Oh, goodie! I love this site. We first reviewed this one ages and ages ago, and I loves it then and I still love it. You can read the other review, done a YEAR ago to the month, here.
First, the layout is really great. It's pink without being cute. The nav links are big and have easily understood titles. That is more rare in shrines than you think! Also, I love the tres original idea of a Hawk's Eye shrine. I love the guy, and you don't see him getting his due very often. My only complaint is that the image looks..weak? I don't know, like a colouring book thing? *shrugs* Also, the line under the last link can clearly be seen under his chin. Not good.
The pop-up breeds confusiong. You have a lot of links. When I saw it, I didn't notice the scroll arrows so it's pretty easy for someone to miss half your sections! You don't need a popup and a lot of people don't like them, so why not make this a real page?
You should add a bit more detail about how he dies. I guess you are trying to avoid too much spoilerage there. I REALLY like the return link, it's so much better than a back link at the end of text. It's very original. <3! The Fashion section is a little hard to read inside this pop-up. Ahahah! I love that bowie pic, very cool of you. It's also great that you have clear seperation of anime and manga. "Mommy!" ahahaha, sweet. I agree with your description. So good of you to give credit directly. Hey, there are some very good reasons why Fisheye is so popular. Memoires of a Fish has some great reasons. Don't have the link on me at the moment.. There should be a lot more information on what Heye thinks about the dead moon circus. What stuff did they do with him? You have just the right amount of info on his gem. I hate sites that go on and ON about the silly stuff. HUH?! I'd really disagree with saying Hawk's Eye is the leader. You should check around me and get proof of that statement!! Ohh, a bunch of short summaries, that's great. Some on other sites are just too long to be interesting.. Oh, here is the leader info. Okay then! I don't think the Trio has a leader at all. Hawk's bossiness may just be a part of his personality. The order they fight in refers to the "discovery order" of the senshi. Mercury, Mars, Jupiter. It has nothing to do with the trio's level. Just because you are the eldest doesn't mean you are the leader. Anyway, back to the review. Sex life, eh? Well, based on how they treat Fish, I doubt Hawk had any sexual affection for Tiger. They were friends by default. If you want slash you might want to try this site. You could make the myth section a bit longer, other cultures kind of thing. I've always wondered what kind of hawk he is. Also, move the gem section next to this one.
wow...these are best quality manga images I've seen!! REALLY! They've always looked yellow and grainy to me, but these are amazing! please tell me what graphics program and scanner you use. My email is in the About Us section. You've got a manga pic mixed in with the anime.
ahah, this is original. The fashion review is neat! You could make them funnier though. Yup, you should make the editorials on a bigger page, I'm tired of squinting to read this! LOL! "i was shocked as a small hawk." ^.^ The fun section needs more content, and needs to be more..funny.

Overall, this is a really great shrine. The content needs to have more personality, though.


I must say that you have impeccable taste in Sailor Moon villains, Hawkeye is one of my favourites. Since you admitted that SuperS villains are your favourite, I decided to give you the URL of a cool site you might want to check out (aren’t I nice), http://www.muunhime.com/ct/, and if you join make sure to say that “Goddess Neptune” referred you. Okay, now for the review.
The layout is a little bright for my tastes, but I love how you overlaid that picture on what looks like a textured doily. I’ve never seen a layout done this way before; it’s quite unique. This is just a small thing, but I can see the line used for the menu run into the image, you might want to think about editing that a tad. It’s not overly noticeable, just something one would notice when they’re looking for mistakes. Usually I’m against splash pages, but in this case I think it would be acceptable since the individual components of your site open in pop-up window with inline frames and CSS. The individually opened windows are well designed, but it’s really hard to read everything and look at the content when the window is so damned small. The title should be on the top of the browser, not the address.
Information: There are a few small spelling and grammar errors. They are things that could easily be fixed up with a little copy and paste into Microsoft Word. Also the order of a few sentences should be changed to make more sense, here’s an example “Hawk Eye was created to destroy Sailor Jupiter from a hawk by the Amazoness Quartet.” If you look at the sentence it looks like Hawk Eye was created to destroy Sailor Jupiter (who is a hawk) by the Amazoness Quartet. I know that Sailor Jupiter isn’t a hawk, but that’s what it looks like. Also it’s the Amazon Quartet if you want to get technical. Check on Dies Gaudi for more information, I’m too lazy to look up the link.
The fashion section was entertaining, but it’s hard to see the pictures in such a small window. Not only do you spell words wrong, but also some names, for example you spell Makoto’s name Mokoto (that’s a character on Love Hina). My only advice concerning this is to SPELL CHECK. You should consider putting pictures in the Anime, Manga and Deadmoon sections.
The gem section is boring, what does having a hardness of 7.0 mean? Amazon Trio should be capitalized; it’s the name of a group just like Zirconia is the name of a villain. I don’t think that you should state that Hawkeye is the leader of the Trio in the relate section. There is never any definite proof that he is the leader. The summaries are a good reference. No offense, but your argument for Hawkeye being the leader because he’s the most mature is stupid. Is Minako really the most mature of the inner senshi? As for Hawkeye being the oldest, there’s no proof in that. I really think this argument should be ditched unless you get some more valid points. This is another stupid mistake, they’re quite common on this site (mistakes I mean): “And Hawk Eye is especially attacked to older women and prefers to attack them.” Notice how there’s a wrong word used, it should be attracted not “attacked”. The two words have completely different meanings. The information about hawks was original and I like that.
My only major gripe with this section was the small navigation window and the plethora of avoidable mistakes. (hehe, I used a big word)
Images: Look at all the images and in real thumbnail form too! It must have taken you a while to collect all of them. You should put alt text on the pictures though; I don’t like pictures that small without descriptions –sob-.

I also think that you should allow people to use the pictures you scanned. Unless pictures are those of the fanart type, it’s useless to withhold them. You should allow people to use them with credit or with your permission. I’m sure someone scanned some of the other pictures on the site, yet you took them all the same, so I don’t see why you’re so protective over the pictures you scanned. Ha, Hawkeye actually does look quite a bit like a woman in the Manga.
Fun: What are the editorials about, you don’t have any up yet. The fashion sense section is entertaining, but in some cases it looks like your letting your own opinion get in the way of Hawkeye’s opinion. The “Why my hair is pink” section is hilarious, who knew Kool-Aid could do that eh? The FAQ is also funny, I love you Hawkeye.
Misc.: Everything looks in order, but under the sites you’ve been reviewed by, “I Review” isn’t included. Are we really that unimportant?
Overall: The graphics are excellent, but the small windows are really annoying. You should think about putting your work through a spell check and grammar check to fix up a few small errors. Also get someone to edit your work, because some of your mistakes just involve leaving out a few words that would make a sentence better. The content and pictures were very well done though, keep up the good work!

Ahh... now the problems start, the pop ups are WAY to small, the layout for them is stretchable, so just increase it's height and violla! At least the return button is a huge and stuff at the bottom. That's likeable, I just don't like the idea of reading information out of a little window.
Alot of your content in your information section is hillarious! This is a great fan site :) Yes, Tiger's Eye is dead sexy, *swoon* I was about to RP Tiger's eye, but fortunatly I caught myself O.o This also has a heck of a lot of content, I dislike reviewing good sites because there's nothing to review. The only thing you can do is site there and say "ooo, I like this... yep... good site". Poor me ;_;

Wow, this site rocks! Great job *bows* It's got everything! A great layout, no splash page, good content, a fun section, and comedy! Only problem is the tiny pop ups, but the greatness that is "Old Woman" surpasses that all the way!
