theme: fan senshi
I'm going to assume Universe's Domain is the name of this site, because the <title> is wrong and this layout is frankly ass. The colours and dolls hurt my eyes. It looks really ugly. Updates is the place where I get the first clue this site has anything to do with smoon. The Diary is something better than normal profiles as a method for the reader to get to know the characters. yay.
Sailor Suicide???? okay. that's just plain wrong. Suicide is so serious a matter you do NOT name a fucking senshi after it. yes I'm swearing. Using suicide in such a way is such a revolting prospect that I'll do something else a reviewer should never do: insult the webmistress. You are a fucking idiot for creating such a character. How about Sailor Abortion? moron.
blah blah I'm not reading any of the interview crap. I hate fansenshi. Technical stuff is fine, except messing with a Lycentia layout doesn't look that good. Some of the title fonts are too big. SAquarius interview is empty, fix that.
Adoptions-ugh. organisation, anyone? learn tables. And adoption places have rules and codes and such. Email you doesn't need to be at the top and bottom of the page. Spoofs are from some other page, and at first I thought you had stolen someone else's work. Put the banner to Nep-Ura's at the top.
Links-this should be further down the page. the bg makes it impossible to read. At least there are descriptions. Credits are very good. who and why. I like that.
*yawn* I'm getting sick of all these dolls. The images do not have proper thumbnails. learn! this site was made with a wysiwyg and it looks awful. You should have kept your old layouts, they don't suck. Yup, this craptacular site has won awards. yay. If I was in the right mood I might actually bother reading the funny banter, but I won't. I am glad that it's not just a huge list of pics. Link Me-I'm pretty certain no one uses banners anymore. Might want to make just 88 x 31 buttons.
I'm not reading the stories. Email button shouldn't be on every page. Why is there so much space between cliques? Other people's stuff shouldn't have centered text. Shouts outs. get RID of the follow text! Polls=boring. A message board should only be on a popular site. The guestbook is the best looking thing on this whole site.
Overall-this site sucks. The layout is completely disorganized, which annoys me to no end. I really wasn't made the care one little bit about the fan characters, who were all mary-janes. *yawn*
¤ The main oage has too many graphics, whihc along with the irritating midi, slow down the loading time. The content is all aligned on the left, and give the non-liquid impression with a 1024 x 768 resolution. The navigation and page in general look unorganized.
¤ The 'adoption page' has too many elements on it. The backgrounds need some work as well. It would be more professional if you provided parents with an html code to add to their page.
¤ No comment on the 'spoof adoptions'.
¤ The alernating text color and long dialogues are annoying in the 'links'.
¤ No comment on the 'credits' though it wouldn't hurt to repeat the disclaimer.
¤ No comment on the 'updates'.
¤ The 'diary' is somewhat pointless, and needs to be updated.
¤ The 'interviews' is alright, but I didn't see any profiles. By the way, those "cube puzzles" are called rubix cubes. The interviews need to be proofread; the have numerous grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.
¤ The 'message board' is usless. No one had posted and threads or comments. It might achieve more success if you created some topics in the forums.
¤ The 'polls' page is horrendous! The background is to bold and bright. The colors do not match. I am forced to highlight the links at the bottom to be able to read them.
¤ No comment on the 'cliques'. ¤ No comments on the 'story' sections (though there are several grammatical and writing errors; proofread before publishing).
¤ The 'pictures' are alright, but for the past layouts, it'd be better if you just had a page as the sample instead of a picture.
¤ Interesting, the 'win an award' section has few graphics unlike the other sections. It's rude to require people to sign your guestbook before they win your award.
¤ In the 'awards I've won' section you should thumbnail the awards. You really don't need two pages for your awards.
¤ The mouse tail messgae is aggravating in the 'shoutouts' (which is one word, not two).
¤ Since you only have two sister sites, you could just delete the page and add then to the main page.
¤ Wow, the fanart by Reece is amazing. I didn't find any fanfics under the 'fanart and fanfic' section.
