Hallows Eve originated much earlier and in all the versions of the legend of Sleepy Hollow that I've heard, I've never heard of the love triangle, quite interesting though.
¤ The forms in the fan fic submittion section could be a little bigger so the submitter would be able to better see what they were typing. Aside from that, no other complaints.
¤ In the site as a whole I've noticed you don't capitalize names, which irks me somewhat, then again your mom probably is not an English professor. The profiles are very short, an leave something to be desired.
¤ In the gallery, there are some broken links and the pictures are not thumbnailed correctly. Also in reply to your comment about the anime gallery, Usagi is not manga-based. It is the Japanese name and has nothing to do with either the manga or anime.
¤ Okay overall this site is good, but there is not much up. Also, it is rather lacking in graphics (I don't know if you made it that way on purpose) and would look better if there were more.
It's amazing! I'm starting this one on a day when I finished another review! Yes, I take forever with my reviews. What's your point? I take forever because I tend to ramble. And if someone can guess the real reason why, I'll give you a V3C-- Virtual Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Layout - Grey background; original. And I mean it. I'm not being sarcastic (it's a first!) Cute picture of Minako and Artimesu there. The intro in cute. I'm going to get a sugar high if I have anything to do with someing "cute" in the next ten minutes-- not including my kawaii adorable babbling self.

Pika Power for Tenchi Muyo fanfics was worse. *gets beaten over the head by her brother for making that comment (he owns Pika Power)* Anyways, there's no fics there yet. Ah well, I guess we'll ahve to wait, ne?

Character Profiles - Profiles on the Moon Girls and Mamoron... er, Mamoru. I think I've been around the guys as Insertion to long... odango atama is not meatball head. It's dumpling head. Odango = dumpling. Atama = head. Kay? Chibiusa's name is NOT Chibi Usagi. It's Small Lady Serenity Usagi. Chibichibi is Sailorcosmos in the manga, ne? Sailorcosomos is Usagi, with the powers of her deceased senshi. I've never heard of kousagi before...
Me - Not going there.
Adopt-a-senshi - Silly little RPG sprite style senshi. They're cute, but some of them look too tall to be proper senshi.
Moonlight Scriptures - not up, but I have seen another site with the same title for their fanfiction section. One word on _that_ fanfic selection : BIG.
Manga - Colored can't be found, apparently. At least black & white are up. They're in japanese! Cool! I recognised some of the images from the manga I have.
Anime - Nice images, a number of them I've seen before. But then, don't I say that about all sites' image galleries?
Crave Drawings - aka Fanart - Links are messed up, linking to "http://www.grames.com/fan20%art/" instead of "http://www.grames.com/usagi/" By the Goddess! When you do fix the links to see the images, there are some sketches from, from MASTERS of artisty!
An email form? cute. And a poll? I dislike polls. Webrings? Not going there. Sister sites, a couple of them, and her host. msgc - Although done by her, it's not part of the site. I'm not reviewing it. Links/Credits - basic links page, nothing speical. Link Us - that's a nice banner. The button looks kinda like a pumpkin to me, and the square thing is a cute face, but I think it's venus, not moon. Based on the way the bangs fall. Awards - Not going there. Main page- Your site is really disorganized. I've been avoiding reviewing it for awhile because I haven't a clue what kind of site I'm looking at. Layout is okay, nothing outstanding. I'm a little sick of seeing that Minako image but I guess I can't complain since I used it myself in a past layout. ^^;;
Sites- This page is _way_ too long. And most of these aren't "sites" anyway, they're webpages. Your writing in all lowercase is getting on my nerves. Grr.
Usagi Profile- This is out of place. Move it.
Character Profiles- Every site has these. Boring.
Me- Also out of place. Move it somewhere else.
Adopt-a-Senshi- These are cute. Did you make them yourself? It's always nice to see a change from the run-of-the-mill RPG gif's.
Manga- Link to colored manga is broken. B/W manga page is really messed up. There are broken "thumbnails" (which, despite your apology, you need to fix. Use real thumbnails or text links). Did you scan these yourself?
Anime- At least there aren't any broken images on this page. I'm not liking all this scrolling, and I use a high resolution. Think of how much scrolling the lower resolution people have to do.
Cave Drawings- You _need_ credits for all these fanart images, and either links to the creator's email or site.
Skipping interaction and connections/sisters.
Links/Credits- You could put your connections and sisters on this page.
Link Us- These are fine. It would be nice if you included the code for people to use to link to you.

In closing- I know this wasn't a very nice review, and it's mainly because your site is so disorganized. Don't have the majority of the links to your pages all on one page that takes forever to scroll through. Also, most of your material is boring and unoriginal, excepting the adopt-a-senshi which were very nice. Come up with some original ideas, fix your writing (which is all in lowercase), and fix the organization. (I'm a Virgo, so sue me. I live for organization.)
