*yawn* I've seen this layout so many times. i think day dream graphics did it, what, two years ago? boring. sure, it's very well organized and pretty and all, but so very unoriginal. (there is a pu.com? hahah!)  why is mb and gb up top? are they "special"? the names on the badges in staff are kinda hard to read. who cares what your birthday is? from all the rules i'd say you're pretty fed up with being ripped off. i give the prophecy that this site will be R.I.P. soon because of that. looking at your old layouts tells me you don't change the look that much. it does make it easier to see your progress, though. *shrugs* this section should be at the bottom, it's 'extra' so I don't want to see it first. i don't know why, but all the links at the side are messed up, left aligned and vice versa. odd. hmm, very cool buttons. not much room for text though. Icons load really fast! the wallpapers aren't spectacular, really. oohhh what funky cool layouts! i love looking at layout shops, cause they have better layouts than the sites i review!! really, everyone who doesnt know what they are doing and has no pride should use premade layouts. didn't you say a million times you werent taking custom stuff anymore? *shrugs* oohh! tutorials!! I gotta use this! grr. any moron knows how to make a button, but how do you add text?! and do funky things to it?! grr. site tips could go on forever, might as well be rid of that section. i heard envy.nu went down. *blink* HEY! i try to download a font and i get page not available for viewing and such. WHAT GIVES? change the pic on the mb, doesn't match the layout. cute adoptions! i could have sworn they were apples.WTF? i know that face! the survey, the title, uses a picture of sailor...uhm..pewter fox! from tomb of the little known senshi. i'm sure that webmistress drew it herself. do youi have permission?! YOU BETTER!! ah, there tis in the credits section. but does she know about this? wow, look at all the people who joined NOT A MIDI! i'm there, Pera! tee.
Overall, there ain't much i can say. Excellent organization, excellent content, clear rules..but not friendly. at all. i like to be friendly with the site i'm visiting. you gotta work on your public relations.

¤ Tasteful layout. Although not the most original, most other graphics sties have this layout. I like the fact that the updates are linked. However, the counter on the bottom is not linked and the title graphics looks like it is anti-alias.
¤ The 'policies' is clearly presented.
¤ The 'staff' members listing is satisfactory, but I noticed that Elisa and Kiwi have the same quotes (was this intentional) and that Susana was either born in 1908 or 2008. The ID cards are a nice touch.
¤ Slight grammer flub in the 'FAQ'. On the fifth question the usage of 'there' (in 'means there free') is incorrect. It should be they are or they're.
¤ The 'site history' is nice, with the pictures for us to see the development of the layout. Dates (even apporximate ones) would be nice.
¤ All the link buttons are standard size, which is always a plus. Your tables have decided to change sizes, the navigation cell has shrunk and therefore compressed all the links, which now run over lines.
¤ Okay the naviagation has returned to normal size now. Not much to comment about as far as the 'buttons' go, but listing the size (88 x 31) would be helpful.
¤ The 'icons' are satisfactory as well, but the dimensions are needed, since there is not a 'standard icon' size as there are with buttons and banners.
¤ The post icons' dimensions are listed which is helpful.
¤ Ahh, now this is what I like, options for 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 resolution wallpapers (now people like me can find wallpapers in a suitable size).
¤ The layouts are all satisfactory.
¤ The request from is a bit lacking width wise. Make the url and details fields wider. It seems in the rush to be trendy, people overlook practically and common sense.
¤ The SSI tutorial is alright but very vague. If I did not know SSI I must admit, your tutorial would not be very helpful. Also, you fail to mention that you can also include an html document and are not limited to text documents. Also, you fail to mention the syntax for overriding directories with SSI. The diagram for the scrollbar was helpful. Your lack of js knoweldge is blatently obvious in you pop-up tutorial. You do need a function and all to open a pop-up. You can do it all in one simple line of syntax. In the screen cap tutorial, you mispell edit (efit).
¤ The 'creating a black button' tutorial is more complicated than needed. These tutorials solely exist to enhance the fascade if content. These tutorials are so basic and mundane it leaves one overcome with a feeling of hopelessness. How about a tutorial that will actually teach somehting that one cannot readily figure out on your own.
¤ Once again, how many times have I seen these same web tips?
¤ The 'resources' falls into the smae predicament as the 'tips'. The resources listed are the most commonl listed ones and therefore do not provide any new information.
¤ The fonts don't seem to listed in any particular order. Also, an easiar way of installing fonts is to decompress the .ttf to the fonts folder, but you way also meets the ends.
¤ The thing I hate most, copy and pasted js. It would help if you understood the scripts that you were posting, or linking to a site which js competent people would have been an idea. This reminds me of the story pf the blind man leading another. The presentation style is not very good. Could you not have used xmp tags to display the code indtead if making us view the sources in oreder to obtain the codes?
¤ Does the forum need sucha a large title image? Small pink text gives me eye strain.
¤ The contest seems very vague. There ought to be atleast a theme. This looks like a coverup to con people to send in graphics to substitue for the lack of regular graphic submissions.
¤ I'm still bewildered as to why a graphics site would have an adoption area. This is completely irrelevant.
¤ For convenience purposes, keep the survey on you site, not on the bravenet page.
¤ Links are satisfactory, but it's ironic that a stickler with early linking like you does not practice what you preach.
¤ The 'credits' serve their purpose wonderfully.
¤ The joined page is satisfactory as well (hard to comment on something cliche).
¤ Overall, this site was nice, but left me feeling empty. Your graphics are nice, but nothing amazing. Graphics artists should experiment more, not just apply the same cliche layout to different pages. Most of these have a picture thats been cropped and then been doused in a color scheme. Frankly nothing interesting with coding or graphics. Seriously, this reminds me of all the other graphics sites out there. If you don't plan on making a site that has more to offer why not just join the staff of one of those? Anyways for your consolation, this site was nice and the quality of graphics wan't bad.

