Theme: Chibi-Usa
Good...LORD! It's one of those idiots that thinks more is COOL! -.- Where do I begin...First off, the counter is huge and misplaced. Nobody puts a counter in the upper left corner. Second, the thing that follows the cursor is TERRIBLY annoying take that off immediatly. Third, the background is really heavy. Since this is a splash page it's not too bad, but still. Fourth, you don't need a splash page at all. Fifth, hitting f11 doesn't change the way your site looks, so don't bother saying it.
Hoo boy. More design flaws! The colours of you links are the default dark blue, what's up with that? Get rid of pulsing pink stars, they are ugly. The big award is dumb, so you found her an image, there is no need to broadcast it to the world. I love the gb buttons though. hehheh your e-mail is SO funny. A fan of pink sugar chibi-usa is called bloodykornkid666! Okay, now while so far I've said nothing but negative stuff, I do really like this layout. It's pretty, it's colour co-ordinated, it's well organized and there is plenty of room for text. So keep the layout for a bit, just fix those little things I mentioned.
Ohohoho now here is proof that you know nothing of HTML. Pictures go on top of a border bg, and these are fake thumbnails. you suck! ahah. Destroy this section, go learn how to do it properly, then make it again. Since the title of this page is writen on the banner, you don't need to write it in text too. You need to have a link back to the main page on every page of the gallery, especially the last one.
*blink* okay..this teen gallery is much better. It's within the same layout..what, were you too lazy to re-do the first gallery to match the layout? You also have real thumbs, even though they load WAY too slowly and really are too small. There is also a picture in here that is obviously pornographic in origin, you should get rid of that even if her boobs are cut off. It would really help if you listed what episodes and books of the manga these images come from.
The Saturn gallery is messed up too. It also doesn't belong here. I know she is her friend, but this is a chibi-usa shrine. so get rid of all this unless chibi-usa is in the picture too.
Chibi Chibi REALLY has nothing to do with chibi-usa, so get rid of this gallery as well. I'm noticing that as I go on different pages, the links at the side change. Stop that! The links should ALL be there, in the same order, on every page. Okay, ebough with these stupid galleries.
Oh man, this first info page really sucks. Do I even have to tell you? The text is going over the bg, the info mixed dub & sub, there are typos and nobody reads profiles and it's too short and the image at the top is probably stolen and BLAH!
Your fanart is pretty good. Make thumbs. Get rid of the Caldina pic.

You should make the fanart all on one page, link to that person's site and make the thumbs a bit bigger. Delete the ones that aren't about chibi-usa.

Color me Pink is actual content, so it should NOT be the last link I see. Put it like, third down from the top, after the gallery.
Overall, this place didn't have much core content. Too many extras. The galleries was pretty much it, and they really need work. You REALLY need more information, and opinions on stuff related to chibi-usa. do YOU think she is perverted? stuff like that.

Splash - USELESS! A big fat USELESS on this splash please. It's neither a pop up or frames/no frames choice page. It's just another annoying 'enter' picture. And it's pink. If we went by a point grading system, I'd take points off for the splash, for the pink, and for those annoying little black dots that follow the cursor. I hate those things. And we should all know my position on Chibiusa by now. *holds up interdimensional cannon, and targets* Mwhahahaha...
Layout - Is something wrong with Angelfire? I got to see the Splash, but not the rest of the page... I'll come back later. *twenty four hours later...* I have returned to review! Bloody hell, it's not fully loaded...

