Well, that's odd. It appears that the sister site here is this week's second review. hhuurrmm...
The splash is not needed, but it does make things look organized.
Aquamarine is hard to read on white. Once again, I ask if people look at the pages they publish. The title banner and return link image look like an angelfire ad because of the nursery image. I sugest you take off the nursery pic. Looking at the old layout, there is a definite improvement.
Profiles-bah, not a lycentia bg. Do I really need to read all of these? -_- Looking at the Usagi gallery, the images are not real thumbnails. There is a little write-up for Usagi, but not for Ami? pah! The image quality is very good though, great job. The pic of Minako in an orange shirt is from a doujinshi. Why is Saturn seperate from the others? It's Rini not Reni. The pic with wings is done by Anna, I think. There are a lot of edited Tux pics, so they should be removed since you didn't edit them. There, Cammy is her sister. Is there some competition going on to see who gets the better review? There is no info or profile for Saturn, there should be. The pictures are text, make them like the others. Take the pic of the inners off the cats page. The few sentences that there are look ugly because of the picture. Fotos? sheesh. I hate companies that spell things wrong on purpose. It's Photos. I like the addition of pics of the stage and fans. Seiya has trouble with girls?? There is a broken pic on Kakyuu. *yawns* yes, I am tired. There are no spoilers no far, great. It's hard to read the Galaxia stuff. "click here for extra more details" extra and more are kinda the same thing, so don't use both. And there is no link. There is no need for a Galaxia Gallery, just put the pics with the others on her page. There are a couple typos here and there, most notably "Sailor Senshi Info and Profiles = Pictures" the = should be &. It's also too long for a title.
Romance-.....There are just a lot of mistakes a young person would make, and I don't feel like correcting them all. For example, Usagi and Mamoru are the two main couples..no, two people make one couple. There is a gorgeous fanart pic of Nept and Ura that isnt yours so it shouldnt be on here, unless you have permission of the artist. Aww Chibi-Usa looks great with Helios. Anyway, The pics make the text look weird. *laughs* who made that yellow Seiya and Usagi pic? I've got the series of those cards, it's looks sugoi!
Gallery- Your email shouldnt be on the gallery page, learn to make real thumbnails.
Adoptions-hey, you can move them around, that is so neat! How'd ya do that?
Fan Art-There is some Anna stuff here, which means you got your large amount of work by saving the picture, not by having it sent in. That's a no-no!

Overall-Despite the large amount of work that went into this site, there is barely anything here i haven't seen before. Nothing kept me interested, nor would I want to come back. Needs originality. and salt.
¤ Uneeded splash. The picture in add is unproportional and looks bad. The x-mas tree looks bad with the white background. You could have just made the background white instead of troubling to erase part of the picture. The point of a splash is tp give the viewer an option or to warn against abnormal requirements. IE 800 x 600 res. without frames is not abnormal. Your pink text link does not suit the background.
¤ Too many uneeded graphics on the main page. The Pluto pic on the left hand top corner is uneeded as is the random baby picture and the crying Usagi on the bottom left. The teal text on white gives my eyes a strain. The menu does not have a black border on top which makes it look rather unprofessional and one of the corners repeats. Overall this looks rather haphazard and I don't see a clear theme. The Update date you give at the top is different form the one on the bottom, strange.
¤ If you are providing profiles, why are there pictures too? Why not keep those in a gallery. Hmm, all of the profiles have the same information I've seen before. The thumbnails are not done correctly and some are therefore not in the correct proportions. For the biographies where there are text blocks, they run from edge to edge and need blockquote tags. You switch between the the NA dub and origninal Japanese names. The top pictures with the name and a video gif have unsightly white backrounds and should be made transparent. I cannont read Rei's profile due to the black text against the purple background, or Haruka, Setuna, and Chibi Chibi's. Rini is spelled with an 'i' not an 'e'. The picture of Minako with the orange shirt looks like fanart used without permission. You don't mention Setsuna's passion for designing clothes. Why does Hotaru not have a profile. Why is there a gallery list underneath the profiles in the 'profile' sections, oh wait the rest are profiles. Well so much for organization. Okay, the cats' profile has pictures which are not thumbnailed or aligned which make the page looked unorganized. ¤ Have you any idea how bad Static X and SOaD sounds with fluffy midis? Could you have not added control for the midi in the Usagi and Mamoru section? Correction Usagi and Mamoru are one couple, I think you meant characters. Once again another page with uncorrectly thumbnailed pictures that can be found anywhere online. You need to make ORIGINAL pages that no one else has that will draw people back to your site. Why do all the other couples get pictures except Haruka and Michiru? ONce again another piece of fanart used without permission. You know it's a fedral crime to use these pictures without first obtaining permission (and somehow I doubt you obtained permission)? Please use correct grammer and spelling (luv isn't cute anymore). This is dedicated to romances right? Then why aren't Rei and Youchirou listed? They were actually a real couple. Elios and Chibi-Usa never were; they are only a fan pairing. The only guy Chibi-Usa wants to get down and dirty with is Endymion (as we see when see transforms into Blacklady and her id has a field day).
