Wow, is this layout ever messed up! The bg is pretty, I like it, but the link placement, the scroll bar..0.o Speaking of faces, there are way too many ^_^ in the introduction. To you and your sister site, there is no need for your email to be on every page.
Intro-hentai free, you say? then why is Hotaru naked? I havent seen this gif before, bonus. Fix the bottom pic. Having pics on the middle of the text looks weird. Get some more HTML skills. I don't know much about MIstress 9, beats me if this stuff is correct. The M9 Gallery needs proper thumbnails. Hotaru's VA is that of Hinoto? cool. I can't read the quotes due to the bad colours. Use a lighter purple! I don't like coming soon things. The way the links are possitioned looks bad.
Story-it's hard to read, but I LOVE how her past in told as a story, not just info. Sugoi! What's with the pic of Eudial? This looks accurate, well done. You should tell people the pics are clickable.
Gallery-wow, that first image has great ones in it. They've got to be fanmade, right? the text goes over the bg, fix that using tables. It's sometimes hard to see the link numbers, make them a different colour. These are great, excellent quality. A welcome image? that's for someone's site only, shouldnt be in your gallery. There are some really great pics that are fan made. *cough* Violet Fizz makes it look like you support hentai manga. Broken image in chibi-hotaru. gee, for a hentai free site there sure are a lot of suggestive pics around. Man, there is even a "congrats __ hits" pics in here! sheesh.

Overall-HTML skills needed, definitely! content is pretty good. could use some essays are something.
¤ What resolution is this made for? On my 1024 x 768 I still have horizontal scroll bar. The background needs a higher opactiry setting. It's impossible to read the text. The text is spread out haphazardly. The navigation is a bit misleading, I thought the underlined words were sub heading and the side text were links at first. Keep you links and text in the smae style (some links are black and underlined while some are lavender). The 'comming soon' messages are not needed, unless the section had been publised, don't add the description. A date on the update would help. The little 'Cammy' graphic looks bad with the white border and makes you look unorginal since all you did was add text to the picture.
¤ In the 'information centre' don't try to be artistic with the placement of the links. Put them in a column or row. The graphics should be used with more thought; they make the page look cluttered.
¤ The profile looks alright though unoriginal. However there is no such thing as an infinite symbol. I think you meant the notation for infinitie (also, I don't remember the Muguen symbol having anything in the centre, though it's been awhile since I checked). The gif at the bottom is interesting.
¤ Wow. This bearly understandable. The grammer is really really horredous. Overall it's right, though MIstress 9 did not raise Hotaru, Prof. Tomoe did. Mistress 9 never actually externally did anything to Hotaru. This section looks like it was cut and pasted from another site.
¤ I'm not even going to ask why there is a link to the gallery in the profile. The thumbnails are not done correctly. The links on the bottom blend in so well with the background that they are bearly preceptable.
¤ The seiyuu page looks alrite, thought the elements are randomly arranged, also thumbnails for the pics wouldn't burt. Also, are you sure Minaguchi-san plays Satan on DBZ? I don't think so.
¤ The quotes should either be centered or justified left. Do not switch between the two.
¤ In the 'Hotaru's past' section, the text is agin impossible to read. The pictures offset the spacing between the lines. The summary ought to be in one paragraph and a thumbnailed gallery at the bottom. You didn't mention the fact that Hotaru is a cyborg. Why is there a random Eudial gif at the bottom?
¤ The Supers storyline looks alight though once again the pictures are misussed proper thumbnails are good.
¤ For some reason I doubt you made the main graphic in the gallery section but I could be wrong. Also, it's against the law to use other people's fanart with out their permission. The fact that you don't know who created it it irrelevant. Learn to thumbnail properly. All you have done is resized the pic, which is defeating the purpose of having thumbnails since it does not decrease the download time. Some of the pictures in the 'Sailor Senshi Group Gallery' did not even have Saturn in them. I don't really understand what the 'Violet Fizz Gallery' is but it seems to be a doujinhsu gallery. Funny that you claim to be hentai free but have a picture of Saturn straddling the Silence Glaive.
¤ Ahh, more usless wav and midi files that no one ever bothers to download. As for the movie, you should offer and unzipped version.
