ARGH! NOT A MIDI! tm I can't stand music you can't turn off. c'mon, how many brain cells does it take NOT to annoy your visitors? The layout is not bad, but kinda boring. hey, not underlined links, I still can't figure out how to do that. hmm it looks exactly the same as last time I was here. Do i even have to review this again? just go read my last review! dont put your email on every page, get an updates page, get a background, get new content!
¤ Damn midi is interrupting my music. There are no controls either which is very irksome. Mainpage grammer needs improvement. No listed updates, I guess that means that you have probablly not changed anything since last time. Once again the 'Cammy signiture' needs to be cropped. The little 'Cammy' head should cropped so that no white shows alond teh borders. Layout and graphics are dully simplistic. Some people say content over asthetics. I digress, form and function go together. If a site has pages upon pages information and lacking in graphics I will probablly leave.
¤ Once again, as in the main, I doubt little in the information (if anything) has changed. Layout is severly boring and very unorganized looking. The main gif needs to be cropped (the whiteline). The profile is still the same mumbo jumbo I've seen on every other site. You seem to have had problems with the bold tag on the bottom. What is going on in the Mistress Nine section? It starts out being a background/ abstract and switched to an episode summary. Pictures are used indiscriminatly, which is a very very bad thing. The word 'seiyuu' is your friend. Once again it need thumbnails and alignment needs work. In html their is a thing called blockQUOTES...now lets use them in the QUOTES section. I see nothing has changes in the background story sections so I won't bother to comment.
¤ In the galleries you can condense all the peges into larger sections (*gasp* yes you can have more than 16 pictures on a page). Your thumbnails are made incorrectly. You ignored the dimensions, and consequently have distortded them. I see you are still shamelessly using stolen fanart pictures.
¤ Nothing has changes in the fun and multimedia sections.
¤ Hmm at least the fanart section has been condensed. Why is the 'survey' (/guestbook) under fandom?
¤ Basically from now on I am just going to traverse this site and only review new content...this should be easy.
¤ Here is a hint: if a site sucks the first time I review it, it will suck the second time I review it unless changes are made. The whole reason that we give reviews is to give suggestions on how to improve. What is the point of submitting to be rereviwed if nothing changes? This site is not worth a tithe of my time (or anyone else's for that matter). Don't fill our queue with useless applications, some people actually do want to be reviwed for a first time. Just give up since I dubt this site will get any better since I don't see any signs of progress being made.
Okay, I'm doing this because... I just finished sending my prereaders the latest chapter of False Identity, and I've got nothing to do, and reading isn't doign anything for me right this second.
Layout Waii! No splash page! Everyone seems to have on these days. The black background is nice-- makes the letters nice and clear. An that such a nice picture of Hotaru in the title. Blank eyes! Hehehehe...

Information Center - This alyout is a bit confusing.Maybe you should just put each link on a separate line? No problems that I see in the info-- excluding the whole Mistress 9 vs Saturn who is the messiah of silence thing. Wow, the seiryuu has done a fair number of animes (most of which I've never heard of...) Story summarries was moved here, eh? Good choice.
Picture Gallery - The image you're confronted with when you enter is kinda useless-- makes the page bigger than it needs to be. Still with the few images per/page? You can fit more on, and you definately wouldn't have to make so many extra pages.
Fun Stuff - Still just the quiz. The same quiz. It's unchanging.
Fan section - There are some really nice fanart pictures. The fanfic has not been updated. And it's still got crappy formating. ...and that's not a survey. It's a guestbook.
I hope you’ll forgive me if I’m not very helpful in this review. I’ve been sick all day and I feel like I’m about to cough up a lung, but I’ll do my best.
Layout: The layout is much more simplistic now, but that’s a good thing. It’s no longer as large of a patchwork of miscellaneous things. The layout is a little too simplistic though; the graphic could look a little better with maybe something like a simple border being placed around it by lieu of a graphics program. I like how the layout actually fits inside the window without left-right scrolling this time around. I do enjoy listening to that wav on the main page, but I know that many people would not. Wavs take much longer to load then midis and that one starts automatically and cycles, it’s also really hard to find the off button.
Info: I like the new information you included in the profile. You actually took something bland and spiced it up a bit. The Japanese characters for Hotaru’s name were unique. In the voice actress section you should cite the source of your information. The quotes are spaced and aligned very oddly. You should organize the quotes under Manga and Animé headers. I like how you tend to illustrate many events of Hotaru’s life in story form, but I still think the pictures in the “Hotaru’s Past” section could be decreased in size.
Pictures: You still need to work on making real thumbnails for these pictures and including ALT text. You should try to stay away from “.art” picture files. “Jpg” and “gif” files are generally your best bet and occasionally “bmp”. The massive size of your gallery was amazing. You need to include credits for any pieces of fanart in the picture section. You should indicate somewhere what the term “Violet Fizz” refers to.
Multimedia: Nice collection of wavs, but you might want to get some mp3s and video clips. If any of the wavs are large you might want to compress the files for people to download.
Fun: The quiz is still way too easy. The dolls are very kawaii and unique.
Awards: Maybe you should create two separate pages for your awards. The organization of the awards you won was a definite plus. You shouldn’t put your awards in fake thumbnail form and you could have linked a few of the quiz awards.
Support My Site/Links: The banner to Chibi Land was broken in the Credits section and you might want to think about making a 88x31 button(standard sized). Yeah, “I Review” is linked!
Fanstuff: I enjoyed looking at a fanart section with more than one or two pictures, although the amount of fanfiction certainly hasn’t increased in magnitude. You need to put your fanart pieces in real thumbnail form.
Overall: Weren’t there Manga pictures here last time? You still have some problems with tenses and spelling mistakes still continue to exist. I enjoyed looking at your own unique graphics, but they really should be improved, they were rather simplistic. There have been some obvious changes made, the site has a more unified layout now. You should probably include reasons about why Sailor Saturn is your favourite senshi and put the gallery into real thumbnail form.