¤ In you prologue section ('How it all began'), you have false information, there was not a fireworks display everynight. Princess Serenity was not 'good at everything'. She may have been good at ice skating, but it does not mean she's perfect. Once again your statement 'No one knows where she came from' is wrong (and employs incorrect grammer as well). She came from the Negaverse which is essentially a corrupt universe. How pathetic, you've started stealing graphics from the Toonami site as well. ¤ You're right, your gallery does take forever to load, but was not worth the wait. Once again, thumbnails (done correctly) work miracles. Was there a point to this gallery? Methink not; no theme or anything.
¤ One of the pictures in your 'Chibi Senshi Gallery' is a repeat (the Queen of Hearts card).
¤ There are layer problems with your 'playground'. Earliar images get masked.
¤ Well several pictures have no named author so I assumed they are works of the previously listed author though I'm not absolutly positive. None of the pictures in the profiles and such that were clearly fanart are listed here which obviously means they were used without permission.
¤ So why is it your fanart is so special that it deserves to be on a separate page then the others? Funny that on mnay of your pictures you have copyright notices but pay little head to the property of others (all intellectual material is copywritten).
¤ The first fanfiction you have is unreadable due to the wonderful choice of black text on a grey themed picture.
¤ Well at least the awards are textually linked and not incorrectly thumbnailed; the font color coupled with the background give my a headache.
¤ What a dumb rule for a beauty award. No Manga? Manga is most definatly more asthetically pleasing than anime *which lacks the sophistication and elegance), but then again some do not consider Mondrians' work to be art. Once again another thing that irks me. The qualification for the Kawii award is to have a 'totally kawii' site. Somewhat self-explanitory. Also, this award is rather biased. I may consider manga or 'Persistence of Memory' by Dali to be cute, and you may consider pink and dandylions to be cute. Neither perspective is absolute. Why do you assume that a new site will have under 200 hits? Some sites like the Aurora Network recieve 1000 uniques a day and they have been open for a few weeks only.
¤ Well at least some of your banners are standard size but none of your buttons are.
¤ The credits seem to be satisfactory.
¤ Your quiz is ladden with horredndous language. Beautifulist? Are you and George Bush in a competition for most made up words?
¤ No comment upon the midis, animated gifs or contest.
¤ Why don't the outters and such get explanations for their charms. Wow. I know poeple habitually say like when they talk, but this is the first time someone has typed it on a site.
¤ Your feedback form (letter form) is minuscule. It would be very hard to type in such a restrictive area.
¤ Not many links. By centering all the elements you make the page look unorganized.
¤ The Chun Li picture does not suit the page (background maniy) well. This explains a lot (particularily why CSSS and your site are so similiar...twins). Here is my advice (due to my own experience with my sister, also a twin): build a site together to that way there will actually be something more on it than two identical sites that have the same mundane content that every other site has. Your complaining about homestead is uncalled for. They gave pleanty of advance warning about the deletion of free sites exceeding the quota.
I swear to god, the moment I saw this title I went "Alice in Wonderland!" Yes, this ever so original title made me say that... then I went and joined Outer Limit's RPG, for no particular reason ^.^V
Splash - That's an... inventive splash. The Inner senshi, Mamo-baka, and Chibi-chan on a christmas tree. With a pink background. Kill me now, the background's pink. (Oh yeah, this splash, like msot of the others I've seen, is useless...)
Layout - Yay! No pink! It looks a pit cluttered (the banner 'cross the top, then the main image just below it, and the over sized buttons 'cross the bottom). The text is really hard to read, maybe you should use a darker shade of teal, or whatever the hell it is. The oversize Usa-luna picture is cute, but it needn't be quite that large. You could just do half the face, considering that's all the links are on.
Places Aian isn't going - Starting from the bottom of that incredably long list: About Me, Links & Webrings, Message Board, Your Vote, Post me a Letter, Chibi Luck Charms, Moonie Quiz, Link Me, Credits, My Awards, Awards for you, Chibi Adoption Play Room. Dear god, that's a lot.
