I really don't see what the title has to do with the subject matter. your <title> says index. this splash is not needed. only use it when there is a choice or a pop up. punctuations runs amok! i know, look, i never use capitals either, but this is your introduction and a lot of people don't like to see that. the guestbook is really ugly. the line about serena and darien goes over the background. what's with those ads? find somewhere else for the gbook.
about you is boring. i don't like reading profiles. why is love capatilized all the time?
poems-really disorganized. i shouldn't even be reviewing this because it has nothing to do with the main site. make a page that has the title of each poem, and link to each one on seperate pages.
your cat-do i care? i dislike personal sites of people i don't know. the valley girl punctuation is getting on my nerves. at least i don't put three dots between sentences!
awards-you've got a tons of awards. you havent clued in yet that any moron can get awards?
finally, the main site. so you made the title shorter by using an acronym. okay, but at least make it something pronouncible. that family picture is really ugly. it is grainy and squished. the hair looks like someone spilled marmalade on their heads.
pictures-no complaints, really. the colour job on some pictures looks good. what does your cat have to do with anything?
couple-ugh. dont try to recolour manga pics, it looks really bad. i don't get the storyline at all. serena wolf is princess bunny, chad is her boyfriend...eh? he dies in battle. are there ANY original elements to your characters?
keeper-what, MORE pictures?? just put them in with the first batch!
lita wolf-ugh. as a writer, i'm offended. this is so crappy, using the same names. apparently she is best friends with serena wolf, who is really her step-sister. yknow, i think i would notice if one of my parents remarried. anyway. centered text is ugly. i hate reading it! i know nothing of the plot. make the FIRST page i see an explanation of who these characters are.
kitties-let me guess, guardian cats? wow, i've never heard that before. why do you have thumbnails here and no where else? they arent really needed either, the pictures aren't too big.
rosemary-look it's chibi-usa. i dont just mean the pictures, i mean all you did was rename characters for your own. and you're 18?

sigh. back to the main site. the special pictures are nice, the fun was not fun, the site map was useless and the kitties were funky.
Overall, this site sucks. it has bad organization, horrible spelling, very boring unoriginal characters, nothing of particular interest, and lah lah lah. get rid of the surplus! this review could have been a lot more pleasant if the characters weren't so frikken boring.
¤ Hmm, this splash is rather pointless since it give absolutly no information. There are too many cut and pasted js codes (i.e. the falling leaves and the no right click). Graphics and layout need work; here is no clear color scheme. I was looking at your source code and have a few suggestions: first, learn html, second, change your file names to be smaller because by having large file names like 'abackgroungsailorpureheartnew' and 'pureheartsomeone' you increase the size of your html size and therefore increase loading time and take up space, and lastly, work on the compression of your graphics. One interesting thing about your background is that on 1024 x 768 resolution, your background has a border on along both sides of the window, unlike normal 800 x 600 sites whose backgrounds repeat and leave margins; kuddos.
¤ Wow this is some of the worst grammer/ spelling I have seen yet. It's nice and dandy that you have the date of the last update listed, but how about telling us the updates. Once again there is a lack of a uniform layout or theme. The navigation looks unorganized and the star gifs don't help. Ahh, the classic edited graphic technique. You need to credit the person, from whom you got the image since you also have stolen their image map syntax.
¤ The sub section link pages are rather bland (graphics). Anyways, your profile is informative, but I really hope you have more dreams than to be a good mom. You're 18 right? So then I assume you've taken several English classes and learned the basic rules of spelling and grammer (howked owne fonix werked fer mie). Forgive me, but your poems seem rather cliche, and some of them look like thery were plagerized. All except one of these poems, have no relevence to this site. I thought this was a fansenshi site. Also, I don't think you should be writing poetry when you still haven't learned basic lingual skills (i.e. uncapitalizd I's, a angel, we was friends). PLEASE get an editor! Why does your cat have a page on this SM site? I love my cat too, but their is a time an place for everything. Also, thumbnails are our friends. Gah! The text links for the awards hurt my eyes. You don't need to make them teal and size 193843 pt. Well, at least the awards are linked in an organized fashion.
¤ ...What is this (Sailor Pure Heart's Domain, which is not even a domain, be glad no one owns it or you would be infringing on copyrights, but you already have broken several so I guess it doesn't matter to you)? A random unicon picture? Ahh, the ever detestable drop down menu. Anyways, why do you suddenly change to white background frm the black one? These galleries really need to be thumbnailed. Also, I've noticed that the fukus vary in style... Okay, now some of the galleries have text links; conformity is always nice. Some of the editing on these pictures are really bad and need to be redone. The others gallery is just a repeat of your cat's gallery with an irrelevant unicorn picture. Is there any rhyme or reason behind this? Well it looks like you've stolen and edited fanart (the wedding pic). I don't see what is so 'special' about the pictures in the 'keeper' gallery. Is there a point to the profiles (or are the added to enhancethe fascade of content)? There is no plot to any of this, just stolen and edited pitcures. All you've done is taken Takeuchi-sama's story and transplanted names and hair colours. Wow Chad has thumbnails! To bad they are made incorrectly. Wow, after seeing this section, I am more confused than before I came here...a difficult feat.
