*rolls eyes* not only am I sent to some other page, I get a plugin error. I can tell this site will be just swell. Okay, going to the new site now..it doesn't exist?!
Should I even bother reviewing this place? waitaminute..this place doesn't have a theme. What the HELL was I thinking when I let this place in the queue? -_-;; Well, since you're here I might as well give it a quick go.
First, your layout is..the work of a novice. I will leave it at that.
Oh my GOD. This site has so many errors I don't want to even bother. Serena is spelled wrong..crystal is not an element ._. venus does not take care of rini in the silver millinium, greg is not amy's boyfriend..god, the errors just go on and on. Saturn's profile tells me you are making this site based completely on the episodes you've seen on TV, not any information on the internet. I suggest you look around the net before making a website. Really.
For some reason the gallery has no picture. I can't click on the names. The text-cursor is very annoying..why am I even bothering to review this site?
Oh. My. God. Here is a perfect example of one of my petpeeves: reviewers who give scored. This crap-tacular site got 82%. sheesh! And before anyone flames me, I am looking at this site objectively. I KNOW it's a novice site from someone who knows little about Sailor Moon. Which is all the more reason for it not to exist.
Anyway, there is a hella good amount of more crap on this, none of which I'm going to bother to review. I'm just going to write a message to the owner of this place.
First, you MUST learn more about Sailor Moon before making a website. Second, a website is not just a place to put stupid stuff like cliques awards and links. A site is not just an excuse to have a guestbook! Third, you must have CONTENT. The only real content I could find was the fanfiction. Fourth, learn more about the web in general. What I mean is, your link buttons were HUGE and no one would ever use them. You should know stuff like that.
So, go off and learn, young Moonie apprentice. Come back when you know what you're doing.


What the HELL is this? The site's changed places when I'm supposed to review it? I hate it when people pull this trick... and most people take down the enitre current layout when they change spots. Therefore, I'm just going to review the page that I have the URL for. *smiles*
Layout - Spectaularly... pathetic. The page and links spread downwards way to much, the text up top should be between the set of crap-ass picture links, not above them with way to much space left around them. The oversized guestbook button is a pain-- I hate them, oh-so-much. Just leave the normal guestbook sign/view youg et when you sign up for one. It's much better.
Places Aian don't go - Awards, Linking Buttons, Contests, Awards 4 You, My Diary, Cliques, Links, Otaku Senshi Adoption.
Profiles - Nice to see it's the same layout, although, like I said before, it really needs and overhaul to look niiiice. *falls over, then jumps up* You can't even spell the accepted name of the dub Moon?! How can you not know it's spelt S-E-R-E-N-A. I hate using the dub, but even I know it's that one. Element: Crystal? Okay, you're flipping nuts. And what's witht he big empty space down beneath it? The layout changed, btw. That. Is. Bad. I'm outta this section-- where it says "submitted pics" it should be "submitted profiles". Some of those profiles don't HAVE pictures. *grumbles*
Picture Gallery - Uh, are those quotation marks I see around the word on the button? It's fairly hard to read. In fact, it's so blurry, I do believe I need to swipe my dad's glasses to read it. First things first, the layout changed. Again. Ya'll know how much I hate that. Second... GET RID OF THAT DAMNED TEXT FOLLOWING THE CURSOR!! I hate that stuff. Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it Hate it. Wow, this is like my "Purge the Word" bit I pulled a few emails back, ne Fishuu? And there's no pictures. I can udnerstand this, what with the page moving. I'm still not going to review the moved page, since this one happens to be up.
Reviews - One! Count them, One! Review. The background changes again! *twitch, twitch* S'point system. Don't like point systems, especially one that finishes in a percentage grading.
Fanfiction - It's a diary, not a fanfic archive. Those are pain in the ass to read, so I'm not reading.
Potrait Shoppe - ... did you get permission from Orion for this page? Just wondering...
Why does your bloody layout keep changing? Hopefully it doesn't do that in the new site, which I'm not reviewing. With that said and done, I have a camping trip to get ready for.


