I'm confused. In the submit form, this was titled Kakyuu a la mode. But the splash says fireflower. If you messed around you could get rid of the scroll bar. I'm going with non-frames. I hate sites that are 'under construction'. duh. I Review is under construction, that doesn't mean I put it on the main page! The guestbook thing was on the splash, dont repeat. looks ugly there anyway.
Red Eye-yeah, that's painful. the layout I mean. where to start...too big font. purple on black is hard to read. text on a pic is hard to read. centered text is annoying. her death is a spoiler, get rid of it! -_- thank you for spoiling the entire thing for me. RAGE! make a back button.
The Angel-Go over the entire site code. there are some little errors such as missing words, a * at the end of the page lah lah I haven't gotten this far in the series so I can't say if it's accurate. It's very spoilerific. You can have information without ruining the plot y'know. I really dislike the every changed sub-page layout thing ya got going on here.
At First Sight-What the hell?? This is like...an ep transcript, story thing narrated. Uh, yeah. Why not just have the eps to download so we can watch them ourselves? HUH?? -_- i HATE spoilers. I dislike this site.
A Different Perspective-Manga Spoilers. skiiiiiiiip.
Optical Illusions-which is a stupid name for the questions section. there is a broken pic and some words need to be seperated. good idea for a page.
Credits-centered text is ugly. nice thing with the movie credits. I love this layout thing. should I come back when you're not under construction?
Awards-gods this page is ugly. but I don't need to tell you that do I?
Iris-ooh aaahh this is something very good. love this! the bold isnt really necessary, since pretty much the whole thing has secret messages, like Seiya singing "I, Fighter.."
Visions-what IS it with the changing layouts?? gods, pick one...anyway, this is a cool section.
Eye Candy-very good.
Double Vision-why is this in talics? try to find characters outside of sailor moon.
Fan's Eyes-the tables look weird.

anyway. I disliked this site because it irked me. I hate spoilers and I love consistency. But it did have creativity, so yay. It's worth a look, I suppose. *looks at frames version* boy, the layout really screws everything up doesn't it? blah.
I'm choosing the "No Frames" layout, because the frames layout looked very funktified on my 1024 x 768 resolution.
Layout- For being "under construction" and temporary, this sure is a nice, elegant layout. Heck, I'd keep it for good if I were you. Although, I never did associate green with Kakyuu before. Ooh, nifty border on the "Angel Eyes" page. You seem to use a black background a lot -- not bad, just that I don't really associate that color with Kakyuu either. *gets thwapped* Okay, okay, I'll quit whining.
Coding- On the Optical Illusions page, oliveflower.jpg is broken. You might want to check all of your links to outside sites -- one took me to an "adult" site ^^;;;.
Organization- This is very, very nice, especially on the "No Frames" version where all the links are laid out in their separate sections. Wonderful. But... you've got fancy names for the links and I don't really know what they will lead to unless I click on them. Perhaps you could put a small text description underneath each decorative name. *checks frames layout* Ah, and you did just that for the frames layout. Silly me!
Content- All of this seems good. On the Iris page, what happened to Taiki's image song and the Three Lights' second group song? The "Visions" page is very unique. I enjoyed it a lot! Perhaps you could expand the content even more. You've got a lot on Kakyuu's appearances and her appearance, but what about her personality? Her relationships with her Starlights? Kakyuu's an enigma, and the fans want to know more about her.
Mechanics- There are some scattered typos, but since your site's still under construction I have a feeling that you'll find them yourself. Just be careful about that. Always reread what you've just typed.