¤ In the 'link me' section, it would be nice to give credit to the people who provided the images for teh banners. I can't tell by looking, but it looks ar though none of your banners are in the standard micro banner size (88 x 31), adding one will make it easiar for those who prefer that size.
Well, I'm tired; I spent fourteen hours out partying with friends, so... the review might not make sense. It wasn't that I was drunk or anything, just... it was fourteen HOURS.
Layout - 'Version dark dreams'? Interesting little title. That background doesn't flow smoothly together, but it looks nice as long as you're not looking for the background to run smoothly together. All the links are in wonderfully neat orderly lines and it's so easy to find things (as long as we all remember, the first time I looked at the page it was in halloween mode with everything everywhere)

Spoof Adoptions - *laughs and claps* Wodnerful! Wonderful! The Spoofs you adopted are quite funny! The green background makes my eyes hurt if I stare at it, but then, I've been flipping back and forth between the review and a site done in black and purple.
Pictures - Like I've said before to many other people, the pictures aren't exactly the best quality, but for the level they're at, they're pretty good. I was at this level only a couple years ago, meself. I've also been drawing non-stop for almost six years. The Picture of Alison is pretty good, but here's a hint about skin tones; go find a professional image, and steal the skin tone from that. That's what I do ^-^V The Past Layouts are cute...
Other peoples Fan Art- green background. Okay, so you've got three backgrounds going on-- gold, green, and the funky camera-light imitating stars background. Ah well, the pictures are nice-- well, the edited ones. The others... I have a thing for correct proportioning, even in anime. It's a bad habit. I know. Of course, I would assume the pictures would all be of your otaku senshi... not DBZ characters, no matter how much I adore them. *grin*

Message Board - No thanks. I only hang on Sonic and Digimon boards these days.
Adoption Agency - Okay, first off. Gold background with white backed pictures? I'm sure as hell hoping your "normal" layout is a white bg, so it doesn't look so... so... choppy. The senshi are quite the... interesting bunch, pet. I wouldn't mind adopting a couple of those (shock of all shocks! Aian Adopting!) but I pry wouldn't call them "senshi". Probably, "Prep and Punk chicks"
Interviews and Profiles - long, involved, and colorful. Heh, in otherwords, there are interesting, punk-goth type answers to a number of the questions. (I know a bunch of punk-goths. Nice guys-- most of them are in my Psyke class. *grin*)
Stories - As much as I'd love to read this, I've got a bit of a deadline running here, AND I'm off to Imax today! Waii!
The Diary of Sailor Universe - Diaryland Diary - Cute luve. It's like a summary of the story as it happens. Maybe you could come up wtih a different layout for Diaryland? One to match your site?
Overall, it's a nice site, if not all that um... unified. That's it. Check any (and all) previous reviews. I like unity when it comes to sites. It looks nice and professional.
General Suggestions: Your site is unique, but it’s got a definitively cut-and-paste look. GeoCities page maker has many limitations, but you should at least try to get everything aligned. Page makers should not constitute laziness. You have way to many spelling and grammar mistakes! Many of them could be caught with a simple spell-checker. Try to stay away from cliché phrases. Some of the dialogue in sections in cute, but some of it is pointless and unable to be understood by anyone except your friends (I’m assuming a lot of it is inside jokes). Get rid of invisible midis! You could at least make the midis visible so people have the ability to turn them off! You should have a contact page instead of your e-mail button on every page. You should also have an About section outlining why you created this site. Put back buttons on every page, it’s annoying having to do that manually on your browser.
Things that I liked: You stuck with the term Sailor scouts instead of shifting between scouts and senshi.
Main Page: First thing I noticed when I came to this site was the yellow background that was prominent while your main page was loading. White links do not do well on top of a yellow background. You are lacking capitalization in many titles on your index page. I didn’t really enjoy the layout on your main page. The idea behind it was interesting, but the background had an undeniably tiled look. You can tell where each tile ends and the next begins. The picture in the top left corner of your index page was poor quality. The magenta writing on the bottom of the page was illegible on the background. The counter was also a bit fuzzy. Get rid of the invisible midi (ugh) at least make it visible so people can turn it off (though I would prefer the midi to be non-existent).