All right, where shall I start? First of all the layout is crud (I decided to be nice today and not swear, isn’t that peachy keen), that’s if it could even be called a layout. I’ve seen that background on another page so I doubt you made it. Could you make it any more obvious that this is a page builder site? Even page builder sites can look a little more professional. The encoded midi annoys me, I can’t even turn the music off, and it just keeps on repeating as well, very annoying. The guestbook image “map” is just linked as a whole. You should change the text on the top of the browser so it says the title of the section/site and doesn’t say “animesanctuary.page”. That message about moving your site shouldn’t be up until you actually have files up on your other page. I decided to go there to see if the layout was any better on the page that is supposedly in “HTML” and just got a dead link. The link to the old guestbook doesn’t have to be up and the buttons should be on a separate page. Can’t say I like the name of the site that much, first of all, you don’t need to use a possessive when describing your site, it’s overdone, the word “Starlight” is generally overused for Sailor Moon sites and domain is just pointlessly tacked on. The title’s just as bad as something like Kaioh’s Sailor Moon Site. It’s not hard to come up with an original name of all things.
Profiles: I hate the text at the top of the page. “Let me put you here” just lead to an adopties page, if you’re going to have a link there then at least post a description. Not all the profiles are up and you’re not sticking strictly to Japanese names. Ami’s last name is Mizuno not Anderson. Cute…links are colour co-ordinated to the senshi. Wow, I’m so excited the profiles are just posted on plain white backgrounds (that was sarcasm by the way). Ah…considering that you copied these profiles from Mixx, you have a lot of spelling errors like “Serina” and “shoping”. The birthstones are wrong and the senshi don’t have “positions” and when it comes to the position of leader in the Anime, Venus and Moon are debatable. Why in the hell do you have these “Submitted Pics” at the bottom of the page, first of all help me from the wrath that is known as abbreviating, second of all, I don’t see why you think it’s cool to but every letter in a different colour. This is obviously a newbie site. The submitted “pics” are actually profiles with the occasional picture beside a wayward profile. None of the profiles have back buttons, I’m so shocked (another bout of sarcasm for Kaioh). You need to learn how to put colour schemes on your pages that don’t agitate people. The profiles were boring, gahd, I’m reviewing another section now. Nothing much to see here.
Pictures: Where shall I start, how about the mouse. Dragging text on mouse’s isn’t cool. I’m angered by it. Furthermore there’s nothing in this section, not even an e-mail address to e-mail the pictures to! Furthermore there’s a box that says “Add your text here” and you need to get a sense of colour scheme on your site. Fluorescent green text is never good. Yet again you mix Japanese and English terms. “Scouts” is an English term while “Usagi” is a Japanese name.
Awards: Two whole awards and any related to the quality of the website certainly aren’t deserved. Suddenly the background changed from black to light green. There’s a huge space and only two awards on the page, not even text or a header for explanations. How could you win an award for a “glittering love shrine” that’s not even what your site is about (growls with contempt).
Reviews: All I can say is that whoever reviewed you went much too easy on you. If I had to give your site a mark it would be very much below 82%, I don’t even know what reviewer would give you that mark in their right mind. The background colour yet again changes. I’m in the sixties look at all the groovy rotating colours…um anyways, no back button, what a surprise.
Linking buttons: Uh…right I wanna link you. Who would upload something so huge and hideous? Here’s a hint, standard sized buttons are 88x31 and banners are usually 400x60. Don’t write text over someone’s face when you’re making them either. And be reasonable when thinking about loading time and other people’s website space. Also, when you are listing the address that people should link the buttons to, you should tell them to link the button to http://www.geocities.com/youraddress/. HTML needs the http attached, your friend’s address should be directly linked. Now the background is lavender.
My Diary: This is what I’d call a personal diary/updates diary. Separate your personal thoughts and your updates into two different diaries. I didn’t come here to read about your life (no offense) but the only reason I’m here is to review Sailor Moon content.
Fanfiction: White text on bright red, I’m not even going to attempt to read this, the colour alone is hurting my precious eyes. I wouldn’t mind reading some if the colours were reasonable. The fanfiction shouldn’t be running out of a diary.
Links/Cliques: All banners should have ALT text. One page is pink and the other is lavender, colour scheme is a friend to you, not a foe. I don’t see why you need these links on the main page when they are also in your link section. Remove the buttons on the main page. Ly’s Graphics and Hong Kong Lights aren’t even linked. No back buttons of course, and why do you have two different buttons up for BSSM?
Contact: I don’t see why a whole page is needed just to devote to your one e-mail address. The penguin’s cute but pointless, plus as far as I can tell you don’t have credits for using him on your site.
Contests: Oh wow…I’m so excited NOT. The top 25 is unnecessary, besides that the text is pointlessly huge for the link. Wow and a quiz with stupid questions like “Who is Sailor Ceres?” and you have to e-mail the answers to the webmistress. By the way, Kakyuu is spelled wrong. Royal blue does not go with light green.
Awards For You: The awards are ugly and the requirement is stupid “you cannot have more than 7 broken links”. I don’t understand why you have an award for a Luna shrine, but for none of the other characters. Wouldn’t it be more logical to make an award for an actual senshi like Mercury or Mars for example? There are probably 25x more Mercury shrines then Luna ones. I wasn’t even able to write in the fields of your form. The plea on the bottom of the application page is pathetic.
Adoption: This is just a section for submitting profiles. There’s nothing to adopt and yet again I can’t write in the form fields. The pictures in the rules and form section are dead.
Portrait Shoppe: At least you credit the source of the program, but you should have the link right up beside the picture of Sailor Orion. Many other sites make senshi with portrait shoppe, so you are offering a great service to people, but it isn’t an original idea. You should work on making the pictures transparent gifs. One of the rules to request is signing your Guestbook, tut tut, that makes you look very desperate and shouldn’t be a rule. The form wouldn’t work for me again. It’s nice to see pictures of senshi you’ve already created, because it is a reflection on your ability. The pictures of senshi you’ve already created should be in thumbnail form (real ones).
Overall: This is the most annoying site I’ve ever reviewed. Spelling errors, a large lack of back buttons, no originality, no content, the equivalent to under construction signs, forms don’t work, some dead pictures, no layout, no consistency, no alt text, no sense of colour scheme, the only positive…um no dead links I suppose. I’m done; I’m never reviewing this site again unless you improve it ALL! Nothing to see here folks.

