The link i got is to a collective, which is lame. this is why redirect URLs are bad. oh, then there is a pointless splash. not even an image! big waste of space. it's really obvious this is a geocities site, so why bother hiding it with a redirect for an URL that isn't that long?
Layout-major problems. the darkred line image thing at the bottom seperates the background and distracts from the actual layout. the big center box scrolls. that always looks bad when it's seperate from the actual background. is this making sense? the drop down menu is completly unneeded, there is plenty of space and a lot of people including me don't like them. so the very first thing you need is a new layout. whatever mandana freestyle means, it's more noticeable than the site title, which is bad. you want people to remeber your site name, right? in your intro you say navigation is the right, and then you say it's at the bottom. what?
clicking on ::info:: gets me a blank page, which sucks. headers aren't needed.
Who: where is her favourite food and such? not that I care, it's just weird to see something that isn't standard.
What: too many details, just explain the basics about the show since most people already know and aren't going to read it anyway. it's Jadeite. you might want to have seperate pages for manga and anime or japanese and english information.
Personality: good job.
Relations: the explanation thing is confusing, give bold and * etc different lines. what does dandle mean?
Photos: the thumbnails are kinda small, ne? hurts my eyes. good quality though.
Caption: I was expecting funny captions. you should really change the title of this. I know you're thinking of the phrase 'captures her personality' put the word isn't used like that.
credits: you've linked Aino's site, I guess that's how you found out about us.
Links: you've linked IR! great! tee. I'd like to see short descriptions of the sites linked.
Submit: this should be before the links, because links are an invitation for the visitor to leave the site.

Layouts-how the heck did you get mandana out of Mandala? everywhere, it is Burning Mandala, a Mandala is some kind of stringed instrument I believe.
Guestbook-wrong colours. the font is too small, waste of space.
*yawns* Overall, there is far too much extra crap. see 'places Aianmausu doesn't go'. it's is not the meat of the site, there isn't very much of that. I was expecting more. The links need to be better placed and for heaven's sake never use a dropdown menu ever again!
Well, here comes another review. I would have done the reviews from a while ago, but "make-up homework" from the teachers who were on strike, but are not anymore can be highly annoying.
Splash - Blank. Very blank. All that this page is good for is telling us you've got frames.
Layout - Nice. I like the colors, then again, black and red are some of my favorite colors. The front pages is basic updates, announcements thing.
Places Aian won't go - Credits, Links, Link me, Guidelines, Submit Link, The About Me Section, Updates Section, Interact Section, Trophies Section.
Info - Who? is a basic profile, stuff to be found on every Rei shrine, and most Inner Senshi shrines. What? is the history of the Moon Kingdom, the Sailormoon series, and how Rei became Sailormars. If you're going to call Sailormoon Usagi, you should call the "NegaForce" the Dark Kingdom/Metallia. How?, A peronality fact sheet. Nice to see that you actually go into reasons why her personality is as it is. Relations, or Rei's romantic interests. An interesting read, so see the differences in Rei's character dealing with guys between Anime and Manga.
Gallery - The Manga Gallery is kinda small, but then, alot of manga galleries are small, and it's hard to find nice manga images. The Caption Gallery, I couldn't get into. It came up with one of those annoying "Page Cannot be Displayed" messages... grr.
Fanart- One images. Let's see how good you are, DM. Very nice, although it's a little odd to see Rei's face as white as her bodice. I guess you couldn't find a skin color, ne?
Fanfiction - Eeeeempty. Oh well... Uhm, right... that's it. Okay. *pauses* Ooooh, I love this song ^-^V I'm listening to "Points of Authority".
¤ Why could you not just give us the link for the site we are suppossed to review intsead of of having us navigate through links? Rule one for reviewees: always make the reviewer as comfortable as possible; let them just get to their work. Afterall we our a free service...do not abuse us. More links...A cursed splash that serves no purpose and utalizes a godawful small font. You see I use 1024 x 768 res. and likewise everything is smaller for me.
¤ Layout is simplistic. The main graphic is rather disturbing to the eyes. It's okay untill the white text jars me awake. Also, the fonts do not suit the layout well, and the graphics are not very impressive; rather cliche. Well the updates are on the main page so I can't complain. Right now I am rather enraged; you made me click through several links when you DO have a redirect address for this site. What is wrong with you?! The disclaimer is not very formal, do not take legal matters in such a flightly method. Also, you do not own the info...Takuchi-sama does, and do not mention god in legal documents since not all of us our christian and frankly I feel offended when people make assumptions about religion and disclude me. You have a whole window for navigation at you diposal and you implement a bland drop down.
¤ Woeful day, the same profile I've seen on only 1039402 other sites; other pathetic excuse-of-a-section added to enhance the fascade of content. Also, why do you not have the links load in the other window? I do not want to see you updates and disclaimer for the rest of eternity (or at least while I am on this site).