¤ Oh yeah, I can really read pink on yellow (the 'other animated gifs' section).
¤ In the manga section, why is there a random non-manga picture of all the senshi running? Why are some pictures textually linked and others not?
¤ Okay, where is the survey? This is a guest book.
¤ Thumbnail the awards (which as Fish will tell you are useless and I heartilly agree). It would be kinder on the applicant if you provided and email forum. Why do only a few of the awards have samples?
¤ Is there any reason for why you felt the need to put your fanart on a different page that the others? I'm unclear as to who the author or the fanfic is, thought I'm assuming it's you since your email is at the bottom.
¤ The picture in your message board doesn't load.
¤ The 'credits' is satisfactory, though I'm quite positive many people were left out. All but one of you banner/ buttons are not the standard size.
¤ Since you give a nickname it's given that you won't give your real name so don't bother with the anonymous part. I still don't see how anyone can find the anime more asthetically pleasing than the manga, but then again some people don't think Mondiran's work is art.
¤ The links and all blend in together. You ought to make clear headings and justifying everything to the center makes it look unorganized.
Layout- Ick. That's a cute image of Hotaru on the main page, but not only do you have a long scrolling page, it has a side-scroll, even in my large resolution. Major no-no. Decrease the length in the page, and get rid of the side-scroll. Maybe make a cute title graphic for your site's name, too. Mistress 9's page looks odd with pictures in the middle of paragraphs. The purple text on some of your pages is a little hard to read.
Organization- Aggh. I don't like it. It's nice that you list on the main page what you can find in each section, but that's better left to a site map, to reduce clutter. I can't really tell what kind of site this is either. Judging from the background and the welcome message, I thought it was a Sailor Saturn shrine, but judging from the links on the main page I could be wrong. The links on the main page could also be ordered a little better.
Content- I hate "Coming Soon" messages, especially on the main page. Ugh. You need credits somewhere for the information, images, fanart and backgrounds (unless you made them yourself, which I doubt). You need real thumbnails for your galleries by manually resizing them in an image editor and then saving the smaller image under a different filename. For quotes, note which quotes came from the anime and which came from the manga. I like the "Hotaru's past" page, it's done really well.
Coding- On the Fanart page, Elios_Smaller2.gif is broken. In the Manga Section, manga_drink.jpg is broken.
Mechanics- The name of your site is bugging me, but I guess it's not incorrect. (Heehee, a double negative!) "Talisman" is spelled wrong on Mistress 9's page. You have some missing capitalization. The excessive use of '^_^''s is kind of annoying. On the fan section page, "drawings skills" is wrong.
Despite some problems, this has the potential to be a nice site. I would do away with the galleries, especially since you found the pictures on the internet and you didn't scan them yourself. Try expanding on the information and fun activities. Good luck!
Eek…I don’t really like the layout (if it can be called that). It’s made with Microsoft Front Page. I hate the left-right scrolling on the main page. The light purple and yellow are also really hard to read on the background, but the dark purple’s not bad. The layout has a really defined cut and paste look to it. I like the name “Awoken Destruction” much better than “Cammy’s Sailor Saturn Shrine” in terms of a name. The only thing I like about the layout is your little description of each of the sections under each link.
Information: The profile was boring, because I can get such a thing on any site. You don’t have very much information on Mistress 9 at all and the pictures on that page are huge. The information about Saturn’s Seiyu was nice to see simply because information about Seiyu (even at shrines) is rare. You need to put up some sort of credit to the source of the information (most likely Hitoshi Doi). Quotes aren’t on every Saturn shrine, but they’re easy to find, all you have to do is open a Manga or watch an Animé episode. There wasn’t anything in this section that attempted to delve into Saturn’s persona.
Story line/Summary: There’s nothing here in terms of information that I didn’t already know. I see that the Stars season is still under construction, the fact that you made the summaries illustrated was a plus, but you still could have edited the pictures to make them smaller.
Pictures: The pictures weren’t in real thumbnail form but at least you didn’t overload the page with them. You have an impressive collection of pictures but no credits pertaining to where they all came from. I don’t know what the significance of the name “Violet Fizz” is in that particular gallery, I’m guessing it’s the name of the doujinshi the pictures came from. There’s no ALT text on this site (argh), alt text makes it so much easier for people to navigate.