I'd like to start this review off on a positive note, because it only gets worse from here.
I applaud your choice to move to HTML. You'll never get anywhere in a pagebuilder, I believe, and the first step to becoming really good at site building is to give HTML a try. I never really learned it until I had to build in pure code.
Since you're losing the builder and going into HTML, I have no doubt that things are going to get better.
That being said: OUCH.
Is that text bolded for a reason?
Those buttons are hideous. That font looks disgusting all squished-up like that, the images are nothing but a garble of pixels, they're blurry, ill-spaced, et cetera.
I think I'm glad I can't recognize these faces, because it would surely make me weep in sorrow.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but you have a links page for a reason. All those banners and buttons need not be plastered on the index page.

That "Profiles" at the top is ugly and makes me want to cry.
WHY do you have "Usagi Tsukino" and "Amy Anderson" on the same page? They're from different versions! And, if you're going to use the Japanese names, it's last name first, so "Tsukino Usagi" is correct.
And this is before I even go in.
Ugly picture makes Nine sad.
The link intrigues me, so into Adoptions.
I feel as if I'm about to die, upon entering this section. It is ugly.
Why is the broken picture over the form's buttons?

"Cliques" could not only be organized into non-uglyness, but it could also be combined with links. You don't have THAT many.

Come on.There is no layout, its just a background with buttons on it! The buttons look really crappy too. Your links that are on the bottom of the page need to go into your links page! Most people won't see them all the way down there. You need to link Mixx on this page! You say thanks, but you NEED to link them! These pages are so poorly organized. WTF is this? You just slap on WRONG bolded info on a blank white page? No originality and is so stupid! Come on! This looks so bad and it looks like is has been copied from another bad site. It is SERENA. S-E-R-E-N-A. Ack all the profiles look really dumb and most of them are WRONG. I can't take the time to correct them all, there are way too many. And we don't even get a picture to see who they are.
Hey how come Hotaru has a banner above her profile? What about the rest of the scouts?!? Who do you leave them out? Where are the rest of the Scouts? Your profiles are badly organized and are mostly wrong. I don't know where you got your information from. The pictures you have in the made-up Senshi profiles come from The Senshi Creator, you need to credit them on that page! Geez, your greedy aren't you? OMG, there are NO pictures in the picture gallery, which I should probably be happy about since they probably would have been HUGE and un-thumbnailed. You really need to work on this, I have text that follows my mouse, it looks really stupid.
Sorry to break your heart, but I am sure the only reason you got those awards was because those people needed a link and were desperate. The awards you made look really badly done. You just took an image and slapped some text on it, very ugly and very unoriginal and very stupid. No one has won any of your awards because no one wants an ugly think like that on their page. I don't know why it is so hard to believe you made those Scouts in your Portrait thing. They look a lot like Scouts made by The Senshi Creator. How about LINKING SAILOR ORION!
This site made me mad. It was a horrible pagebuilder site, one of the worst sites I have ever seen in my life. Most of your information of wrong and you don't have any content anyway. This site was a big waste of my time and I am sure it was a big waste to the rest of reviewers time also.


What the heck am I supposed to be reviewing? You're moving your page to the same address, so please tell me what I need to review >_< I'll just stick with the link Fish-sempai gave me. The background music is killing me, but I can't make it stop with out turning off my darn speakers. The font's also really ugly, please change it, my eye's are sensitive! Also the use of the number 4 as a substitute for the word "for" is bothersome. TWO MORE LETTERS! What could it hurt? I'm going to have to label all of my reviews for each page, just to make things easier. Profiles : Okay, I have a problem with this page, mostly because the profiles are a terrible cross between the American dub and the Japanese version. If you would like Raye and Amy's real names, look around the internet for them. There are some really good Sailor Moon fanpages out there run by good, smart people. You also don't have pictures or anything on the profile pages, they're really boring. I also hate the font you've been using through out your page.
