¤ Hmm...Mare Serenitatis are becoming a popular name. Anyways to business; finally another person that understands the greatness of 1024 x 768 resolution. The color scheme is well chooses, but the background looks as though it has been saved many times and has a white border surrounding each tile. Also On the graphics menu, using a font that has been antialias to reduce the block, pixalated effect.
¤ In the information you claim the Japanese name for the series was Bishoujo Senshi Ser Munn, I always thought it was Bishoujo Senshi Salior Moon.
¤ I have to admit I've seen some of these pictures before. I know it's difficult to find pictures that not everyone else uses, but try to ge som rarer pics. The real only problem is a minor prob with the thumbnails. I know you want to have them all the same size, but some of them get distorted when you change the ratio to redce the size. Choose an ideal size and try to get all the picture within that size without distorting the pic.
¤ On the second Usagi page, there is a problem with one of the tables; there is a gap between the first and second coloumn of pics. The same happens with the Rei pics between the second and third coloumn; same for the cats. Ok well I found out after you click one of the thumbnails and go back to the page, the gaps problems disappears...wierd. Just ignore this section then.
¤ I noticed that you used som fanart for some of the Minako pics (i.e. last pic third row and second pic fourth row) so I would put credits on that page to the artists. Same for the fanart in the Mamoru.
¤ In the Chibi-Usa section you put two pictures of Blacklady, they would be more appropriate under Villians. Upon further wandering I find that they are in the Villains section, I would take down the repeats.
¤ The last thumbnail on the second for the Other Groups 2 is not linked.
¤ The link me and links sections are fine.
¤ In general, this is a nice site. Need a few more pics but is pretty good otherwise. I like the layout for the galleries of how you keep a naviagtion frame on the bottom. Only thing that wouldn't hurt wuld be to add an updates page so we know what is new. Also, while looking at your code I was impressed to see how organized it was, mine isn't nearly as readable.
This site was fairly well done in terms of layout. It was fast loading and pretty. The picture and the background are just the tiniest bit fuzzy though. The image map was well done, you had ALT text over every link and they all went to the designated locations. You should put an Updates section up!
Pictures:
The pictures are very good quality and they are organized into definitive sections (Inners, Outers, etc.). One thing that I found very interesting is that you have more pictures of Naru-chan than Chibi-Usa. I’m guessing that you must have a soft spot for that particular minor character. Your ALT text is usually fairly specific (and I’m glad you have ALT text), but in the others section instead of saying Sailor Star Healer or Sailor Star Maker, you just say “one of the StarLights”. The pictures are fast loading and I am very happy that you limited the number of pictures on a page, and thumbnailed them all. Cutting parts of pictures out for faster loading shows that you really do care about everyone who comes to your site. Every one of the pictures I clicked on worked (yeah!). I think you need to add more pictures (particularly of Chibi-Usa), so many Sailor Moon pictures are on the net for the taking.

Link to Me:I hate how you have the information for linking to all your sites on one page. I think that it’s just pure laziness. People will probably get confused have and have to press the back button to remember which site they visited.
Your layout was fairly well done, but you need to work on obtaining more pictures. You should try to find more Manga pictures to add a balance of Animé/Manga pictures on your site. Your site was organized and pretty. I would suggest putting up an updates section and a section about the use of the pictures. Other then that, your gallery is up to a nice start, but you might want to think about offering a little more then just pictures to encourage more visitors to come.