¤ Drr...okay, this page has been updates since I last left off with my review, so this portion of the review will have the updated part but the former part will not. What a fun section, nothing of actual entertainment with horribly color coded polls which ought to be on a separate page instead of the fun main. It would help to list the name of the reviews since 'review' and 'the site' aren't particularily descriptive names. From looking at the awards, I have made some conclusions : first, you shouldn't even be giving awards if you have no requirements; you are devaluing actual awards, second, all you want free pormotion and gbook entries since no one in their right would want to sign your gbook or link this site. Why do you have SM awards when the theme of this site is a fansenshi? Ever so descriptive names for the fanart (my drawing 1, my drawing 2, etc). How old were you when you drew this? I hope it was under the age of 14 mainly due to the lack spacial skill and some of the text on the images makes me wonder if you wrote all the poems displayed.
¤ I will not review 'Sailormoon Forever' since I am only required to review 'Pure Heart Forest'.
¤ You have so few sisters, (which is a good thing) that you could just list them on the main.
¤ Is there any particular reason that you feel obligated to list all the 'special pictures' vertically with a useless butterfly gif between them all, or why you cannot give descriptive link names, or give titles to any of the pages on this site? As a webartist I must say the dithering on these pictures is horrendous. All this is, is a gallery of cropped pictures? Can't you atleast play with the tinting, lighting, or blend some of these?
¤ What kind of site map is this? The sub links are not even linked. In fact, not all the sections are even mentioned.
¤ The latest reviews shout be at the top, not the bottom.
¤ How about getting standard size buttons/ banners and giving credit for the ones you stole and slapped your name on?
¤ Does this adoption section serve any purpose? There is no organization or record of adoptess whatsoever.
¤ The horror is over. Well here is my review in a nutshell:

2. proofread.
3. give credit.
4. find actual content (which include making an ORIGINAL storyline).
5. learn html and more about webgraphics.
I should be typing up the rest of chapter ten, so I could start chapter eleven. But, I'm not. I'm doing this. Ah, well...
Splash - Uuuuuuseless! Please, please, please, get rid of this page. Your javascript cherry bloosoms are putting some serious stress on my computer's capabilities, considering the damn thing almost crashed yesterday-- it froze for a few seconds there, and I was worried it WOULD crash. And, while the whole otaku senshi thing is... cute, it's also very lame, and very overused. The border image doesn' look right to me, the hair doesn't match the rest of the picture. The splash background is kinda red-brown, while the banner's bg is black.
Layout- Well, tis the same as the splash page (makes the splash even more useless...) and the brown-red versus black thing is going on with the guestbook button. Why do you people make such huge Guestbook buttons? What's the point? Writing Sign/View works jsut as well, don't you think?

Fun - Two "what do you think of my site" polls? You must be desparate... Not looking at the Reviews thing, or the awards to win (because awards are useless, and EVERYONE makes them. feh.) Fan art ... ... ... ... Somehow, I get the feeling that you're either eight years old, or you haven't been drawing for very long. No wonder you edit pics. (Sorry if I sound like a beotch. I like good art. It's just... you need practise.)
Sailor moon forever - I don't believe this... a splash page for both your sites? BAKA YAROU! You don't need this! You've already got a link to the only other site on here!
Special Pictures- Why are there butterflies between each "picture #"? Makes the page longer than it needs to be. Ahhhh, so special pictures really translates to, edited pictures... some are good, and others... I'm not going to comment.
Banners - The first three are nice. The last three, are oversized. I, persoanlly, dislike using oversized links. If a link like that is the only one around, I usually just use a text link, meself. (Or not link to it, as the case may be *shrugs*)
Pure Kitties - Adoptable kitties? *frowns* But it's only one koneko, with different hair colors. And the banners are still to large. They take up far to much room (and wouldn't even fit on my website. Buttons are the way to go. And stanard size buttons, at that.) Okay, if I sound a little bitchy, it's because... I AM! I told you, the cherry blossoms almost crashed my computer, but I did my duty as a reviewer, and reviewed your site. Now, I just have to hope I don't have a time delayed crashing... I really don't need my father yelling at me.
It’s funny how the words “pure heart” are apart of the site titles of both sites we are reviewing this week.