Senshi Profiles & Pictures - The background changed again. And again when I clicked Sailormoon. If you're going to use Usagi, you have to use Naru ("Molly") and Shingo ("Sammy") Other than the tiny English-vs-Japanese mistakes, I didn't find anything wrong witht he profiles, excluding some wildly out of place pictures, and the ever changing backgrounds.
Sailor Romance - *grins* Usa-chan and Mamo-baka are "the 2 main couples in the show". *snickers* I didn't realise they were dating other people while dating each other. Oooo Aian likes the Haru [Haruka x Michiru] pictures. Eh, what do you expect, I run in the yaoi circles, remember? *gags* Oh god, not even the Spore deserves to be stuck with Horn-boy. If you must know, I really don't like Helios. More than I dislike Mamoru, even! Personally, the fact that I convinced my brother to go by the name Seiya (*evil grin*) has nothing to do with it, Seisagi is a pretty cool couple. I like all the pictures.
How it Began - "Almsot invisible to defeat". Er... well, I'll admit, people you can't see are hard to defeat, but don't you mean "impossible"? Sera? You were going by the japanese stuff earlier. Don't you mean Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion? And the Dark Kingdom, not the Negaverse. C'mon if you're going to use one series be consistant! (Oh, yeah, Beryl was a hand maidan to Endymion and in love with him. Bloody jealous of Serenity, too)
Little Group Gallery - Little was right. It's a tiny gallery. All Anime. Gah, no Manga scans? That's all I really care about...
Kawaii Collection - The larger, Chibi collection. Shishi, would you stop with the background changes already? This is loading really, really slowly... (*five minutes later*) Okay, I'm bored of waiting. I don't really search for Chibi images, so a lot of these are don't I definately have not seen. Although the thumbnails could do without being distorted... no bloody wonder it takes forever to load! Thsoe aren't thumbnails, it's the image within smaller parameters! I'm not bothering with the rest now. If it takes that long to load, I've no reason to stare at them.
SM Fan Art - There are some really nice pictures in there. And there are some really crappy ones... Waii! I look soooo cute (Sailor Villans picture)
My SM Drawings - Bizarre Chibiness that looks somewhat like the peanuts gang. (Charlie Brown ina fuku? *snicker*) Okay, so that was the first picture I looked at. You're actually a pretty good artist.
Fanfictions - Er, well, I'm in a really odd, Wiess Kruez mood right now. Probably because I happen to be reading an Aya/Farf. Sailormoon fanfics don't appeal to me at this moment, because they don't have an insane irishman trying to hrut god, and a silent redheaded assasin... Okay... Dark Moon Princess is REALLY weird. Scars! Yay, it's a female Farfie! *grins innocently at the weird looks she gets* Okay, I won't read any more while I'm in this mood... (*pauses to read Shoot the Sailor Scouts*)

Contest Opened - *shakes her head* Getting links is just... so not a great prize. Ah well, Contests realyl aren't my thing unless illedal Weiss Subs are the prize. Yes, that's all I'm going to do. I've been writing this thing for over an hour (sneaking Wiess in whenever I could, it's this week's obsession) and I'm tired. And I have to do a stupid report on Spiritual Well being that really should have been done before my holidays.
What is the theme for this site supposed to be, is it kawaiiness or super-deformed pictures? I hardly consider that a theme. <Kaioh scowls, but decides to do the review anyway> The name is hardly unique, when will people realize that I don’t want to visit a place with a name like Sailor Moon’s Sailor Moon Page. The name is horrible because it deters people from coming to your site.
Splash: Ugh, this is one of the most useless splash pages I’ve ever seen. Who wants a splash page telling them that “no frames” are on that site, and that the site looks best under one resolution. You could view your site in any resolution. There’s no ALT text on your links or on your picture to enter. Christmas ended a while ago now, perhaps you should think about taking down the splash image. The counter doesn’t go with the splash layout, and don’t give me the excuse that Angelfire only provides that counter because you could go to Bravenet, Animé Exchange, thecounter.com or many other places to get one. The lavender text you use for your e-mail address on the splash page is much to light for the pink background.
Main: I see a Bravenet counter here, but I don’t understand why you need another counter when you have one on the splash page of the site. The results on the Bravenet counter are going to be really incorrect on this page because people have to come back to the page to reach the navigation. I know that Bravenet has that cookies counter that only counts the viewers once, but not everyone is cookies enabled. Just put one counter on the main page, I hate counters on multiple pages. I don’t see the use for having Sailor Pluto as a link back to the splash page. Your layout is very congested and looks like a patchwork of things, they were put together with care but the main layout still looks crowded. Everything on your main page is from different sites except the buttons on the bottom of the page. The fanart is nice but it looks really out of place. I like the fact that you personalized the ad, but I still prefer pop-up ads. Your layout is from Team Venus, but at least it’s nice.