Quiz: The quiz looks extremely easy, put up something a little harder with some knowledge that isn’t common among Sailor Moon fans. I would also like to suggest putting up a JavaScript quiz.
Animated gifs: Eeegawd, I do not like the fact that I can’t read the links on any of the colours of backgrounds you chose in this section. The animated gifs are kawaii but you need to find the credits for the person that made them.
Manga: I wish there was actually some information on this page, but for now I’ll just have to look at the pictures. Yet again, you have a nice collection of pictures, but with no credits in sight.
Survey: I like the survey, it’s unique and asks for the viewers’ input on not just their favourite characters and seasons, and why they like those characters.
Awards to win: Your awards to win are all right looking, but from the looks of it you still have many to post. I’m glad you aren’t just taking your award images from daydreamgraphics.com, and the rules for winning the awards are clearly defined. The awards on your “Awards I won” page take way too long to load.
Fanart: I hardly think that you should have a whole section of your site devoted to let me count your…1 piece of fanart. The fanart is kind of pretty, but I don’t think one fanart picture constitutes a whole section of devotion. In the fanart of others section I can’t read the links on the background and the “kawaii picture of Chibi Elios” leads to a dead link. The fanfiction had an interesting concept behind it, but was rather poorly written in my own opinion. You should gather many more pieces of fanfiction; yet again I must say that I think you need more than one fanfiction to open up a section devoted to it. I’m glad you have a brief summary of the fanfiction.
Message board and send me a message: I think that both these things are useless, if people want to give their opinion on your site, or ask a question, than they should just e-mail you.
Support: You seriously need to get up some sort of credit to Lycentia’s, I’m too lazy to go looking for the URL right now, but just type it into the yahoo.com search engine, it’s listed under Lycentia’s Sailor Moon Graphics, or something like that. You take many of your backgrounds and buttons from Lycentia’s. Most of your banners are nice, however you should make some standard sized 88x31 buttons.
About me: At least you have a bit more than just stats, but grammar errors are very evident in this section.
Links and Webrings: Usually Saturn shrines have links to other Saturn sites.
Overall: Many of the colours of text have to be changed so they don’t blend into the backgrounds. An example would be the animated gifs pages, where I found that to be quite evident. You have a few problems with spelling and grammar. This site has some potential, but you need to put all your pictures in real thumbnail form, put up articles and personality analysises of Saturn and most important, put up a link to Lycentia’s! You also need to put ALT text on all your pictures. This is just another point, bright purplish pink doesn’t work for a background colour, and it’s very blinding. I can find most of the stuff on your site at other Saturn shrines on the web, try to expand your content and fix your thumbnails.

Layout- I like the background, it's just so... so overly cute in that Saturn-demon way. I like Saturn alot. *Grin* Scary thing about this layout-- even with the screen at 1024x768, it's to large for my screen! *wide eyed* The text is a bit hard to read when it goes over Hotaru. There's a lot of space here where it looks like you just tagged it with a < P> or two, when you coulda just use < br>.

Information Center - What is it with people and the ever changing backgrounds? I can understand it when it's a collective and you klik the 'sites' and it pops up with all their sites... but on one specific page? Aiyah... epidoe 11? Er, you do mean of a certain season, ne? Actually, Mistress 9 wasn't the Messiah of Silence, Hotaru & Saturn are. Mistress 9 knew Hotaru had the ability to become Messiah, though. Other than that, the info seems right.
Story Summaries- Nice Summary, perfectly on track. Although the images in the middle of the text were kinda annoying.
Picture Gallery - The Gallery pages/images are quite small, you could probably fit more images onto the page than you have.
Fun Section - All questions that the answers are to be found in the profiles of Hotaru, ne?
Animated GIFs - Er, when I was looking at this, I couldn't see some of the links. It's that whole pink link on gold background...
Manga Section - I'm one of those Manga fans. *grin* Those be some nice pictures, Cammy-san.

Fan section - the Fan art is pretty nice. Small archive, but nice. Of course, I was just looking at these images at the last site I reviewed... The fanfic has an interesting summary, although the fic itself only have two paragraphs.
