Graphics/Info..Just Thieves Overall
Eternal Sailor Moon

Thieves are everywhere and I mean everywhere on the Internet these days. It goes from the most popular, graphics, to not so popular, reviews. Yes there are actual people out there who steal reviews. Graphics are among the most popular though, Lycentia, DDG (Day Dream Graphics) and now Moonfantasy.com are the most well known graphics sites around! They are also known for people stealing their graphics. There are groups and all trying to stop this, but they can’t physically make them stop stealing the graphics, though it is a great idea to try and make them, sometimes it doesn’t work.
Information has got to be the second-most-popular. There ARE key signs to know if they have been stolen or not. Example: On geocities you can only copy and paste things in that little text box, unless you know how (really). The information says “We interviewed..” unless it is a official site or something like that, most likely they DIDN’T interview the person. You need to look for these signs when you are looking at a web page, or reviewing one.
Now things like HTML and images cannot be stolen, unless the person made it themselves like fan art, but general Sailor Moon pictures and all other pictures are free for everyone. You can not claim these pictures as your own (unless fan art).
Now a days, even reviews are being stolen. Lets say that the WPR got a site to review and is a little lazy and doesn’t want to review it, well all it has to do is look around at all the other WPRs out there and find the same review, copy it, change a few things, and just paste it on to their site. This is sad. It is sad that anyone has to steal anything, this is mostly because they are just lazy. To people who are new to the Internet and use graphics from sites that steal get flamed because they say that they got it from there. Before you flame someone for saying that they got it from the wrong place, just look at the site they got it from and then it will hit you that they just made a common mistake. I am sure you get the point of this article, thieves are everywhere, be careful!