Profiles and Pictures: First of all stick to either Japanese or English names when referring to everyone on Sailor Moon. Serena’s best friend is Molly and her brother is Sammy. Usagi’s best friend is Naru and her brother is Shingo, you get the idea! What is this supposed to mean, “I reckon she's really pretty and has a really good story line of her! She starts off like a total cry baby but as the story goes on she's awesome!” it’s very choppy and fragmented. You have several sentence fragments and some spelling and capitalization mistakes. You’re obviously too lazy to write even one good profile on one of the senshi. “And so, blah.. blah blah...” tells me that you obviously don’t care about the information your giving your audience. You have some serious problems with tenses, if something happens in the future than you don’t say “was”, you confuse your tenses a lot. The profiles were boring even the Sailormoon profile, the only senshi you decided to elaborate on in ways other than favourite food and favourite colour. The picture pages branching off your profile pages are a collection of doujinshi, video game gifs, Anime pictures, Manga pictures, fanart pictures and pictures from animewallpapers.com. Just because you have a link up for Anna’s Gallery does not mean that you can put pictures of hers up in your personal galleries. The fact that you have pictures from Animewallpapers.com also annoys me because people who come to your site will take those pictures and link you, but not link Animewallpapers.com, the creator of not just those images, but those graphics! Your pictures aren’t even real thumbnails (argh) you just shrunk the original pictures by using html tags. I don’t know if you stole one of your pictures from the entrance page at Sailormoon.com, but it’s very probable. The video game gif that you have in the Sailor Moon pics section is of Queen Serenity, not Princess Serenity or Neo-Queen Serenity. The gif is of Sailor Moon’s historical mom. I find it really stupid that you have to go through the profiles to get to the pictures. The back buttons in the Sailor Moon gallery leads to the second index page, not back to the profiles page, which I consider to be rather stupid. The pictures didn’t have any ALT text or text underneath describing them. I’m bored right now, it’s just one profile after the other and thumbnails that take forever to load because they aren’t real thumbnails! OMG, it’s taking forever to load the thumbnails, I’m just going to look at the profiles from now on. Here’s a suggestion, don’t put colours of text that are impossible to read upon certain backgrounds. For example you use red text on top of a medium coloured purple background. You should try reading the text yourself, and if the colour doesn’t work on the background when you try reading it, than don’t use it. It seems to me that you don’t even know why the senshi’s profiles are the way they are from the quote on Aino Minako’s page “Has trouble with: Mother & police (STRANGE!!!)” If you don’t know the ‘why’ part of the information, than even profiles shouldn’t be put up by lackeys. Then later on in the Chibi-Usa profile you say “Power: Moon or heart?”, this just tells me that you have absolutely no idea what your talking about. Chibi’s power comes from the moon and she fights for love and justice and her symbol is the moon or heart. You also say this in the Chibi-Usa profile “Favourite Gemstone: Pearl & Ruby ”. Excusez moi, last time I checked Chibi-Usa and Usagi’s favourite gemstone was the diamond. You have a ton of information that isn’t correct on the profiles, and I refuse to elaborate on it anymore because there are just way too many mistakes. The Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto backgrounds are impossible to read upon with the black text. Um…is it just me, or is Sailor Neptune afraid of Sea cucumbers, not “Sea Amber”. In the Sailor Saturn section at least you don’t have those horrendous thumbnails, but you don’t have any information concerning her character. In the kitty cat gallery, there’s not even an attempt done to thumbnail. The cat page looked really hideous in my opinion and had little information on it. Diana was spelled wrong and some of the pictures may have been kawaii, but they looked so out of place. Now for the “Sailor Stars” page, first of all Sailor Stars is the name of a season, not the name of a group of senshi, second of all your pictures are not “fotos” and third of all that’s not the way you spell photos. I don’t care if your intending to be cute by spelling that way, I just dislike it! I don’t think that the Three Stars really have a favourite colour. The Kakyuu page blinds me and there’s a broken picture. Kakyuu may wear red and peach, but I’m pretty sure she never said that was her favourite colour. Yet again there are no thumbnails in the Kakyuu section (even the fake kind). Must I point out the fact that I love ALT text and you have next to none of it, except for on maybe three pictures in this whole section). You have a major problem with plurals, in addition to a problem with tenses, spelling, capitalization and grammar. How hard is it to put your work through a spelling and grammar check? The word “turnt” doesn’t exist. Okay…I’m done!