Notes: Classy, classy, classy!
Crash Count: 2

The site is, as first glance, incredibly professional-looking. The links are a bit too pale for the white background, and may be difficult to read for some.
The policy is clear and very professional
Some of the graphics in Staff are somewhat difficult to read, likely due to the font and the small size.
The FAQ is helpful and organized, which is good.
We get to watch an interesting evolution of a site in Site History. Congrats the the author for even acknowledging that she created a pagebuilder layout. I don't have that sort of courage.
The site author provides nice standard buttons and linking codes.
On to the graphics! Everything's stylishly made and standard size for whatever their purpose. Just gorgeous. Everything's devided into subpages, for nice loading time. Nice. One thing I could suggest is putting a link to the next page at the bottom of the page, just for convenience's sake.
The tutorials are more codes to copy-and-paste than they are tutorials, and thus may be confusing to some.
The graphic tutorials are much more helpful, providing sample images and more descriptions. Perhaps program screenshots might be helpful?
The site tips, although brief, are the Basic Laws of Webdesign that the reviewers love to see taken into accord. The webmistress obviously knows what she's talking about here, even thought she could do with a bit more content in this section.
Some of the resources are out of date (IE, envy.nu now has ads), but very useful at any rate.
Fonts are nice, and accompanied by instructions.
The javascripts section contains the immortal words "don't go overboard". How many people must be told before the insanity will stop?
Everything that should be linked is.
Overall? Classy, polished, and a good example.

The layout is pretty. Angel Sanctuary! I'm afraid that the rest of my review might be slightly biased due to the fact that I adore Angel Sanctuary. But I'll try to be objective ... and I'll try not stare into those lovely eyes ... So anyway, ahem. Yes. The table layout is organized and clean, very well done, and such good use of color. The whole setup is tastefully done, and from what I can see of your writing, you seem to know English. That's saying a lot when one considers the spelling on some sites. On your 'link me' page, the navigation is slightly messed up. The text moves over onto the next line and it doesn't look right. I think that if you put the HTML codes into a text box, the problem would be solved. I can't download the fonts. I get an error message from Geocities saying that page doesn't exist. It's a shame - I wanted "punkass bitch." The message board and survey should open in a new window so that I can close it when I'm ready to go back to the main site. Well, I'm sorry this review is so short ... but I didn't find much to complain about. Your site is very well designed, intelligently written, and helpful. You provide visitors with lovely graphics, design help, and even some entertainment. Plus, you like Labyrinth. (I am so David Bowie's slave.) I'm quite impressed. Were I a beginning anime webmaster, I'd be thrilled to find your site. Diamond

This is going to hurt. Not because it's bad, but because there are a hell of a lot of links.
Layout - Nice. I like it. That picture is very cool-- who is it? The colors and the picture work so well together! I've found a lot of sites, lately, don't have colors that match the images. I will admit to being caught int hat trap once or twice myself.
Places Aian doesn't Go - Staff, Site History, Link Me, Tutorials, Graphic Tutorials (I don't do tutorials, because to critique something you may have to use someday? No thanks...) Message Board, Contest, Adopt, Survery, Links, Credits, Joined Afiliates. Hey, this takes away a lot of the links. I might not get a headache reviewing this!
Policies - Basic ToS/U and disclaimers. Always a good thing to have when it's possible someone might flame you. They're the basic rules any artist gives about their art, but hey, basic is understood better.
FAQ - *grins* Sounds a lot like some of the basic "Ficitonally Asked Questions", but there were a few in there I haven't seen around. Thumbs up in your general direction. *snickers*
Graphics - I'm going to do this all as one, because running through them all to review would take a hell of a long time. And while I'm sure you'd just LOVE to read seventy minutes worth of reviewing, I don't want to write seventy minutes worth of reviewing.

These are some fairly unique buttons-- I've seen some around websites, but other than that, not really. Whoo! The icons are dancing! When they were loading, they were jumping back and forth. It's kinda cute. Wow, these are nicely done icons. Uhm, what? Post icons? What are... oh, mini icons, okay. Cute! And I really have to stop saying that word. Bad Aian, Bad! The wallpapers are nice. They look like something someone would steal to make a layout, though. I will say outright, some of these layouts creep me out. On top of that you've got an FF9 layout, and I dislike FF9, because it's all the freaky little brother talks about. You know, one of these layouts looks like the Bookshelf... just not as well done. Oooh, a request form. With dotted lines? Oh that's cool. How do you do that? Not like I need to know. I don't have a form on my site...
Site Tips - Everyone knows these-- its just that few people put them into practise. Good to have them around, maybe you can drive the idea into someone's head? (unlikely... just look at all the crappy pages out there...)
Resources - *grumbles* Envy.nu kicked me off. Angelfire won't let me in to edit my page, Geocities nixed their FTP access. Tripod's still cool, and I haven't ever been to Brinkster. As for the other stuff... I've never actually used a Dicer program. I've always spliced images by hand. It takes longer, but it feels nice to do it all yourself. Winzip! Die! It won't let me unarchvie all my digimon stuff!
Fonts - Oh! I've been looking for some of these! You're my best friend now! *hugshugshugs* Well, you were until it said I couldn't get them... but hey, at least I know what they're called now. Altavista, here I come!
Javascripts - As fun as they are, I find Javascript highly annoying. Joy of all joys, the normal stuff. If I want funky things going on with my webpage, I'll learn DHTML, or PHP.
I see nothing else to review. Over all, this is pretty cool. It's php based! I like php, probably only because it's used on the comix. I like online comix.
