Thanks-should be at the bottom of the list, not the top. uhm, yeah, yay to angelfire but forget to learn HTML. I've seen two sites mentioned so far that's IR has reviewed, both otaku sites. how odd.
the rest of this is what Aian would call 'extra useless crap' and it really shouldn't be the first thing I see. organization needs a major fixing! I gotta say though, the images are very well done. FAQ is missing.
here we go, the main meat of the site. I think it's just that the nav links were mis-named. I'm not even gonna try to read these fics. love the chibis. my eyes hurt. after seeing the kao on every page it's annoying. use images sparingly!
profiles-*blink* english name? why would your char need an english name, it's not like she was forcibly spliced and diced for north american audiences! sskkkiiiiiiiiiiiip! really, i couldnt care less. i dislike fan senshi.
Gallery-learn to make proper thumbnails. that animated one is really good, it must have taken ages!
Awards-they are all over the place, one at a time! it would look better to just link the name to the picture.
oh man, I can't go through the rest of this site. the organization and font are terrible. I don't care one bit about the content. The only good things I can say are that the pictures are really good and the site shows a lot of dedication to your fan senshi. try getting a layout from a site like layoutland.com and it'll be much better.
¤ Where to begin? Pointless spalsh, most people use IE and can support frames. Horrendous layout and midi which does not go well with my Static X (why is there only a play button? it defeats the purpose of including the controls). Font is unreadable, heading size 6 font is reserved for subscript and with a 1024 x 768 resolution it makes for reading hell (not to mention the horrific color choice). The colors do not match, or for that matter none of the elements do. And lastly, however cut you think it is to spell galaxy with and 'ie' it's not. It only serves to lower my opinon of this site. Also, your title utalizes incorrect grammer. You clearly meant 'The Galaxie Sailor's Relam' since there are more than one senshi.
¤ Oh my virgin eyes. If you've read The Stranger, you will remeber Mersualt's agony at looking directly into the sun. I now know what he was going through; black background with a white table with small black type. You really should have used borderless frames. Well you want my feedback on your layout so here it is: detestable. Also in respinse to your little bit about 'if this looks bad on different servers..', this is only on one server (this seals any doubts I had about your ignorance about the internet), anglefire, thy only reason it would look different is on different browsers and with different resolutions. Please is spelled with one 'e'. I am nhot an idiot, most people can tell that if there is frame with links it is most obviously the navigation frame. You pathetic appeal for your guestbook is irksome. First of all I have comic san on my computer (most people do seeing it is a truetype distributed with windows), but I do not see it used with the exception of the aggrivatingly bright sea foam green 'navigation' heading. Just admit you have a typing problem. Heck I do too, I am dyslexic when it comes to typing. This is a main page, do not include summaries on each of you fan-senshi, save it for the information section. Once again another person who has perverted the meaning of otaku... Why is there not update listed? For all I know this was last updated durring the war of 1812.
¤ Why the hell do you have to make the information link open a page that only has more links? Just list them all on the main navigation page.
¤ I don't think I will subject myself to reading the updates since incorrect grammer and spelling tend to loose my inner demons.
¤ How about thanking all the hapless reviwers who have to view this site? You've only had internet access since 2000? Well I guess that explains why you know so little about servers and browsers. Why are there five back buttons linked to different sections? How abou thanking the people whose sites you took the images which you edited from. Here is a hint, learn the code that the browser uses to go back accurately through the history, then you'll really impress people.
¤ Can I really call you Kristyn? How about groundling, and then you can call me Queen Dido... If you do not know you blood type, why do you bother to list it? For an assumed poet and writer you grammer and spelling as well vocabulary are laughable. Okay what is the point of having a made up gemstone if no one else has a clue as to what it looks like? For strong points you should add creative spelling. You know there is a term called hemaphobia (fear of blood). I see your fictitous senshi employs your color sense (or lack thereof).
¤ Okay you are comming of as a little desparate with the feel free to add me to your address book or buddy lists pleas. I can think of another contact method: forms.
¤ Some how I find it hard to find someone asking if they can take the graphics off your site. I don't think spelling incorrectly is a burst of genius and originality, I tend to call is stupidity. You laziness even humbles me. You know it's pathetic when you can't even fully understand how MS Paint works (I pale to think of you using PSP or Photoshop, most scanners come with decent editing software...learn to use them, hell you can get it all for free). You don't even have enough pride (or shame) to go back and change you story to conform with the new story line (oh wait I forgot, my mistake, afterall changing 'ie' to 'y' is such a cumbersom process).
¤ Disclaimers are legal documentation, do not make a mockery of it. LIst the appropriate copyright dates, holders, and at least insert the symbol. You do not 'kinda' own something, either you do or not, it's a binary operation, either it's true or false, 1 or 0, white or black, on or off.
¤ Stories does not have a 'u' in it. If you do not plan on completeling a story then why do you even bother to post it? Obviously you do not have much conviction if you find it so easy to start a story and then leave it incomplete. The text goes from border to border (and is bold in the RTP) which makes for a less than enjoyable reading experience. Your plot from GSS sounds like it was stolen from the DBZ Cell Saga. Believe it or not you do not need to put huge irrelevent graphics on each page to prove that you can alter a premade picture, also, the animated gifs are starting to get very annoying.
¤ I see that the idea of making a breif summary is out of the question.
¤ The word modified does not have a 'y' and I would suggest using edited. (Your spelling is horendous, and isn't ocassional slip ups, you spell like a 5th grader.) Learn to thumbnail properly. Deplorable, you didn't even bother to edit the manga cell in which Sailor V is introduced and label it as Nightstar overlooking the fact that you fan senshi doesn't have a cat or a waist chain.
¤ Awards (aka free shameless advertisment)...detestable... Learn to either use text links or thumbnail. You have commited the unspeakable crime of frames: making a horizontal scrolling page.
¤ Why on Earth is the page for other people's fan senshi linked twice (on the gallery page and fanart page)?
¤ Fanfics is staisfactory... well at least it's bearable if not satisfactory.
¤ A cherry to top it all, you are illegaly direct linking the reviews. Is it that hard to cut and past into a notepad?
¤ Your quotes are pointless, they have no relavence to the theme of this site. The quotes under the second bullet are all stolen (I've seen most of them before and wording is too eloquent to be yours). The last one is a load of bull and subliminaly suggests you religious affiliation which is sickening sine it is a purely Christian point of view.
¤ Last time I checked poetry was still considered fandom and under teh jurisdiction of fanfics, oh wait, these have no relavence to the site or anything at all! Rhyming words does not constitute of poerty and at least use correct grammer and spelling.
¤ I hope you do realise that BSSM is a hentai series original. People like you have defeated the purpose of a button exchange. A button exchange is really a cycle of rotating banners/ buttons, not some baseless mutual link concept which is what you have come to use it as. It's sad that you have so many open spots for affiliates; you are comming off as a bit desparate. Also, by having so many affiliates you are kinda defeating the purpose of having them.
¤ Well at least some of the buttons and banners are regulation size.

