Theme: Sailor Mercury
Hmm..right off the bat I can say this is a site with potential. By that I mean the owner tries hard to make it look good but still hasn't perfected the craft. The layout looked good at first glance, really I like it, but then I noticed a few things. The text goes into the blue bar slightly, the image of ami is cut off too suddenly, the bubbles are out of focus and there is a side scroll bar. I've done this kind of thing myself, using an image background and tables to set the text, but it doesn't quite look right.
I really like the resort theme. So far your site has been refreshing compared to what I've been reviewing lately. Change the < title > tags so it doesn't say index. I suggest you check out Lissa Explains It All for some HTML information.
Tour: even though you say this is short, it really isn't. What you should do is put the navigation code on the same page as your introduction. BUT that's where your layout kicks you in the pants. You don't know how to make a scrolling section inside the bubble-box, do you. *shrugs*
Hmm...I was going to save one of your pics for my Ami collection, but you have them as bitmap files. I think some computers can't see those. You should REALLY be using .jpg or .gif files. You also don't have real thumbnails, so look into how to make those, okay?
Your doujinshi title is in a bad font, change that!
At this point I got Geoshittie's "allocated bandwith" message. My other reviewers have done such a wonderful job of reviewing this site there isn't really a need for me to finish this review. (I've got a lot of stuff to do tonight, okay?)
First off, just let me say that YOUR LAYOUT SUCKS!!! It's plain and ugly and takes freakin forever to load. You have no back buttons when needed and every time I clicked on a sublink to go to your content, your site crashed my computer. My computer crashed five times! Five! Your coding is horribly messed up, and you either need to shut down your site or for the love of god, get someone who knows what they are doing to make the site for you. Since your site was impossible for me to view (the content anyways) I will review what I got to see.
You need to include alt text on your links so people will know what they lead to. No one is going to take the time to go on "the tour" to find out what in the hell your site is about and where to go.
Well, that's about it for this one. I hope this site dies a horrible, painful death and is never ressurected.

Egads…you can definitely tell this site is done by a PageBuilder, if you’re going to go that route, than at least make it less obvious. The picture is quite kawaii, but it could definitely stand some quality cropping on the bottom portion. All right, I’m going to go seek that award…that took all of ten seconds to find. The award is 1561x2048 pixels; it won’t fit into any resolution size under any circumstance. Who would post that award in their right mind (especially considering that all they did to “earn” the award was click a link), you can’t say you love someone’s site if you’ve never even seen it. That award is not only pointless and ugly, but insanely huge as well. Awards for great websites should not be given for finding a link that is supposedly hidden. You shouldn’t be “almost done” your site considering that your layout needs a considerable amount of work. The sections are organized in a unique way, though you need ALT text on the links to describe each section.
Tour: The tour is just a site guide, luckily you made it the first link, but all that information should be on the main page for easy navigational purposes. You also have to insert titles into the top of the browser so it doesn’t say “tour.page”.
Pool: Titles should be capitalized! There’s no point in having an image section, unless you are willing to share them. The type of pictures that should be looked at and not taken are fanart pictures (at least in terms of Sailor Moon). You also say that people should look in room service to find pictures that can be taken, only right after that you say the section isn’t up yet. What if I come here looking for pictures of Ami-chan? This site certainly won’t help me by a longshot. Wow, I feel so privileged over the fact that I get to view a dead page choc full of no Anime pictures (note the sarcasm). You have some nice Manga pictures, though none of them are in true thumbnail form (I Review has a great tutorial in the articles section) Pictures should have ALT text, and the only evidence I see of editing in many of these pictures is the fact that you cut them out of larger group pictures (and a baby could do that) and a minute amount of them were changed to gifs. One of the Manga images is dead. In the doujinshi section, why are there a whole bunch of Wingdings that overlap the regular text. It’s more mysterious than Roswell. The doujinshi collection is impressive, but I highly doubt that you scanned all of the pictures, so put in some credits. I’d be out of the doujinshi section if I didn’t have to review it, it’s taking too damn long to load, plus I like to have multiple windows open when I’m reviewing and your site has reduced the number of windows I can have open because of my computer’s limited memory. The doujinshi pictures leave me with a left-right arrow at the bottom (not a good thing). You have four broken doujinshi images. Misc. images are basically group doujinshi images and screen captures should be in the Anime section. This site is really pissing me off in terms of loading. Animated gifs are neat because I’ve never seen them before; I do believe that you made these because of that fact. They look a little unprofessional (for example, in the second gif the background goes from dark to light) but overall they’re the best part of this site I’ve seen so far.
Brochure: Ah…I see…so all of your information except for stats is under construction! You don’t get your site reviewed when it’s under construction! The only thing unique thing in the stats was the “basic style” and that could be argued simply because she only tends to wear that type of stuff in the Anime. I don’t know what else I can say about this section except get more info! Is the message: “!NO PICTURE! Whoops I kinda deleted it. Be up soon.” really necessary in the brochure section, you made that painfully obvious with the message, I wouldn’t have noticed it if the message hadn’t had been there.
