ARGH! No more..no more....there is a new pop up every five seconds! *swears* p.s. thjs isn't the same pip site we just did a little while ago.
The splash isn't really needed, but it looks very nice. I like the picture effect a lot. There are some broken images in the cliques. Navigation scrolls are ugly. The bg is great. Yeah, this title needs to be something more original. The text is hard to read at times, make it a bit darker.
Profile-what, is she cher? no last name? I'm happy there is more here than just the profile. Yeah, just like her mother she sucks at first but gets much better as the series goes on.
Attacks-the anime picture looks bad on that bg. I'm remembering this site now, it looks A LOT better.
Hist-it's a bit confusing in the first paragraph, otherwise good. There should be way more for S and Stars, I haven't seen SuperS.
Friends-there is a typo in the nav link, a for s. Picture quality needs improvement. should there be a manga anime difference?
Mythology-this isn't needed since it has nothing to do with chibi-usa.
YKYW..-this wasn't written by you, so trash it. make it chibi-usa only stuff.
Naoko-*shrugs* don't care.
Gallery-No thumnails? grr. credit, good. still, you shouldn't have a policy of anyone can take them as long as they aren't direct linked. ah well.
Pretty-get another title for the nav, I didn't know what this was. some of it is bold when it shouldn't be.
Awards-nicely organized. in view awards, just put them there instead of links.
Awards-yay, a bunch of awards she's won. two pages worth. Most are from WPRs, AKA link buttons.

Overall-this site doesn't have anything original, I wouldn't come back. It looks nice, has a good amount of content, but nevertheless there really isn't anything that other chibi-usa shrines don't already have. no depth.
¤ Finally someone who writes html. Splash is useless. Why is the link to the cliques on the front? The graphic isn't fancy but is interesting.
¤ This was obviously made for an 800 x 600 site which is okay, but it should be made to look normal in 1024 x 768 as well, which it doesn't. The main picture repeat themselves.
¤ In the profile, I think you meant knew instead new.
¤ Most of the infor looks correct, though it's only a rumor that Elios marrys Chibiusa.
¤ In the gallery, you haven't thumbnailed the pictures properly, only linked shruken distorted images.
¤ I didn't know people still demanded their gbooks be signed before an award was given.
¤ Alot of your adoptions have been replaced with the unsightly anglefire logo.
¤ One of the buttons from the 'SM and Anime' section is broken.
¤ In the navigation frame, the message board link needs a breakline tag before it.
¤ Overall, this is a nice site. There is not much wrong with it, but this site offers nothing I can't find from other sites. The layout and presentation is that amazing that I write down the url and plan on returning to often. It's interesting, but lacks flare. I was a bit saddened not to see a section dedicated to her alter ego, Blacklady.

Splash - Oi oi, lots of splash pages running round these days, ne? Anyways, it's chibiusa she's evil. I don't like. Okay, that's not a very good excuse for anything. Uh, at least they tell us about frames. And I got disconnected. Grrr...(several hours later, she comes back...)
Layout - Cute. Disgustingly cute. More Chibiusa. While the layout is rather cute, the top banner repeats itself in my browers. So it reads "chibi usa: pretty in pink - Chibiusa: Pretty in". Oh dear bloody god, look at all those bloody links... (oh yeah, to much pink)
Chibi Info - alright, I am so not going to decribe this page by page. I'm going to go by each little title. Fairly accurate information, consistant layout, very nice. I still don't like the Spore.
Chibi Reads - The mythology isn't really needed-- it's not really anything to do with the little rabbit. In fact, it looks almost like it was swiped from Encycolpedia Mythica. Ch' DiC YKYWTMSMW. While the Naoko profile doesn't fit, it's nice to have info on the creator ^.^
Gallery- A small number of pictures, although the thumbnails are distorted. It makes them look funny. *smirk* Not like Carrot-head needs anything to look funny.
Pretty in Pink - ¬.¬ these seem to be really strange reasons...
Chibi Fun- Awards are useless. Adoptions are useless. Nuff Said.