¤ ...Wow, this information is horribly incorrect. In no account is Hino-san the first to awake. Also, there a inumerable grammer mistakes. Also, do you know what a comma is? Youv'e disable the right click...why? These sections don't have any graphics to steal...I can't even use my back button (I use the right click back to navigate, also if you think you are protecting your content and source code...guess again. Try the Source option under the View heading.). In the 'how did Rei become Sailor Mars' section you fail to mention Ami-chan in any of it, and she did play a substantial role in the discovery.
¤ Well kuddos for supporting you assertions about her personality, but the grammer mistakes interfere with the fluidity of the passage. As I read further some parts of this section contradict each other. You say that Rei-chan does not run from her problems, then why does she put up false appearences and become so deffensive? She is obviously trying to avoid something. Also, you only argue one side of the case. You should look at her bad qualities too. Lastly, overall the section names have nothing to do with teh actual sections and are quite misleading.
¤ Papparazzi is misspelled. You are rather patronizing of Hina-san, and frankly this horribly distorts the truth. You make rather flipant comments about the manga and don't give any information.
¤ Six whole pictures...*gaps* wow I don't think I can finish browsing this enourmous gallery. The thumbnails are excruciatingly tiny. The fact that they are side by side and have blue borders does not help either. The point of thumbnails are to give a preview...your thumbnails miss the point, but atleast do it correctly. I like the fact that you require credit for using the pictures but you aren't the artist and did not scan them either. Why is the other gallery called captions...I think you meant screen caps, and a simple name like 'anime' would suffice.
¤ Well the credits section is okay, but the bible thumping is annoying. I don't think god gave you any inspiration; most likely it was someone else with a Mars site.
¤ The button exchange link button is broken. YAY! We're linked!
¤ Your link button is standard size, which is good, but you mention copying and pasting an html code, but you provide none...I'm confused.
¤ Okay, there is a form for link submission, but none for fanfics or fanart... Also, there is no form for the url of a button/ banner.
¤ Once again I can easily steal your fanart...not that I would want to. Right-click blocking is for ammatures who and cut and paste javascript without uderstanding any of it.
¤ Being that there are no fanfics, you do not need to create a section until you have something to put in it.
¤ Hey, I'm exactly a month and a year older than you...cool. PROOFREAD. About the shrine thing, this is actually a shrine since you have made it in reverance (and in you case complete adoration) of a character, hence a character shrine. Okay first of all I really could not give a blade of grass of what you look like, so don't add the section if you are only going to add shallow comments.
¤ The links for 'hangouts' are pink and not red as on every other page. Use stylesheets to simplify the job. Your proud to be christian...nice, I am proud to be Hindu, but you do not need to mention this so much since this is a site about a Japanese Anime/ Manga and you fail to mention anything about Shinto (which is Rei-chan's religion and basically her priority, after being Mars senshi).
¤ In my humble observation, I noticed that you dislike hypocrites, but in you 'News about DM' section, you portray yourself to be just that. I just noticed that the items in your menu change order.
¤ 'I don't like to criticize people or even really comment on things'...right...if you insist (so then what have you been doing in this whole section and your site in general...it's okay to admit you make inferrences alot...we all do). Mr. Comma would like to meet you run on sentances. Also, there are like three independant cluases in some of you sentences, which make for a bad reading experience. Hehe, in your religious stint you accidentally typed 'closed to God' which changes the whole mood of your rant into a rather comical one. I have a word for you...nondenominational...use it well. I though you were 'a kind warm person', yet you make some rather disturbing comments about not accepting other people's beliefs. That is contradictary to the underlying essence of christianity. You 'won't exclude' other people when it comes to religion, but you do exactly that everytime you mention 'god'. Some people are athiest. Your right, you did spell IB wrong...Baccalaureate has an 'l'. (I really hope you will use correct grammer and punctuation for your extended essay, or that you have a patient mentor.)
¤ The updates archive is satisfactory. The layout section's thumbnails ought to be bigger so that we can actually tell what the layout looks like.
¤ In the 'emergency contact' section you could have just cut the long explanations and just left the pertinent info.

¤ No comments on the 'for you awards' section or on the 'awards' section.
I don’t understand why three of your sites branch off of that one page mini collective thing called “Gossamar”. Those little star thingies floating across my screen are really annoying me. Oh well, on to Celestial Fire I go…
The splash page is rather blah, but I like the main page layout except for that annoying drop down menu. You have so much room in the right frame that I really don’t see a point for needing a drop down window, it’s just pointless! If I linked you by your current address on GeoCities, then I don’t see how that would be invalid. In the disclaimer it should say “will be subject to God’s wrath” not “will subject to God’s wrath”, and besides that I don’t think God would waste his precious energy instilling wrath on someone who steals your graphics. You should include in your disclaimer the fact that Sailor Moon is copyright of Takeuchi Naoko. When you use the red background in the right window, it’s just too much red for an average person to handle.