Updates: It’s nice to see an updates section.
Credit: This is another nice section to see!
Shout Outs: I was kind of confused by this name, maybe you should change it to Thankyous or something like that. I don’t know if there’s really a point to this section. There are a lot of inside jokes that I don’t get, plus you use bad grammar and hundreds of exclamation marks.
Pictures: I don’t really like Kiss dolls or whatever they’re called, but I won’t take that against you in my appraisal of this section. Your pictures are pretty good looking and they are in thumbnail form (that’s a plus). I do like the fact that you put little descriptions under each picture. Put the Past Layout’s section on your main page instead of stemming it off your Picture page.
Poll Questions: The background is atrocious! If you want to use a picture for a background then at least fade it out!
Message Board: No offense, but this is one of the most pointless message boards I’ve ever seen. You should take it down; there’s really no point to it!
Interviews: Watch out for the word Jupiter, it is not spelled ‘Jupitar’. A lot of the interviews were suspended between funny and stupid. Most of them didn’t tell me much about the character. Info about the characters would be appreciated since these are Otaku senshi. Take the link for your Aquarius Interview down since there’s nothing on that page but a banner!
Awards I’ve Won: Try to get the URLs for the two awards you need to have linked. Put up your third award page!
Awards to Win: It’s an interesting phenomenon…surprise awards. I guess, “to each his own”.
Link me: Try to make some banners with your own Otaku Senshi to make people more interested in coming to your site.
Sister Sites: You might want to think about putting ALT text on your links. (I’ve got a thing for ALT text)
Links: You don’t have any ALT text, but at least you have a nice description of all the sites! You might want to think about putting Diff’rent Star in your cliques section (but you don’t have to).
Cliques: Why do you have huge spaces between the six cliques you are a member of?
Stories: Your stories are all right. I love Sailor Cyclone. In general I love gender-bending characters. Your writing is fairly good, but still full of spelling errors. Your plots were fairly well developed but you should add more to your third story. Also you tend to assume that your readers know the same amount of info about the characters as yourself. The audience knows next to nothing, this is why you should get a profile section up and running.

In General: In general your site was borderline okay. There’s nothing on this site that would get me to come back again. You’ve got so many spelling errors that it gets to the point of being distracting. Align everything and put up some ALT text!

Main page- The top title graphic seems fuzzy to me. I'm viewing it in a 1024 x 768 resolution, so perhaps that is why. The tiled background doesn't flow very well. Try finding one that is seamless. Your organization is very well-laid out.
Updates, Credit, Shout outs- These layouts are simple but nice, nothing wrong with them. However, on the shout outs page there is a java cursor. I don't like those, especially since they used to crash my old computer.
Pictures- "Gallary" should be spelled "gallery." Always proofread before posting your pages, people. There's a Sailor Suicide? Ewww. *sweatdrop* All of the picture links work, that's a good thing.
Spoof adoptions- *sigh* Forget what I said about good organization. Shouldn't this link be near the bottom of your layout? Anyway, these are... original.
Other peoples fanart- This should be "Other People's Fanart." It's better grammar, you know? Reece's fanart is very good, but the thumbnails don't show it. Perhaps you could fix that.
Poll questions, message board- Skipping off-site links.
Adoption agency- These are fine... but where's the "Proud Parents" page?
Interviews and profiles- The group interview is kind of hard to read, unlike the others which are nicely spaced out between speakers. There's no interview on Aquarius's page.
Awards won, Awards to win- These pages look fine. It would be nice if you had samples of the awards to win.
Stories- Not reviewing because I'm not qualified to review fanfiction.
Link to me- It would be nice if you had a button or banner with your fansenshi on it.
Diary of Sailor Universe- I don't understand the point of this page.
Links- Ack! It's hard to read the text against that background. The last site's URL has changed.
Sister Sites- Cute layout. You could put your links on this page too since neither page is very long. Same with the cliques.
In closing: Seems like a good start to me, but since I'm not very aquainted with fan senshi it's hard to tell. Your artwork is very nice, I can tell that much. Just work on some layout and grammar things, and I think your site will improve nicely
