Neat splash page. That image gets used a bit too often, though. The text is very long, maybe make it two lines. Okaaay..what is this site actually called? the <title> is usako, it sais this is the Peaches 'n Cream version of Sweet Candy but the title of the pop-up is Peaches 'n Cream version 4, so I would assume that means there have been 3 other versions of PnC not of Sweet Candy. So fix that.
Yup, it's a pop-up. A very ugly one at that. Fading half it looks terrible! Since the image used doesn't have solid colours, it makes a really bad bg. The text is too small.
Okay, time to get personal. This girl is a reviewer...at two sites. Have you no loyalty? Now..what in the world is a chromless window? as far as i know chrome is something sinks are made of. Another annoyance, the up and down arrows are on opposite sides. That just sucks. The menu is at the bottom of what serves as an updates page..blather...keep it as a short intro section and make a seperate updates page. p.s the hot pink at the top really doesn't work with the bg pic. Wow there is a lot to look at here.
Usagi-stats. in the intro she promises info more than stats, but in every profile there is the same thing, a crybaby clutz. So to say there is info is misleading.
Sailormoon-it jumps from the first season to the fifth. Why?? the mini-rant against Saturn is...unprofessional. lemme see....Saturn wasn't around for Beryl or the doom tree, she did defeat mistress 9, she took part in the final defeat of Queen Neherinia, and well everyone died with Galaxia. I think this is the sort of person to write flames to those that don't like Usagi.
Princess-Instead of making so many short pages, just make one long info page. saves annoying clicking. *sigh* blah blah...I hate info pages so I'm gonna leave it to my cohorts. oh yeah, you might want to include her human parents, Naru, the differences between Rei and Raye relationship, how Uranus kissed her, *yawn*

The pictures are good quality. Not too many, not too small, good. There is only one rant. C'mon, is there nothing else you can rail about? Having to scroll down is getting on my nerves. Well, i'm skiping the rest because I have totally stopped caring about this site. very little original content, text and bg that is painful to look at. Yes, the layout required skill to make, but the content is boring. z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z
¤ The splash page is rather bland; the requirements 'Love for Usagi' and
'Sorry Netscape' are uneeded, since the if you have only mentioned IE it is
presummed that Netscape will not be compatible.
¤ Layout is satisfactory, though as in most cases, is not original. A huge
part of the browser frame is wasted. Forgive my opinion, but it looks like
this page is the collaboration of many cut and pasted scripts, and was not
typed out letter for letter. Also, I'm not sure if it should look like this,
but the actually content window is located towards the lower right hand side;
I'm not sure if you were going for a pop-up, but it looks akward in it's
present state. Upon maximizing the window, the content moves to the top, but
there are blank fields punctuated with the unfadded portion of the picture.
¤ The information is complete, though unoriginal. Try to come up with a
different point of veiw or presentation. Also the compare and contrast
section is somewhat pointless. Perhaps adding more elaboration would help.
¤ You'll probably hate me by now, but the sections in your fun look like they
were added for the sake of creating a section. The mom comparission would be better if there were more elaboration, the chatroom is pointless, since you
don't have and many concurrent visitors who would actually chat (Also if you
are 12, it's not exactlly legal for you to operate or particpate in one), the
'Shift It' could be adjusted to spell out a SM related phrase, so that it
would have some relevance for being located on and SM site, and I suggest
archiving the jokes so that way there would be more than one to look at.
¤ I'm glad that you have the awards organized in such and orderly and
acessible manner.
¤ Truthfully, the Misc. and Site sections could be merged (I suggest putting
'Links' and 'Link Me' in the same grouping. Similarily, the 'Adoptions' and
'Cliques/ Clubs' could be merged as well.
¤ Next time, I suggest using a more elegant and simple design, beacuse as
they say, "sometimes more is less". The content layer also has the tendency
to flow over the scrolling buttons. The reason that I had said that most of
the code looks cut and pasted on your site is beacuse it doesn't really flow
well; the java is not correct in some places and makes the page look sloppy
beacuse of the above descirbed reasons (akward content window and content layer problems).
¤ Again as I said, if you use a pop-up I think the layout will flow better.
And I suggest using a table to constrain your text. This site has a lot of
potential.