Game Room: Take off that bit about the Senshi Club, I don’t even know what you are talking about. It’s rather hard to e-mail you on the gameroom page without an e-mail me link. The picture of Ami is cute. You call Ami by her Japanese name, yet in the poll you say “Greg”, I think you mean Urawa, if you’re sticking to the Japanese that is. What a surprise, the message board has no messages, since this site isn’t a club, you’ll have to wait until your site is really popular before anyone bothers with a message board (on that note, I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just telling the truth). What’s the point of putting your awards in thumbnail form, if they aren’t even in real thumbnail form? They take just as long to load. You spelled sparkle wrong on the sparkleaward link. The sparkle award is tiny and I don’t understand how your site won two awards (the mysteries of some people on the internet sometimes baffle me).
The Lounge: I’m afraid to go into the fanart section considering that you never make real thumbnails. One thing I can’t dispute is your ability to pick the most kawaii Ami-chan pictures. It says events on the top of your lounge menu page. This is great (sarcasm) your site has been temporarily suspended due to excessive bandwidth usage, that’s the second time this has happened, now I’ll have to wait an hour to finish….Okay I’m back now, the fanart took a while to load, but it is high quality. I don’t think the ages are really necessary but I’m glad you have the names and e-mail addresses of the authors. Fanart pictures should also be in real thumbnail form. Fanart section should be expanded because there are only three pictures, fanfiction section is non-existent, and neither is the submission rules page.
Room Service: Hah! Sounds like a sales pitch, “did I mention it’s all free?”. Ami Mizuno is not a “scout”, she is a senshi. In the English dub she is known as Amy Anderson by Dic and Amy Mizuno by Cloverway. The free images section doesn’t have any images in it, it’s barren, do you honestly expect you’ll get a response to this type of message, “Would you like to donate free images? Let's all help out people in need of great, unique sailor moon related and or sailor mercury images! E-mail me the pics here.” If you want people to actually respond, than you have to add a form, it’s not wise to put up empty sections, it just annoys edgy people like me (I do not want to be awake right now, but I have to do this due to the fact that I’m busy tomorrow and I’ve been procrastinating about doing this particular review all week). At least you have free backgrounds, and they do look passably nice, but who would put them up when it looks like they don’t fit any resolution size. The guestbook “thumbnail” is the screwiest size I’ve ever seen, that should be easy enough to fix with a page builder; it’s incredibly elongated. Who in the hell would want a guestbook image that’s 275x2048 pixels, especially when there’s not even map instructions included? All I got when I went into the e-mail icons was a dead image. Freebies is spelled the way I just spelled it, not your way. You don’t have a promote, web hosts, and other freebies section as you said you would. If you don’t have much experience with HTML (you said that in the fun section) than I don’t really see how you could comment on the quality of hosts, except when it comes to page builders.
Restaurant: Put up some links! (nuff said) Oh and your form didn’t work for me.
Overall: Is this site honestly almost done? The very idea sends me into a fit of convulsions. No back buttons, an ugly layout, pictures you aren’t even willing to share, many pages with left-right arrows on the bottom, no thumbnails, threadbare information, spelling mistakes, ridiculously sized images, only positives were interesting organization and unique animated gifs. In order for this site to survive, everything needs to be reworked, information and opinions have to be added, real thumbnails have to be added and several other things have to be done as well.

*Cries*Fisheye! Do I have to review this? Crap. I have to. Ew. Pagebuilder. That is the worse thing ever! Down with pagebuilder! Please, for the sake of man kind, learn some HTML. Your text overlaps on my computer. Looks really ugly. *Pokes Fisheye* We need to have a rule with no under construction sites. You have at the top 'This site is under A LOT of construction' and then on the next paragraph you have 'Finally I have almost finished Senshi no Mizu!'. So, is it almost done or not done at all? Eeek. I would go with the second one.
You should label where your 'Updates' are, and where the welcome committee is. Though, I don't know if that would help much. It might get rid of the overlapping text. You also need what we call a site map, which is explaining what everything on your links section is. Okay, looks like that’s what The Tour is. You know, I just figured out this was a Sailor Mercury Shrine. I think stating that on your main page might help! Why is the Pool section for images? Eeek. *Runs around screaming until she runs into a wall* Fake thumbnails!? I hate fake thumbnails! Ack, you said you edited these yourself? That is Anna's picture! See the little by Anna text on the image? Are you just plain dumb? That's called stealing if you Don't give credit.
Those pictures did not look edited at all by you. It just looked like you made them smaller, which is not typically editing. Ack. No back buttons. Back buttons are vital for this page. Excuse, but there is only the Basic stats up. *Snores* Boring. It just looks like you went to every other Sailor Moon site and took the information of them. Nothing original at all. Bleh. A poll is not a game. It's an opinion. Not a game! *Cough* That picture in the Fan Art gallery, is kind of, well, funny actually. Act, everything is so out of line everywhere. The text is poking out everywhere. There is nothing in this stupid graphics section.
Yikes. This site has nothing on it. Nothing to do. I was very very bored. Though, the names of the links were original, there was no content in them. Snooze fest also. I label thee site, bad.