Info: Profiles are always boring, and half of the information in this profile isn’t even correct. If you are going to focus on the Animé then you should at least state that somewhere. In the Manga Rei wants to become a head priestess and in the Animé I know that she wants to become a singer and actress, but I think that she also wants to become a career woman. That specialty info is as my mother says “bull puckies”, if Hino Rei has a specialty involving her powers then it is fire, banishing evil and psychic powers. I’m guessing that you will be focusing mainly on the English Animé but it’s really hard to tell because you consistently mix up the names. First of all Sailor V was the first senshi to reawaken in the Manga and Animé, then Sailor Moon, then Sailor Mercury, then Mars then Jupiter. Of course when Sailor V was first reawakened she didn’t know that her true mission was to protect the Princess, but she soon learned that. Just because Sailor Mars could use certain powers before she was reawakened, does not mean that her power was awakened before Ami’s. The order is Venus, Moon, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter. If you’re referring to the English Mars then spell her name as Raye. This would be a good time to say that I was trying to copy some text from your site to direct quote and I got one of those stupid JavaScript boxes popping up and saying “don’t you dare”, I hate those JavaScript boxes, don’t you realize that some people may want to open up a link in a new window for instance. JavaScript boxes are not the solution for graphic theft because they can easily be disabled. Now that I’ve ranted a bit about that subject I must say the Sailor V is not FROM Manga/Doujinshi/Video Games, there are just a lot of them in existence based on her adventures. If you are unsure about the spelling of certain names then check out Hitoshi Doi’s Encyclopedia. There are a several spelling, grammar and tense errors that I really don’t feel like pointing out after all the ranting and correcting I’ve already done, there are just too many to correct, my only advice is to put your work through a spell check. I understand what you’re trying to say here “like fire she burns and anyone who doesn't know how to capture the warmth gets burnt”, but you just state it in such a way that it doesn’t make any sense. Her parents didn’t leave her with her Grandfather; her mother is dead therefor her father left her with her Grandfather. Hah…I just had to laugh over this word “warrioress” the word heroine exists as the feminine for hero, but “warrioress” does not. A lot of sentences don’t make any sense in the information about Rei’s personality. This is interesting; you got your idea for the “relations” from Aino’s site (a fellow reviewer here). I don’t like that little bit of writing at the beginning of the relations section, I think you should scrap it. Obviously you’re not sure about a lot of the information on Rei’s Manga love life. Check out Casablanca on Usagiandmamoru.com for more information about Rei’s Manga love life, it’s true that she doesn’t want to date men, but there’s a reason for it.
Images: I love that you have real thumbnails, alt text and the pictures open in a new window (yeah! Only a few people know how to display pictures correctly). The pictures are high quality but there aren’t many, you should seriously find more. “Captions” are words describing pictures, captures are screen shots, and besides that, not all of the pictures in the “captions” section are screen shots.
Credit/Links/Link Me: Credits are always great to see. You have good taste in links. Button is standard sized and fairly well designed.
Fanart/Fanfiction: You shouldn’t have the fanfiction section up if there’s nothing in it. The fanart is fairly well done, but is not incredibly unique. The guidelines to submit fanart/fanfic are fairly well laid out.
About Me: Profile of yourself was rather boring, but did show some reflection on your personality. The link to girlspalace.com went to the following place http://www.geocities.com/xcefirex/www.girlzpalace.com/, which obviously doesn’t exist. I don’t think a blog belongs on this site, you should put it on a separate site if you plan to blog often enough. None of your rants have to do with Sailor Mars. The rants about what you like/don’t like in a website could go on this site but the rant about schoolwork is something I don’t think you need.
Updates/Layouts: First of all, updates sections are always great to have. I don’t think you need a page displaying layouts when this is still your first and I’m pretty sure the attack is Mandela, not “Mandana”.
Emergency: Contact information is always useful, but do you really need to put it on a separate page?
Interact: I don’t know why you’ve listed your Guestbook section as plural on your menu.
Awards to win/Awards I won: I don’t see why you need all these awards for other people to win. The awards are all right in terms of looks and you do clearly defined rules, but none of the awards even pertain to Sailor Mars. The “awards you can win” section has an annoying and avoidable left-right scroller. Please don’t put the awards you won in false thumbnail form, just make the “Awards” page open up in a new window.
Overall: You certainly need to brush up on your Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars facts. You need to spell check your work and scrap the drop down menu. Put all the personal information except for the contact stuff on a different site or condense the information and put it on one page. This Mars shrine was borderline okay, I most likely would not come back, except to get some of the good quality pictures you have. You need to fix up your info and get more content.
