It would look much better if the flowers were on the opposite side of the links. I like them though, better than plain orange. She has the policy of take what you want, so that means all the graphics were made by free graphics sites. grr!

Info should be before images. Why is there a Gundam Wing song on a SM page? I've seen that before and I still don't get it. There is more than boring stats here. It looks like the page is divided into three columns, so the text look pressed. It's too big.
Video-Not actual video, but animated gifs. There are two I haven't seen, so that's good.
Fun-The polls are sent by e-mail. No visitor is going to take the time for that. Go to bravenet or somewhere and get a proper poll. The fanfiction has nothing to do with Minako. I actually liked it, a letter to santa by Chibi-Usa. Very cute!
If you really want to improve your site, move. Every site on Homestead I've seen is very ugly. Trash the MIDIs, get lots more content, and you're on your way. An image editor like Paint Shop Pro would help a lot. The impression I got from the webmistress was of politeness. This isn't too bad for a first site, but there is a lot of improvements that need to be made. I sugest looking at big famous shrines for some ideas. Lastly, you must learn to credit people!
Um... strange page, awful coding. As always with Homestead, *way* to much JavaScript. And why aren't those flowers placed as a background? If you change them to a background, they'll cover the entire page (in vertical direction, that is) and will load faster then as graphics.
You haven't made your graphics, some are from Lycentia, therefore you have no right to tell people that they can take whatever they want.
Try spiff up your intro a bit, this one is quite boring. And, isn't the new dubbing company spelled Clowerway?

In the information page, you've got incorrect info. Allen and Minako were never together, he saw her as a little sister.
Also, Minako does continue with her volleyball practice in the fifth season, as of yet not shown in America.
The videos are moving GIF's (unaccredited) so please change the name of the section.
Minako's magic ball doesn't work on my comp. Sad, it seemed like a fun thing.
People are often hesitant about giving out their e-mail to strangers, and I think you'll get more participation if you use a poll that can collect votes with just one click from the visitors. Take a look at Bravenet.com, they've got quite a lot of polls and other goodies.
Maybe you could add a small description of the fanfic? And also, try getting more Minako fics in your shrine. This one was sweet, but why a Chibi-usa fic in a Minako shrine?
Ask some not-too-famous author, or join a fanfic mailinglist where you can get in touch with new authors. Most people are happy to share their fics, if you just ask before ^_^

Overall? Boring layout, little content. This review took five minutes to write, because the shrine is so small.
My tips are, move from Homestead, Geocities or anything are much better providers. Then get some more content, better content and proper *credits*. You're still young, you can make this a lot better with some more experience.

Well, what do you know, Aian's back. Hey everyone, I missed a couple of months in there, but I'm back, and hopefully able to continue with I Review. Now... On to the review!
Front Page- Cute Layout. Lots of orange. But then, it IS Minako... Email button is a bit over used, and the site needs to see more people, considering the counter only says 40 (but hey, we're going to help with that, ne?). The disclaimer is on there, so that's good-- better than what I do actually. Note to self: put disclaimer on webpages. I like the Minako picture beneath the text. It's actually the first tiem I've seen Minako's-- I've seen Rei's, Ami's, Setsuna's and Michiru's. You did good! The music could be shut off, a good thing for those who don't want to listen to it (It's actually a good song! I rarely listen to songs...) Images is down.
Info- At first, it's the basic Minako Profile, however, beneath it is a bit more information. However, soem of your information is wrong: Alan was never Minako's boyfriend (in neither manga, nor anime), Alan was her crush. The anime V forgets to mention that manga V was also in Hawaii, Singapore, and Italy. The venus pictures are cute though-- the "Home Venus" is a little rough around the edges.
Video- None of it's actual video's, more like .gif images, but I suppose it's okay to call them that. Some of them are a bit choppy, maybe a bit grainy, but most are fairly good quality .gifs, too. I've seen some horrible ones, but these-- you can actually seen what's happening. Hey, I actually waited for the pictures to load, for once :P Fun- Minako's Magic Ball; something I've seen done hundreds of times... and dammit, I still can't see anything but a gray box! Polls; Would be better if you used a beseen quizlet or something similiar-- results would be posted imediately. Fanfics: Only one? And it's not even a Minako fic... A bit depressing... I don't like depressing unless it's serious angst style depressing... Hey, I like Hibiki Ryouga. About de webmistress; I really should stop talking like Remy... anyways, cute little spat of information. I guess it fits with being 13. Overall- Cute, the layout manages to stay the same through out, it's good for a 13 year old. Better than mine when I was 13.