Splash: Your splash page actually has a purpose, sort of. Kudos. But I still don't like them. You need a TITLE tag. You've got two broken image links on the cliques page. Fix them.
Main: You ought to list more updates than just one, and your date numbering system is different than most. Clarify that somewhere.
Profile: Looks okay. Profiles are overdone, but at least you put in your own opinions.
Attacks: Ooh. I smell the English adaptation. Please mark which attacks are used in which version, because they're quite different. "Gorgeous" is spelt wrong.
History of ChibiUsa: Different way to spell Chibiusa than from what I've seen, but I guess that's okay. Agghh! Please don't refer to Chibiusa as "Chibi." She's never called that! People will confuse her with Chibi Chibi. Agghh! I smell the English adaptation again! People, people, please don't try to look smart by using Japanese names for the Sailor Senshi and then switching to the English names for the baddies. It looks unprofessional. Although you did use the right name for "Black Lady." Phew. Some of this is poorly written, so you might want to proofread. Manga story would be nice too, since you included those attacks.
History of the Moon Kingdom: How is this Chibiusa-related? Skipping.
ChibiUsa's Friends: More English adaptation and original version confusion... *sigh* I'm happy to see Elios was included. Nehellania is spelled wrong.
Mythology: More non-Chibiusa stuff. Skipping.
YKYWTMSMW: Also non-Chibiusa related. Skipping. Why not have a "YKYLSCMTMW" for Chibimoon?

Gallery: Fake thumbnails, and .art images. Bad. Download an image editor and actually resize the images, then save them under different file names. And don't use .art images! They're not standard. At least you credit.

I think you're off to a good start, but you need more Chibiusa content. And please, learn how to make *real* thumbnails. Pretty please. *gets thwacked for her poor pun*
Splash:
- Image is fastloading and pretty

- Cliques are in a separate pop-up window, that’s a plus
- In your cliques pop-up you forgot to put a “_break” tag in your HTML so the links for the cliques opened in the same window
Main:
- I liked the layout on the main page but it took a while to load on my computer
- Surprisingly the pink and green looked kind of good together and the background made the layout looked very unified
- The links all seem to be organized on the main page
- Green text is really hard to read on the background in the centre frame
Chibi Info:
The profile was a snoozefest. Most of the information wasn’t new too me but I liked how you gave your own personal opinion on Chibi Moon. Your last sentence in the profile section is a sentence fragment. The attacks section was also just boring standard info (yawn) and you didn’t even have any pictures of the attacks. There are quite a few spelling errors in the History of Chibi-Usa section. You should warn of spoilers in the History of Chibi-Usa section. I’m not exactly sure if all the information in the History of Chibi-Usa section is correct. If your not sure about what happened in certain episodes then check out Hitoshi Doi’s episode summaries. Some of the information just seems to be off key. You really need to work on improving your spelling. There’s no excuse when you can just copy and paste it into a spell checker. You use the names Negaverse and Chibi-Usa on your site, one term is English and the other is Japanese. Stick to one form of naming characters and organizations, either English or Japanese. I think that a page about the future of the Moon Kingdom would be more relevant then a page about the past. In the Chibi-Usa’s Friends section you should examine the relationships with all her friends on a deeper level. You also have problems with sentence fragments in this section. You didn’t have as much information on Chibi-Moon as I expected. You need to delve into Chibi-Usa’s personality and explain her motivations and personality on a deeper level.
Chibi Reads:
The mythology section is interesting, particularily the little blurbs of info about Endymion and Selene. In the YKYWTMSMW.... some of the reasons are lame, but some of them are funny as well. You should find the HTML codes for bullets instead of using this ‘>’ for a bullet. Your info on Naoko was brief and I already knew all of it, but it didn’t have to be lengthy since it is a shrine to Chibi-Usa.
Gallery:
I don’t know why you have so many “art” files in your gallery. ‘Art’ files are almost impossible to use, gif and jpg images are the best format. You don’t have real thumbnails and as a result the page takes forever to load. I’m glad you have credits for the pictures and ones from both manga and Animé. Perhaps you could organize the pictures a bit and put ALT text on them though.
Pretty in Pink:
Some of the reasons that Chibi-Usa looks “pretty in pink” are interesting, and others are stupid.
Awards You can Win:
Awards are kind of creative and small enough that they won’t take up much space. The rules well laid out. Spelling errors are also evident in this section.

You site was kind of scarce on original information. The pictures took forever to load and none of the links used a “_break” tag of any sort. This left me trapped in your frames. You have no multimedia and no quiz about Chibi-Usa. Your gallery is rather small and you need to expand upon your information. The easiest thing to do is just spell check. Your site has a small amount of potential and I might come back if a few changes were made.