I have a site called uncoolness.com, can I win your cool/ amazing site award? (Silly me, my site is UNcool, yet I do not fully understand what is meant by cool). Why do you only need a 80 on the quizzes to get an award that has 100!/ +A stamped all over it?
¤ I'm not going to bother with the 'request-a-senshi' sections that are not part of this site since you have made a spearate site (I was only enlisted to review this site). Also, since you have another site, why don't you take this section out. In the 'type 2' edited image samples, why do you have unavaliable signs posted everywhere (no acceptable excuses)?

- Usually it’s customary to but a “_break” or “_blank” tag on links to other sites when you’re using frames. If you want to display your reviews then put them on your own server! Don’t link to the review on the review site!

- Way too many banners on one page, they took forever to load, so I left because I don’t have time to wait
- Request a Sailor: should have alt text on samples and be in real thumbnail form
- None of the quizzes worked
- Poll: not necessary, often people lie about how good your site is

- Music: just midis you can find everywhere
- Downloads: none of them relate to Otaku senshi

Overall: *pulls hair out* What’s your problem with not putting your work through a spell check? It’s not that hard to copy and paste your writing onto a word processor. You need to have real thumbnails. You have some creative aspects, but overall I was disappointed, mainly over the aesthetics of the site and spelling on the site, the only plus side I could find was excellent edited images and…*thinks hard* the request a sailor. You need to work on putting “_break” or “_blank” tags on some links and write your profiles and info about yourself so they aren’t so boring.

Okay, this is probably going to be a short review since I'm not really an otaku senshi person. Here goes.
Layout: The splash page is kind of plain, using a starry background that I've seen way too often. Maybe make a cute title graphic or something. The main page layout is kind of plain too. Hmm, this is weird. On the splash you said that you use the Comic Sans MS font, but I have that font on my computer and I haven't seen it used on your site yet. Subpage layouts seem to be all the same -- which is good, because consistency is always a plus. You have a good idea in getting rid of those big white tables. Just make sure people can still read the text (especially blind bats like me!).
Organization: Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't put the guestbook on the splash. Don't you want people to sign after they've seen most of your site? You ought to have updates linked on the main page. O_O Information appears to be comprised of site-related stuff. Whatever happened to the Otaku Senshi? *blink blink* Ack, and Site Stuff goes to the stuff I was expecting? Can we say, "needs a site map?" Yes we can. *blink blink* And what's with those different senshi back buttons on the Downloads page? I don't remember seeing those Realms on the navigation. *falls over* In The Otaku Senshi Library, if a letter doesn't have any Senshi for it yet, don't link it.
Content: Skipping the Otaku Senshi stuff, Aian does a better job than me at that anyway. Woah, what's this? Music videos without credit! Credit Aluminum Studios (http://www.aluminumstudios.com) with a link for the I'm Blue video, and the others need link credits too. The Otaku Names page is a good idea.
Coding: There's a broken image on the Vote For Me page. Oiy oiy, there's "fake" thumbnails on the coloring book page. Fisheye's got a good tutorial on how to make real ones, *read* it.
Mechanics: On your splash, "veiwed" should be "viewed." I see this error on a lot of sites. Learn to live and love the "i before e except after c" rule, people. XD Today is my "lazy day" so I won't try to find any other mechanical errors.