Click the image... a pop-up! How not fun at all. You've between g40x480 to 1024x768 pixels to play with. What strange urge make you want to squeeze everything into that tiny little window, hmm? *sighs* Some people's idea of good navigation I'll never understand...
Okay, to the main window. The background is horribly busy, you have to fade it at least 25% more, and lover the color purity to make it easy on the eyes.
Isn't it Bianca's Sailor Moon Gallery? And why aren't I review mentioned, even if it's to say we're too harsh.
Also, I'd add the menu link outside of the frame, so you don't have to scroll too the bottom when going back.
The Usagi info is too little. There are 200 freaking episodes of SM, plus a manga and three movies, and the majority of this focuses on Usagi! And you couldn't write more then 232 words (I counted). That's not good for a shrine...
You switch between Sailor Moon and Sailormoon, please stick to one. Your grammar could also need a slight check, it would be best to ask someone to beta read.
You state your opinions about SM nicely, and the nasty gal of the Dead Moon Circus is spelled Nehelenia or Neherenia (take your pick). Also, warn for spoilers, there are plenty of them to go along here!
Moon Princess page comes next. The Silver Millennium existed an unknown time ago. It's just DiC that invented the whole 1000 year thing, and then it has become one of the most wide-spread misconceptions about SM.
The Moon didn't rule the universe, just this solar system (minus Earth).
You know, that line 'Mamoru is a great lover...' in the Relationships section really made me laugh *shakes head* I'm so odd, but I suggest rephrasing it slightly. Mamoru is Usagi's great love or something.
I agree that Mamoru is thick-headed in the beginning (and later on) and the not ready to share Mamoru with Chibiusa is very interesting. Never looked at it that way.
Clarify that the First time we see the pink spore, she's on the run from the Black Moon and is asking for help, not coming to train with the Senshi.
The info on Queen Serenity seems strange, or rather the senshi info under hear headline. They Inner senshi have always been *guardians* of the royal family, not just worked for them, and where does it say they were Princess Serenity's mentors, hmm?
Add Usagi's relationships to her friends.
The Compare and contrast section could need a bit more flesh on the bone; you're good at talking for your cause, use that talent.
Moving along... my eyes are starting to hurt by now, not a good sign.

The Mom stuff is cute, but not really very Usagi centered. Why not compare Ikoku and (old) Serenity. And maybe something about how Usagi seems to be as a mom.
I'm not gonna try the chatroom, but the thirteen or older rule only applies to US citizens, and it's not fun to be assumed an American (I'm from Sweden myself) Just change it so it's either your own rules, or clarify that you're only talking about people from the States.

Geocities is giving me some trouble with loading, some of your stuff doesn't come unless I hit refresh a time or two. Probably due to the heavy Java and CSS.
Then there's YKYWTMSMW, a game that has nothing whatsoever to do with SM, a really lame joke (even the webmistress admits it), an adoptions page and a contest. The contest is actually pretty okay, serves a purpose and since the owner of the site has a hand with graphics, I'd say the prize is also OK.
Most of this stuff would fit better under the Misc. section, and personally I'd move fanfics here instead.
The images are good, descriptive links, which I like. But where are the credits?

The first old layout has a broken pic, which makes it very sucky indeed. You say that the second layout doesn't work in Netscape... but neither does this, right?
There's a flame page. The flame is like most flames, rude, annoying and STUPID! Webmisstress, however, stayed cool as a cucumber, which is more then I would manage. Applause to you.

I'm done now. This site is very pretty, but not very practical (my poor squinting eyes). Also, only I.E. compatible.
It has far too little information, fanfics or opinions to qualify as a high quality shrine in my taste.
Keep working, but less on the design and more on the content side, and you might yet create a true webgem.