Splash: This is one of the most hideous and unnecessary splash pages I’ve ever seen. I don’t mind when sites are made with a page builder and I can’t tell, but everything is so poorly aligned on that page that I most definitely can tell. The title image and the picture are nice but I’m not particularly fond of the background and I don’t think the rose petals add to the mood of the site. There are way too many graphics to load for this to be an adequate splash page, and besides that a splash isn’t needed for this site! One more thing, those JavaScript “don’t steal my stuff” boxes are stupid, lots of people like to open up links in new windows and whatnot. JavaScript can easily be disabled and that little box didn’t stop me from doing a “view source on your site”. (Yikes, that had to be the longest paragraph about a splash ever!)
Main: The layout on the main page is even worse than that of the splash page. Spelling and capitalization errors resound in the opening paragraph. You abbreviate way to many words and your first paragraph comprises primarily of this “^.^” and a few “he he”s. There are way to many spelling, grammar and capitalization errors on this site to start pointing out, so my only advice is to put your work through a spell check. The same graphics that are used on the splash are also used to compose the main page layout, with the exception of the guestbook image. The guestbook image can very easily be identified as an edited picture of Usagi. I usually don’t go into guestbooks, but this time I decided to for some unknown reason and discovered that you can’t read some of the text in the guestbook because a border background is used. The counter doesn’t go with the site either.
Webmistress: This isn’t a personal site! I didn’t come here to look at your profile and hear about your cat and read your poetry, warranted your poetry isn’t that bad, but that’s not the point. The profile and information about your cat had about the same effect as horse tranquilizers on me. You should have a back button at the end of your second page of poetry. In the awards I won section, first of all, at the moment I don’t know how you won so many awards and second of all, the indent and the font sizes constantly change on the individual awards pages. You should stick to one size of font (usually 2 or 3) on a site that would correspond to (10pt to 14pt) unless you’re dealing with a title.
Fun: Scrap the poll, people always lie about what they think of your site in polls. The “Review sites” section should be titled reviews or reviews of my site. The awards to win should be in real thumbnail form, not in fake thumbnail form, you should be motivated even more to make them in real thumbnail form because pagebuilder sites take longer to load. Signing a guestbook to win an award is just pure stupidity. Some of the awards are not too bad looking. The fanart wasn’t exactly enthralling to see.
Special pictures: Why are the “special” pictures on a different site. The name “special pictures” doesn’t tell me anything about them, neither does a title like “picture 1”. The pictures could have been much better cut out to be imposed onto the respected backgrounds.
Pure Heart’s Domain/Sailor Moon Forever: These are both different sites in different places. I didn’t come here to review a collective, so I’ll briefly look over each.
Pure Heart: The layout is by Lycentia, but it’s still pretty…but wait…this is your site about Sailor Pure Heart, not Sailor Moon. Change the layout to one containing a picture of your fan senshi. Some of the gifs are nice, but I don’t know why Pure Heart has odangos in one of them, it also looks like you wrote your initials over someone elses, perhaps Jeffery Anderson? You can tell that most of the gifs were edited from Mars pics. Credit should be given to the place where you originally got these images to edit from. Some of your pictures look not that bad, but a lot of them were the farthest thing from eye candy that I’ve ever seen. When I saw the pictures I could immediately identify what pictures they were edited from. That’s funny, you copied SM pretty well exactly in the fact that you have a Pegasus and a cat. You could have at least chosen a name more original than Chad, originally I thought you were talking about Yuuchiru (if you’re a dubbie, the guy that lives in the temple with Rei and her grandfather) his English name is Chad. The keeper pictures should be labeled as Chibi pictures, I actually thought those pictures weren’t bad. Here’s a mistake in the Lita Wolf section “Animal Guide: black star

Did I mention that the profile was boring and your unoriginality with names astounds me (ie. Lita, Serena, Chad). The cat ears look unnaturally placed on the “pure kitties” heads. There are still no real thumbnails in site. You constantly mix the terms senshi and scout; stick to one or the other! When you’re talking about the pure cats’ pictures you should say “their” (possessive) not “there”. The profile on Chad was somewhat interesting, but I only skimmed it. Princess Rosemary looks exactly like a smaller version of Serena Wolf. You did do a good job editing the animated gifs, but you still need to include credits to whoever made the original gifs. You might want to include some fanfiction so I understand what you’re talking about in your profiles.
Sailor Moon Forever: When I clicked on Sailor Moon forever it took me to a redirect site for some unknown reason. The spinning text and moons at the top of the page are annoying…and I don’t think I’ll review this site because it isn’t apart of the theme of Serena Wolf.
Overall: There’s never a title on the top bar of the browser. You have a horrible layout and horrible spelling, grammar and capitalization skills. Please do yourself a favour and PUT YOUR WORK THROUGH A SPELL CHECK. I wasn’t fond of any of the graphics on the site and I found that barely any of the pictures were eye candy for me. There are no real thumbnails on the entire site and this site has some organization and layout problems. The only part of the site that captured my fancy were the edited gifs and edited animated gifs.