Romance: Your buttons are very kawaii on the romance page, but I can’t figure out how Chibi-Chibi (on the background) equates to romance. I expected there to actually be information about the couples on the romance pages. I highly doubt that you own all the doujinshi that the scans came out of so I would like to see some credit given to the sources of the pictures. Most of the information on the Chibi-Usa and Helios page seemed correct, but on this page you still demonstrated your problems with grammar. On the Seiya and Usagi page you say that Seiya called Usagi “odango head”, you should either say dumpling head or odango atama in my personal opinion. The Seiya and Usagi page had some really large pictures that you should put in real thumbnail form.
How it all began: It’s princess Serenity, not Princess Serena! The Negaverse is also an English term. Then when your describing the past you say “almost invincible to defeat”, I think you mean impossible. The pictures are huge on this page, and it’s obviously based on the English version of the show. Stick to either English or Japanese terms please!
Group Gallery: Takes forever to load because they aren’t real thumbnails. There’s no ALT text either.
Chibi Gallery: This gallery is really kawaii, but that’s my only complement for this section. One thing I don’t understand is why you have to go through one gallery to get to the next. ~ Still no real thumbnails, takes forever to load, no ALT text
Adoptions: I like the little drag thing you have on the page. You have a broken image here.
Fanart: A lot of your fanart doesn’t have credits.
Your Fanart: This is something I like to see, this is a place where I can actually view your creativity. Some of the scans are a bit light, and many of the pictures are slightly edited versions of Sailor Moon pictures that already exist, but I liked the style or your art. You still have grammar problems in this section; it was nice to see something original though.
Fanfiction: I don’t really feel like reading through it, but I browsed and skimmed a bit and found that the fanfics don’t look to be that high quality. They also look rather…erm…short in length. The one I finally sat down and read was kind of funny and weird, but it wasn’t written with much quality, it was called “Shoot the Sailor Scouts”.
My Awards: meh...
Awards for you: The rules are well laid out, the awards could look much better, but I guess they’re all right.
Link Me: It looks like you may be missing some credits on this page. Some of the banners are ugly and others are good looking. Work on making some standard sized 88x31 buttons.
Credits: There’s a broken image for the Lycentia’s banner. A credits section is always nice to see, but I believe you owe a link to animewallpapers.com and sailormoon.com for images (which you technically shouldn’t have in your image gallery to begin with).
Quiz: Fairly challenging, it isn’t just questions based on profiles, but I don’t think I would put up an award for “participating” in a quiz, and besides that, I don’t really like the look of the award.
Moonie Theatre: I was kind of expecting some movie clips here. You have a nice collection of midis but I’d prefer to see more wavs because you can get midis almost anywhere.
Animated Gifs: I checked a few, there didn’t appear to be any broken links but you need to find the people who made them and give them credits.
Contest: I’m just wondering what sort of motivation you’re giving for people to enter the contest. Some people might think that you gave Cammy the prize just because she appears to be your friend (correct me if I’m wrong). You have an interesting idea for the contest this month.
Charms: Now that’s a unique idea for adoptions, and you gave credit to Jeffery Anderson on your credits page, good job!
Message board/post me a note: One of my pet peeves is useless message boards (argh…) then on top of that you have that “post me a note”, all that’s needed on your site is an e-mail address, if somebody has something important to say, they should be able to contact you there.
Poll: Just about every site has a favourite senshi poll. A lot of times the results are screwed by the content of the site, for example I wouldn’t expect Chibi-Moon to be that high on the list of favourites if it wasn’t a Chibi site.
Webrings and links: Can’t wait to see a link to “I Review” up.
Overall: You don’t have any titles on the top of the browser screen on your pages. You have a major problem with plurals, in addition to a problem with tenses, spelling, capitalization and grammar. I don’t see the point in putting a counter on more than one page. Counters are rather unreliable if you ask me, and since you replied for a review, than I guess you are asking for my opinion née? The content seemed to get better as I went through the site but still…these are the things you really need to improve on:
1. Spelling, grammar, capitalization, tenses, plurals, ect.
2. Real thumbnails
3. Know your information inside and out
4. Give credits to absolutely everyone who deserves them
5. Take off the useless pages (poll, message board, post a note)
6. Make navigation in galleries easier.
7. Take down pictures that shouldn’t be in your gallery like Anna’s fanart images and images from Animewallpapers.com
This site has some potential, but many, many changes have to be made.