Splash: This splash is highly unnecessary, who uses a splash to say “no frames”? The image is rather large but I like the picture of the teenaged Chibi-Moon. The background looks like it was taken from a graphics shop, so I hope you gave credit. The cursor is really annoying, if I didn’t have to review this site I’d already be gone because of the damn cursor. (the bouncy, rotating dots do not make my day) The title is very illegible on the splash image.
Main: I like the main page layout. The fanart image of a cosplayer is kawaii, though I don’t think that a definition of cosplaying merely applies to Anime Conventions. My computer is acting up today and the buttons are taking forever to load…I’m waiting…and waiting…okay they’re finally up. You should really think about putting the buttons on a separate page. This is interesting…”The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” is linked (they’re our other review for this week).
Eye Candy: There appears to be a lot of pictures with relatively no credit given for the origins. The Chibi-Usa pictures are taking forever to load because they aren’t in real thumbnail form and in addition, there’s no ALT text. It’s funny that when I was waiting for your pictures to load, my computer said that an “internal error” had occurred and that what I was doing was an “illegal operation”. Okay I’ll go back into the site and hopefully it won’t freeze my computer or do another disagreeable thing. As far as I can tell this is a Chibi-Usa shrine, why do you have Chibi-Chibi and Hotaru pictures then? Oh and this is another note, when I was reviewing your site earlier I was told that your site had used excessive bandwidth, which might not be your fault, but it just made me angrier about having to review this site because it’s so damn late. Ack, there are no back buttons in the Chibi-Usa galleries I would suggest putting up some immediately. I don’t understand why the Chibi-Usa gallery isn’t incorporated into the table layout. At least some of your pictures are in real thumbnail form. These Chibi-Usa teen pictures loaded quickly because of that fact. Oy…I guess you decided to make me suffer again, considering that the Black Lady pictures aren’t in real thumbnail form. The “Wicked Lady” is strictly an English term; it should be changed to the “Black Lady” if this is a shrine that is loyal to the Japanese version. The pictures in the “Wicked Lady” section should be moved over about half an inch so they don’t slightly overlap the banner background. Yet again I’d like to know why the pictures weren’t incorporated into the table layout. The Saturn scroller isn’t necessary on the top of that picture page…and I won’t repeat myself anymore considering the fact that you should have real thumbnails. Wohoo Chibi-Chibi is in real thumbnail form.
Profile: Mixing English and Japanese names is confusing. Stick to one or the other throughout the whole site. I see that particular border background everywhere. Please format the HTML so the text doesn’t touch the border part of the background. Mamoru is spelled wrong and this profile is as standard and bland as they come. I did however like the fanart.
Fanart: One minute you say Chibi-Usa and the next you say Rini, make up your mind damnit. I love your fanart; both your computer and hand-drawn pieces are well done. Caldina didn’t really belong in the gallery but I’ll let it slide considering that it was only one picture and besides that, it was well done.
What If: This section looks so kawaii. Yet again I must point out that the text should be spaced away from the border on the background (I won’t repeat that fact if I see it in any other sections). The fanart is really well done; this section is unique, I don’t recall seeing anything exactly like it on other sites I've seen.
Downloads: It might be useful to actually list some CREDITS beside the items you are allowing people to download.
About Me: You may draw well, but you have no spelling and grammar skills. This section didn’t really give me much insight into your personality, if you’re going to have such a page on your site than at least list more personal information.
Fanart by Others: You should make every effort possible to find the names and e-mail addresses of pieces that are missing those elements of essential information. The most essential part of posting fanart is having artist information. I’m glad these pictures and the ones in the What if section were in real thumbnail form.
Awards: Something tells me that this site has been given some awards that aren’t meaningful simply because there are so many of them. Here’s a hint, don’t judge the quality of your site by the number of awards you have. Oh yah, and the awards should be linked somehow. (it can be in text form beside the picture of the award)
Awards for You: The awards look like they’re way too easy to win. The glowing text at the top is annoying and unnecessary. If you’re going to have awards, at least make them a little more difficult to win. For example, you requirements for your picture award are just to have lots of pictures of any senshi. Oh wow, then it would be so hard to win that award (by the way I was being sarcastic). This is the reason why Awards often get a bad reputation for not showing a site's true worth.

Overall: There was a massive lack of back buttons. This is hardly a shrine. It has no opinions, a Chibi-Usa profile (not even unique) and some pictures (without credits given for the source). The “colour me pink”, fanart and “what if” sections are the only parts of this site that I recommend. This site needs a lot more information, spelling and grammar skills and opinions if you hope to keep it hopes to survive.

First thing's first. Let's establish the fact that your splash page background is too busy. It's ugly and even though I adore Rini, I hate the background. The picture that you use is someone's fanart, I know because I've seen it before, so you'd better have credit for it in your site somewhere.You really don't even need a splash page anyways because you say no frames, so you must not use frames, right? And from the looks of it, I seriously doubt that you are going to know how to use CCS, so netscape can properly view this too. Yes, that's right. Get rid of the splash page, it's useless.
Your layout is so-so, although it doesn't match the splash page whatsoever. I think that instead of purple, you should make the links pink. It would match a whole lot better.Aw, on the awesome sites area, you linked Perfectly Pink Reviews and the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, but not us? I am hurt.
When you go to the eye candy portion of the site, you once again switch to a new layout. I like consistency in a site. The same layout throughout the entire thing, start to finish. It's nice that way. I'm sure I'm not the first kittie to say this, but your galleries TAKE FOREVER TO LOAD!!! Ah, yes that's right, because you didn't use real thumbnails. You just shrunk up the image to make it look like one. I see. A lot of your pictures I actually hadn't seen before, which is amazing, because I own three hundred Sailor Moon images, over half of those Rini pictures. I'm impressed. Here's something that you might want to think about adding in soon: BACK BUTTONS! Do you have any idea how inconvenient it is to have to press the back button on your browser and since you are looking at several other sites, it goes back on the wrong site and then you are all screwed up? If you did have any idea how annoying this is, you would have put back buttons in. Moving along, you spelled stuff wrong. You spelled it "stchuff" and it's stuff. I don't care if you thought you were being cute or funny, but it's not. It's annoying. Spell it right, for the love of god. Okay, in chibi profile, you say that Rini is short for Serena. Actually, it's short for Serenity. Serenity and Endymion are her parents, not Serena and Darien. Second, it's Mamoru, not Mamuro. You should separate the dub and japanese version information. You just let it run together and it's confusing. And I know for a fact that she hates english, not japaneese language..
You have fan art on your site. Very nice. I really liked the what if.. section. I know I have seen those pictures somewhere else before, I just can't place it. I skipped over the awards and links section, those are boring. Overall, I wasn't impressed with your site. Sure, you listed the facts, but that was all. You had a large image gallery, which you should make real thumbnails with. But the basic facts and images aren't all a site needs. You did have fan art, which a lot of other sites have. This shrine was one I will forget in ten minutes, if not less. Work on making your layout consistent, creating tummbnails, and finding more interesting information.

Well, when hearing the name of this webpage, I automatically thought, "My god, no! Any thing but that!". So, I think about whether I should click on this or not, and deside too, since tommorrow I'll be going to Hershey, and many other good things.
Well, a splash page is what I come upon, with a frieghtening curser, I mean, isn't it bad enough that you have a splash page? This curser threw me off so much that I exited the page accedentally and had to re-enter. At least all you have to do in order to get in is click on the big chunk of pink in the center (if that's a fanart of Chibi Usa, it's very nice).
Much to my surprise, you're layout isn't too pink, that's good, and considering that I like pink on black, your layout color choice is very good :) Now, the first thing I'm going to rant on is the spelling, b/c is a terrible alternative to because, just four more letters! It doesn't take up that much space. You're lucky I used to go into AOL chat rooms, so I can translate what you're saying. And 'Schtuff'? Please, that's annoying and bothers me, no, it's not cute.
Your link to Pink Reviews doesn't work. I'm also assuming all of these are your graphics, but I wouldn't know, since I've never been to a free graphics site, well, not in two years at least.
No! NO! You so did not do that! That's an evil thing to do to someone's hard drive! Make thumbnails for you picture galleries! Please! And actually check if the pictures work! Why is it that the Chibi Usa and Saturn galleries suck? No where on here does it say that this is run by two people, so is it lazyness? These galleries have a terrible font also, they make my eye's bleed.
The fanart is very nice, and yes, that is what you're layout it of. The 'What if?' page is very entertaining, I'd have to say that so far the content on here veru amusing, good job :)

I think the people who awarded you deserve to have their webpage linked. When ever you have a page with only a background picture (for example; Awards 4 u) the text goes over the background picture and gets REALLY irritating, one word, TABLES.
The names of your subpages are meant to be cute, but instead they're annoying, please don't try to make you're intelligence seem low by spelun wrds lyk dis. Well, that's about all I have to say on this page, good job, it wasn't all that bad.

Well well. What to say. I didn't like this site at all. You can see why. Icky. I can't even tell what shrine it is. The only thing I like is the image of Chibi-usa on the top of the layout and on the splash. That's all!
